The media movement is a movement to separate from the political power and to dismantle the media power and to seek the control of citizens' media. Political power is the biggest factor that violates the fairness and independence of the media in the public domain. On the other hand, the factor that interferes with the healthy and responsible media of the press in the private sector is the media power originating from the owner. Citizens 'media campaign emphasizes citizens' mobility as a subject that monitors the political power and media power that have the sovereignty of the media belonging to the citizen and may infringe on this sovereignty. In the Lee Myung Bak - Park Geun Hye regime, the civil press movement was a period of resistance and struggle. Citizen media campaigns have completely collapsed with governance. As a result, the intellectuals who have expertise in the media have lost their place in the discussion and presentation of the policy alternatives in which the policy production is centered. The influence of citizen media organizations, which are centered on activists rather than citizen's direct action, is limited. In order to strengthen the power of the media reform, it is necessary to reconstruct social forces such as civil society, media unions, media organizations and political forces. We should also look for various ways in which citizens can participate actively in the agenda and activities of the movement. In addition, it is necessary to expand the movement of the media.
In this study, Private investigation in South Korea, while gone through so far of politics, the process of social change, a positive feature, without evolve, insufficient growth and security services of the business burden of national judicial institutions, detective industry international of the negative vicious circle, such as the acquisition of drop and expedient information of competitiveness is continuously induced it is a reality. It is, therefore, to the proposal, such as the following. First, it must be able to use the term "detective". Secondly, in order to verify the validity of this system, after introducing the first private sphere, in accordance with the stepwise its necessity, it is desirable to extend the operational range of the public area. Third, to have a country of qualification to private research workers, will be managed directly from the country is ideal. Fourth, we must also seek plan to specialize the designated educational institution as a commissioned education institution to institution with a faculty and facilities that are specialized. Fifth, the National Police Agency must manage and supervise the private investigation business. Sixth, the legislative form to amend the current security law, as a kind of private security, must be introduced by adding a private trillion business. Therefore, in order to complement the limitation of such studies, additional subsequent research has if it is not carried out.
Canada became the first OECD/DAC member state that legislated the ODA Accountability Act in 2008, which prescribe Canada ODA policies to meet the guidelines and norms of international human rights while other OECD/DAC member states was just emphasizing the importance of abiding by the international human rights norms. Paying attention to the Canadian case, this article critically examines under what structural environments and process this Act was passed. This article argues that the legislation of the ODA Accountability Act is closely related with Canada's international position as middle power and diplomatic strategies. Bring up the human security issues as a niche market, Canada demonstrates the characteristics of middle power state by emphasizing human rights agenda as new foreign policy strategies. Reflecting on the negative outcomes from neoliberal aid policy of structural adjustment and promoting the new aid norms in post cold war era would also help foster the enabling environment for the value-oriented aid policies and enactment of the Accountability Act. Civil society organizations were also playing catalyst role in constructing Canada's state identity of human rights defender.
Although the use of social media by doctors raises important issues concerning medical professionalism, the relevant professional bodies in South Korea have failed to issue clear guidelines on social media usage. The Korean Medical Association's newly revised ethics guidelines do require members to maintain dignity while using social media, but the idea of "maintaining dignity" is far from clear, and its premodern connotation prevents it from being reliably used in professional codes of conduct. The authors of this article examine the concept of maintaining dignity and conclude that once it is clarified and redefined it can and should be used as a viable ethical standard in a variety of contexts, including the use of social media. Social media's unpredictability and uncontrollability, and the blurred distinction between professional/public and personal/private can be a threat to medical professionalism. In order to deal with this threat, the concept of dignity is important. We present three examples in which the dignity of medical professionals is undermined and explain why these jeopardize public trust. We conclude that in order to maintain public trust the Korean Medical Association should provide more detailed guidelines on the use of social media by its members.

A comparative study on the early childhood education system in South and North Korea was done in terms of early childhood education, public education of early childhood. As a result, there were differences rather than similarities in many areas due to the differences of political ideology between the South and the North. First, early childhood is not compulsory, but becomes public in South, while it is partially compulsory and has an overall public system in North in terms of its compulsory education and Pulic education. Second, as a result of comparing operating systems depending on early childhood education institutions in the South and North, there were differences in various areas such as subjects of foundation, classification of age, operating types, etc. Third, looking at its administrative support system, two Koreas has a similarity of a overall dual system, but showed a specific difference. Maker culture in Korea began to receive public attention after the 2012 Maker Fair Seoul. Central and local governments took note of this trend and subsumed makers' culture into its policy domains such as Creative Industry, Creative Cities, 4th Industrial Revolution, and the all-encompassing Creative Economy. Creative Economy was a public policy discourse formed in the public sector for the purpose of overcoming economic depression and revitalizing the economy. Under Creative Industry and Creative Economy, creativity and culture/arts are deemed indispensable but at the same time objectified and alienated as their ultimate value are recognized only as the basis for economic production. In this article, makers' culture itself goes through the same process of objectification and alienation that creativity and culture/arts suffered as the relevant policies were pursued under Creative Economy. The authors attempted to corroborate this through the case of Makercity Sewoon, and found that the Seoul City's urban development plan surrounding Sewoon Plaza proceeded in a direction destructive to the local technological ecosystem and therefore conflicts with the pronounced goal of leading 4th Industrial Revolution by encouraging and nurturing makers' culture. Makercity Sewoon, although packaged in a discourse of Creative Economy and Creative City, betrayed the same problem of alienating arts/culture and labor that the previous discourse showed.
The purpose of this study present directions and a model of Christian ecological spirituality education in the post-corona era, and to expand Christian education beyond the private to the public. There are various problems in today's modern society. The 4th Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 has changed daily life and standards over the past few years As a result, the post-corona discourse is becoming more active. In this context, this study conducted a study on what educational alternatives should be prepared in terms of Christian education for the post-corona era. Especially, one of the urgent problems that modern society needs to solve today is the problem of the ecological environment, and I tried to prepare an alternative in perspective of Christian spiritual education. To this end, the causes of today's ecological environmental problems were examined in three perspectives: global, social, and personal. It could be summarized as the problems of neoliberal globalization, anthropocentrism, and ecological ignorance, respectively. To solve this, the direction of Christian ecological spirituality education was presented as the spirituality of participatory responsibility, the spirituality of ecocentrism, and the spirituality of ecological conversion. The specific model of Christian ecological spirituality education was established by presenting educational purposes and goals, educational methods and contents, educational environment and evaluation.
This article aims to search for moral educational implication of J. D. Greene's recent neuro-scientific approaches to deontological ethics. Recently new technique in neuroscience such as fMRI is applied to moral and social psychological concepts or terms, and 'affective primacy' and 'automaticity' principles are highlighted as basic concepts of the new paradigm. When these principles are introduced to ethical theories, it makes rooms of new and different interpretations of them. J. D. Greene et al. claim that deontological moral judgments or theories are just a kind of post hoc rationalization for intuitions or emotions by ways of neuroscientific findings and evolutionary interpretation. For example, Kant's categorical imperative in which a maxim should be universalizable to be as a principle, might be a product of moral intuition. Firstly this article tries to search for intellectual backgrounds of the social intuitionalism where Greens' thought originates. Secondly, this article tries to collect and summarize his arguments about moral dilemma responses, personal-impersonal dilemma catergorizing hypothesis, fMRI data interpretations by ways of evolutionary theory, cultural and social psychological theories, application to deontological and consequential theories, and his suggestion that deontological ethics shoud be rejected as a normative ethical thought and consequentialism be a promising theory etc. Thirdly, this tries to analyse and critically exam those aspects and argumentation, especially from viewpoints of the ethicists whose various strategies seek to defeat Greene's claims. Fourthly, this article criticizes that his arguments make a few critical mistakes in methodology and data interpretation. Last, this article seeks to find its implications for moral education in korea, in which in spite of incomplete argumentation of his neuroscientific approach to morality, neuroethics needs to be introduced as a new approach and educational content, and critical materials as well.
