An electronic medical record (EMR) is the medical system that all the test are recorded as text data. However, domestic EMR systems have various forms of medical records. There are a lot of related works to standardize the laboratory codes as a LOINC (Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Code). However the existing researches resolve the problem manually. The manual process does not work when the size of data is enormous. The paper proposes a novel automatic LOINC mapping algorithm which uses indexing techniques and semantic similarity analysis of medical information. They use file system which is not proper to enormous medical data. We designed and implemented mapping algorithm for standardization laboratory codes in medical informatics compared with the existing researches that are only proposed algorithms. The automatic creation of searching words is being possible. Moreover, the paper implemented medical searching framework based on database system that is considered large size of medical data.

근래 정부에서는 차량용 블랙박스의 필요성과 효율성을 인식해 모든 차량에 블랙박스(EDR, Event Data Recorder)를 의무적으로 장착하게 하고, 이를 통해 차량의 운행 정보와 상황을 모니터 및 관리를 할 수 있도록 정부 시책을 신설하고 이를 추진하고 있는 중이다. 특히 차량사고 발생시 이를 시뮬레이션하고 분석할 수 있는 자료가 매우 부족하다. 교통사고의 시뮬레이션 사고 차량의 운행정보뿐만 아니라 주변 운행환경 및 운행여건, 다른 차량의 간섭 등 매우 많은 정보가 필요하기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 블랙박스 간 Ad-hoc network을 이용해 차량의 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 즉, 차량에서 돌발상황이 발생했을 때 발생 차량의 블랙박스 의 정보와 주변 운행하고 있는 차량에 장착되어 있는 블랙박스의 정보를 Ad-hoc network를 통해 사고 발생차량으로 수집, 이를 저장하고 추후사고에 대한 시뮬레이션 에서 이 데이터들을 통해 돌발상황 당시의 주변 차량 흐름과 다른 차량간의 간섭 및 돌발상황 유발 같은 현상을 조금 더 정확하게 시뮬레이션 함으로서 돌발상황에 대한 분석 및 판단에 도움을 줄 것이라 생각한다.

"건축이 가진 본질적인 의무가 인간의 삶을 담는 공간, 더불어 공동체 속에서 살 수 있는 공간을 만들어내는 것이라 할 때, 건축의 공공성을 최우선 가치로 두고 공동체간 소통하며, 공유할 수 있는 공간들을 많이 만들어내는데 힘을 쏟을 계획입니다." 진희선 서울특별시 행정2부시장은 서울시에서도 손꼽히는 건축 도시전문가다. 기술고시 23회 출신으로 공직생활을 시작해 서울시 도시관리과장, 주거재생정책관, 주택건축국장 등을 지내고 지난 2015년 1월부터 도시재생본부장으로 업무를 수행하며 지역별 주거생활권 특성을 살린 정비사업 패러다임을 재정립했다. 개발과 보전의 조화를 통한 서울형 도시재생사업을 총괄해 서울의 건축 도시 기본틀을 마련했다는 평을 듣고 있다. 올 8월에는 서울시 행정2부시장에 임명돼 서울시 도시 건축행정 사령탑을 맡게 됐다. 건축전문가로 서울시 최고위직에 오른 거의 최초의 인물이라 서울시의 질적 성장에 기대가 크다. 작년 'UIA 2017 세계건축사대회' 개최는 우리 건축이 세계와 어깨를 나란히 하는 계기가 됐다고 말하는 그는 앞으로 서울이 이전보다 더 주변과 어울려 하나의 공동체 역할을 할 수 있는 공간구조가 되도록 하고, 시민의견을 반영해 여러 도시문제를 조율해 나가겠다고 말했다.

In the recent you, as the development of computer network and web, the amount of electric document exchange is dramatically increased through B2B, B2C, electric bid and et cetera. The medical world also needs to share and exchange good information for medical treatment like H2C(hospital to hospital), H2C(hospital to company). In this paper, we design medical information model using DTD and inplement medical information support system based on xml and xslt.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 환자 이송 및 치료를 위한 응급구조사와 의료기관 간의 의사소통 및 질 관리를 위한 EC&M (Efficient Communication and Management) 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 관련 앱을 효율적으로 사용하여 응급차 배치부터 병원 도착 시 환자 수속 작업 등을 최소화하고, 각 작업의 수행시간을 최소화 한다. 또한 이 시스템의 사용자는 소방청, 의료기관, 119 응급 구조사이고, 이 중 응급구조사에 초점을 두었다. 이는 PRE-KTAS를 소방청과 의료기관에 동시전달하여 전달된 PRE-KTAS를 통한 적절한 의료기관을 배치하고 선정된 응급의학 전문의에게 직접의료지도를 요청할 수 있다. 그리고 응급구조사는 의무기록활동지를 작성하여 의료기관에 전달하여 내용전달의 효율성을 높인다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 응급구조사와 의료기관 간의 정보 공유 시스템은 기존에 제안하는 앱을 사용하지 않고 발생했던 많은 문제를 해결 할 수 있을 것이므로 기존의 앱보다 우수할 것으로 기대된다.

현재 전동 킥보드 헬멧 미착용으로 인한 사고가 끊임없이 야기되고 있다. 개인형 이동장치 이용자 수가 증가함에 따라 법 개정을 통하여 헬멧 착용이 의무 사항이지만 여전히 낮은 착용률을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모든 공유 킥보드 회사에서 사용 가능한 딥러닝 기반의 전동킥보드 헬멧 착용 인식시스템을 제시한다. 타 공유 전동킥보드 회사 앱에서 본 논문의 결과물을 사용할 때는 사용자가 타사 앱에서 헬멧 인식 요청 시 자사 앱에서 헬멧 착용 여부를 인식하여 결과를 전송한다. 자사 앱 사용자는 인식 기록을 조회할 수 있고, 타사 관리자는 사용자의 정보를 조회 및 관리할 수 있다. 본 시스템을 통해 전동킥보드 이용 시 헬멧 착용을 장려하여 착용률 증가와 사고 시 인명피해 감소를 기대한다.

At a time when open data receives attention as an international trend, there is a need to discuss the role of international journals in Korea to support data sharing. Based on surveys and interviews of editors from the international journals, we identified factors affecting the policy adoption and examined the journal editors' perception on the adoption and components of the data sharing policy. As a result, scholarly journals that have adopted or are planning to adopt policies have recognized that data sharing is an international trend and can contribute to research development, but they stressed that efforts to improve the perception of data sharing were still necessary. Educational activities and compensation for sharing data were needed at scholarly journals' and communities' level. Also, components perceived important and selected by more than half of the editors as mandatory were 'data availability statement', 'data sharing level', 'data sharing method', and 'data citation'. While scholarly journals do not always need to mandate data sharing, it was necessary to mention conditions where data cannot be shared through data availability statements. The role of the organization developing and operating a repository appropriate for situations in Korea was also emphasized. In addition, by identifying factors affecting the policy adoption, significant differences were found in Journal Impact Factor quartiles, publication type, and subject area. This finding indicated that journals with a high impact factor are likely to have resources to support data sharing, and open access or hybrid journals are likely to have interest in open data as a part of open science. In the medical research area, active movements for data sharing in academic communities have promoted the adoption of data sharing policies. This study would be used as basic data to facilitate the adopton and operation of scholarly journals' data sharing policies in Korea.

Biodiversity is defined as totality of genetic, species, and ecosystem variability. It provides natural sources of crop improvement, traditional medicine and biotechnology. In 1993, the Convention on Biological Diversity(CBD) became a legally binding framework for conserving and utilizing global biological diversity. It recognizes national sovereign rights over all genetic resources, such as the need to compensate developing countries for the resources they have provided to the industrialized world. The CBD grants access to those resources in exchange for compensation as well as technology transfer, so that the access to genetic resources would be made under prior informed consent(PIC) and mutually agreed terms(MAT). On the other hand, the developed countries argued that unfettered exchange of genetic resources was essential for scientific research and development, and that technology using genetic resources should be protected. There are many countries today, developing legal frameworks concerned with access to their local genetic resources and benefit sharing. In this study, we analyzed the international trends for conservation of biodiversity and sustainable use of genetic resources, and suggested how to cope actively with the situation.

Since the government-owned land is the national property, the country is responsible for the management. Although one can see the recent activities of government to efficiently manage and maintain the government-owned land, its characteristics are not well reflected on the current managing methods. Obviously, efficient and prefer methods for the field survey is necessary for efficient management. In this study, the current management methods focused on the site srvey are analyzed and problems are deduced. Basically the current methods depending on the graphic information and cadastral survey results are compared with real illegal occupancy case. The investigation clearly shows the necessity of the cadastral survey and proved the current method is not sufficient to detect illegal occupancy on government-owned land. It is expected that this study contributes on establishing an efficient management methods for the government-owned land.

This paper has been studied a EMR Sharing System using HL7 Message and CDA Document. HL7 Message is a Transaction for clinical data sharing between hospital-based. The CDA for document exchange supports shared care between hospital-based and community-based physicians, knowledge integration by permitting external links to other documents, and outcomes research through the capture of discrete and coded clinical data. And then this paper has designed XML based CDA for document exchange and interactive Hospital-based Transaction based on HL7 Message.
