If a cointegrating relation is affected by important economic and political events occurred in the sample period, the assumption of the time-invariant cointegrating vector is violated, which leads to the misrep-resentation of the actual relations between the variables. From such a viewpoint, this study utilizes the recursive estimation process in testing for the stability of the long-run equilibrium of the domestic stock market system and then attempts to develop the framework for stabilizing time-variant cointegraing relations by introducing the dummy variables where the structural changes are found to exist.

This paper examines how the levy-grant system for on-the-job training affects individual workers' training level and the subsequent wage growth. Some notable results include: (i) the workers at the firms facing high net benefits (i.e., grant minus levy) receive more firm training indeed, and (ii) training provision raises post-training earnings substantially. All these results are found to be robust to changes in firm size and estimation method.

Korea has recently joined the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and currently implements a policy of vastly expanding the size of ODA. Indonesia has highly possessed growth potential in terms of vast quantity of natural resources, cheap labor force, and large local markets. Researches on how to support the Special Territory of Aceh province were made in this study. There is a necessity to increase the capacity of matter to the fishermen, and support facilities and infrastructure assistance to support the safety system in the sea.

Education support programs in underdeveloped countries are important parts of Korea Official Development Assistance (ODA). Even though Education aid for underdeveloped country is increasing every year, expectations of underdeveloped countries for educational cooperation is not enough. Korea's remarkable economic growth is essential to technical education and training that has been investing in fact. Currently, in the underdeveloped country it is needed human resources development for poverty reduction and national economic development. The purpose of this study is to suggest a strategic approach method for technical education support maximizing the effectiveness in the economic development of recipient countries.

The purpose of this study was to compare AAC service delivery system between Korea and U.S.A for appling effective 'AAC service delivery system. This delivery system complement the missing part in system of the current method and narrow blind area for system. The result of this research, increase suppling item of assistive communication device in public benefit and provide delivery system through construct infrastructure by assistive technology center, special education support center, developmental disorder support center, speech therapy center in each local area. Furthermore, assistive technology-related institute and academy develope training programs for human resources to delivery AAC service.

This studies the relationship between ODA and export performance of donor countries in Myanmar. This study analyzes 19 donor countries from 2002 to 2014 by using gravity model. The results show that ODA improves the export performance of donor countries in Myanmar in the period. The larger the amount of ODA, the larger the exports in Myanmar. And the rate of increase of ODA is also important in determining the export performance. These imply that ODA increases donor's export directly as well as indirectly by improving the relationship between donors and receivers. These results are important for Korea that is increasing ODA into Myanmar. Korea should search for a mode of ODA supporting as well as the amount of ODA.

국내 화물운송은 도로를 이용한 비율이 90%가 넘지만 제주도를 비롯한 도서지역의 경우 해운을 통한 운송이 불가피하다. 하지만 도로운송에 비해 수익성이 좋지 않아 운송을 중단하는 사례가 많아 화주들이 선박 이용을 유도하기 위한 정책적 뒷받침이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외 연안해운의 공적기능과 그 지원 사례를 조사하여 이를 정책제안 등에 반영하고자 한다.

Lately, as the problem of the aged poverty becomes a big social issue, this paper studies the problem of financial stability with respect to the income and consumption of before-and-after retirement generations. After dividing the data in Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA) into retired and non-retired groups, this study compares the difference among ageing groups by cross analysis and t-test. First, the result tells that the total personal income of retired group is lower than the one of non-retired group. Second, the public pension income benefit ratio of retired group is only 30% of it's total income, and the amount of public pension appears to be 40% of the total pension income. The benefit ratio of the personal pension income is low as about 1% in both groups, The private transfer income of the retired group takes relatively large portion in its total personal income. Third, as people gets older, financial stability gets worse because consumption does not decrease as much as the income decreases. Fourth, it is turned out that the expectation of old life supporting from nation is low in both groups. Fifth, the factors that affects the income of the public pension in the retired group are gender, age, education, and health status, when compared with the factors to the personal total income of the non-retired group. In terms of policy, this paper emphasizes the needs of the intensification of the public pension and the support for the revitalization of the personal pension.

The ODA(Official Development Assistance) of Korea is growing considerably, and the ODA projects in the technical and vocational education have the good performance to the recipient countries, because they have the direct and quick benefits. But there are no economic model of performance measurement for the ODA in the technical and vocational education. The purpose of this study is to develop the economic model of measuring the performance of the ODA in the technical and vocational education. This study use the ROI model using financial information and the BSC model using non-financial information, and link each model closely. The ROI model using financial information is more relevant, because the benefits of the technical and vocational education are distinct and quick to the recipient groups.
