The sharing economy has emerged as a new form of consumption pattern along with the advancement of information technology and the changes in the consumers' desires for economic spending. In a C2C-sharing economy platform, the user side and supplier side share the same assets, thereby making both sides of the market closely related. However, an information asymmetry exists within the platform that makes the players from one side reluctant to participate. This information asymmetry warrants a strategic approach for solving the fundamental "chicken and egg" problem for platform development. Motivated by this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze how the participation intentions from both sides of the platform are influenced by certain anteceding factors, such as trust, perceived risk, and perceived economic profit. Our findings show that the anteceding factors affect the participation intentions in different paths for both sides of the platform. As a managerial implication, these findings highlight the necessity of employing different approaches for each side of market development.

Because of the increasing necessity on sharing economy, numerous number of commercial platform based on sharing has been on the rise: car sharing, bike sharing, house sharing, book sharing, etc. And most of all, share house which aimed at dwelling problem, showed the greatest growth than the other economic models. But during the growth period, unforeseen problems also revealed its traces; the vacancy and reliability problem on the mutual platform. However, there is no way to resolve this situation now. Due to this reason, we will offer some keys to unlock existing problems on current share house platform here.

본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 실행되는 이동형 개인맞춤 SW 플랫폼 YouFree의 개인용 위젯들을 사용자가 용도로 모아 배포하고 공유하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템에서는 사용자가 외부로부터 위젯 모음들을 다운받아 자신의 작업환경을 구축하거나, 사용자가 생성한 위젯 모음을 다른 사용자가 이용할 수 있도록 공유하는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 개별적으로 위젯들을 설치하는 것보다 위젯 모음 공유 기능을 통해 더 빠르게 사용자는 자신의 작업환경을 구축할 수 있다.

We analyzed research trends of 288 Korean academic dissertations and articles regarding platform work, using topic modeling and keyword network analysis method. Research disciplines of many studies were laws, business administration, and economics fields. Thigh frequent themes were platform labor protection measures and direct or indirect effects of the sharing economy. The main keywords were digital, value, industry, and labor in terms of infrastructure and structural change. Besides, the main topics were the protection of platform workers, the values of sharing services, digital paradigm, and platform regulations. Based on the results of the analysis, we derived four implications and suggestions such as researching structural frames in macroscopic contexts, generalizing case analysis, and technology supplementation by applying average and quantitative analysis methods, researching individual competency development to realize the essential symbiotic value of sustainability, and developing customized vocational education and training programs.

In this paper, we present a medical electric scooter sharing platform for the transportation vulnerable who are experiencing difficulties and inconveniences in moving. The proposed medical electric scooter sharing platform for the transportation vulnerable includes basic mobile rental, return, and functions that incorporate the IOT technology of the currently operating personal mobility sharing platform. The safety function has been strengthened. The medical electric scooter sharing platform for the transportation vulnerable stores driving data on the server in real time through GPS, and strengthens the alarm and call function in advance of an accident to enable rapid SOS processing. By making the quick contact and responding to the situation, people with disabilities can drive safely and comfortably.

휴대전화는 다양한 기술들이 융합되고 유비쿼터스 환경과 결합되면서 진화하고 있다. 이런 모바일 환경으로 인해 사용자의 상황을 인식하는 상황인식 기반 서비스들의 수요가 증가하고 있으며 사용자들은 그 상황을 실시간으로 공유하고 보기를 원한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 사용자의 주변 상황을 인지하고 그 상황 정보를 공유할 수 있는 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 안드로이드 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 사용자의 주변 상황을 실시간으로 수집하며 사용자간 자동 상황 공유 메커니즘을 지원한다. 또한 사용자 연락처의 상황 수집과 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼간 논리적인 연결을 위해 컨텍스트 서버를 구축하였으며 서버는 사용자간 동시다발적으로 발생하는 상황정보를 저장하고 사용자간 상황 정보를 전달해 준다. 또한 플랫폼이 수집하는 상황정보를 시각적으로 표현하기 위해서 컨텍스트 뷰어 어플리케이션을 구현하였으며 모바일 스크린에 시각화하였다.

본 고에서는 다양한 공유 환경에서 사용자의 콘텐츠 이용을 저해하지 않으면서, 콘텐츠의 중립적 사용과 안정성을 동시에 충족시킬 수 있도록 고안된 플랫폼 독립적 콘텐츠 공유 시스템에 대하여 논의한다. 특히, 본 시스템은 별도로 정의된 Bytecode 형태의 보안 코드를 플랫폼 독립적으로 해석하는 기능의 Secure Virtual Machine 기반으로 구현되는 제안상의 특징이 있다.

풍력 설비 공유 플랫폼은 풍력발전에 참여하고 있는 기업들간에 보유하고 있는 설비나 부품에 대한 정보를 공유하도록 지원해 주는 플랫폼이다. 이를 위해 내 설비관리, 고장이력 관리, 설비공개 현황, 내 계약 현황 기능을 구현하였다. 풍력 설비 공유 플랫폼을 통해 발전소 설비에 문제가 발생했을 시, 주변의 다른 발전소에서 보유하고 있는 예비 부품을 빠르게 공급받을 수 있도록 지원해 줄 뿐만 아니라, 고장이 빈번한 부품에 대한 구매정보, 고장이력정보 등을 사전에 구축 할 수 있도록 관리해줌으로써 추후 문제 발생 시 빠른 대응이 가능하다.

This study analyzed global Knowledge Sharing Platforms and collected stakeholder's suggestions to develop the "Korea-ASEAN Wetland Knowledge Sharing Platform (KSP)." As a result of the analysis, ① financial support and ② knowledge outcomes are essential to maintain the KSP and conduct the platform sustainably. Stakeholder suggest three significant projects (① comparative analysis of the inventory of wetlands in the Korea-ASEAN region, ② knowledge gap analysis in wetland research trends, and ③ establishing a web infrastructure for wetlands information sharing). The "Korea-ASEAN Wetland KSP" defined to be consistent with the international conventions (e.g., Ramsar Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity) goals by comprehensively considering the literature analysis and stakeholder suggestions. Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) selected as the fundamental model of the KSP. As with IPBES, knowledge management and assessment, capacity building, policy support, communication and participation adopted as the platform's core objectives. The KSP will be able to share knowledge related to the same type of wetland ecosystem within the Korea-ASEAN region and provide necessary information for establishing science-based policies.

The restricted network or the unbalanced distribution of spectrum is causing the problems of lack of spectrum resources and deterioration of the service quality. In addition, the existing centralized radio sharing method has not been a fundamental solution for radio sharing and is inefficient in terms of cost, convenience, and security. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based spectrum sharing as a low-cost, trustworthy, high-efficiency platform that can distribute and share spectrum resources, and propose policies to realize this. In the spectrum sharing platform, spectrum information about Wi-Fi AP and LTE mobile hotspot is registered in the blockchain, and spectrum sharers and users can conclude peer-to-peer spectrum sharing contract quickly and efficiently through smart contract. The pay for the shared spectrum resources and reward for spectrum quality management open platform ecosystem to activate the circulation-sharing and it can provide a convenient and efficient public wireless infrastructure.
