This study examines the effects of entrepreneurial orientation and external oriented organizational culture on the firm perfornamance focusing on mediating effects of open innovation. The survey was conducted on Korean manufacturing firms with 100-5,000 employees among listed companies and external auditing companies. The validity of the research model and hypotheses was verified through analysis of structural equation model for 283 valid responses. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation positively affects both open innovation and firm's performance. The external oriented organizational culture of firms appears to be positive effects on open innovation, but the effect between the external oriented organizational culture and firm's performance shows no statistical significance. Open innovation have positive effects on firm performance. In addition, a test for mediation effects of open innovation reveals that a full mediation exists between the external oriented organizational culture and firm's performance, while there is a partial mediation effect between entrepreneurial orientation and firm's performance. This study contribute to the literature by deepening understanding on the open innovation. We propose an integrated model for examining antecedent factors, open innovation and performance.

최근 정보통신 환경은 통신, 방송, 인터넷이 통합되는 디지털 융합 서비스 제공 형태로 급속히 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 통신환경이 개방형 네트워크 형태의 광대역통합망으로 변화하였다. 이런 광대역 통합망에서는 Open API(Application Program Interface)에 의하여 third-party 애플리케이션의 제공을 가능하게 한다. Open API에는 대표적으로 Parlay API가 있으며 Parlay API와 웹 서비스를 접목시키고 한단계 더 추상화한 Parlay X API가 있다. 웹 서비스의 요소중의 하나인 UDDI는 웹 서비스를 쉽게 검색, 공유 및 재사용 할 수 있도록 하는 환경을 가져오게 된다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스기반의 개방형서비스 게이트웨이를 위한 효율적인 UDDI 레지스트리 구축방안에 대해 제안하였다.

웹2.0의 등장과 함께 사용자 참여, 공유, 개방의 개념은 기존의 서비스 구조나 비즈니스 모델의 파괴(Disruption)와 함께 인터넷 기반의 모든 서비스로 빠르게 확산되면서 새로운 경쟁력을 갖는 서비스로 다시 태어나고 있다. 또한, 웹 기술의 발전은 기존의 다른 서비스의 발전에 크게 영향을 끼치고 있는데 이는 웹의 기본적신 속성인 표준에 기반한 개방형 구조를 기반으로 하여 다양한 융복합 서비스 제공을 가능하게 하기 때문이다. 인터넷 기반의 TV 서비스 분야에서도 예외는 아니며, 이미 TV 2.0, Broadcast 2.0이란 용어가 등장하고 있는 등 TV 서비스가 인터넷과 같은 개방된 네트워크를 기반으로 할 때 가질 수 있는 장점들이 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 본 고에서는 웹 2.0기반의 기술이 IPTV와 같은 네트워크 기반의 TV 서비스와 연계될 경우 어떠한 특징과 장점을 갖는지를 알아보고 웹 2.0 관점에서 제공해야 되는 요소기술의 특징과 표준화 현황에 대해서 언급하며, 나아가 웹2.0 기반 IPTV 서비스의 발전방향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to extend the role of Academic libraries as a local information center to link with communities. Information that can be shared by everyone, need a certain social device that makes everybody to be served equally. Irrespective of their kinds, all the libraries including Academic, public and ones should seek the way to cooperate among themselves. The regulations about the Academic library extention should be stipulated. In addition to, this study is going to suggest more about probabilities for social changes and reality than suggesting alternatives.

모바일 관련 산업의 중요성이 증대되고 모바일 기술이 급격히 발전하는 시점에, 지난 수 년간 우리 사회의 곳곳에서 등장한 2.0 패러다임은 모바일 웹 2.0패러다임을 등장시키며 정보통신산업에 큰 변화를 초래하고 있다. 사업자들은 유무선 네트워크 간의 경계가 희미해지고, 전통적인 통신산업의 가치사슬 내의 사업영역이 붕괴되면서 무한경쟁 체제로 진화되어 가고 있는 환경 변화에 순응하고 다양한 모바일 웹 2.0 관련사업을 시도하며 발전시켜 가고 있다. 모바일 웹 2.0사업의 진화 패러다임은 개방/공유/참여의 서비스 모델, 광고수익 모델, 사업자 간 인수 합병 및 전략적 제휴의 활성화, 무선망개방과 풀브라우징의 확대, 유무선 연계 통합 서비스 등으로 요약이 가능하다. 국내외 관련 사업자들은 이러한 패러다임에 순응하고 진화시켜 가며 모바일 웹 시장의 성장을 위한 지속적인 노력을 하고 있으나, 아직까지도 모바일 웹 시장은 도입기 단계에 머무르고 있다. 이는 모바일 웹 시장의 활성화를 위한 환경 조성이 미비하기 때문인 것으로 분석되며, 이러한 환경개선을 위해 망과 플랫폼의 개방, 투명한 요금제의 확산, 관련 기술의 표준화의 정착을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

본 논문에서는 견적 단계부터 공정별 제조 현황을 고객과 공유하고 소통할 수 있는 MRP 시스템과 스마트 사이니지를 이용하여 제조현장 작업자들 중심의 실시간 제조 현황 데이터를 관리 및 활용하여 생산 납품에 대한 예측 관리하며, BOM 중심의 소요 자재 관리는 물론, 소모성 자재를 위한 Part List 개념이 도입된 MRP 기반의 MRO 관리 체계를 마련하는 동시에 고객의 발주 정보를 기초로 유휴 및 유사 금형을 검색하여, 금형의 재활용 및 생산원가와 납기일 등의 코스트 절감에 도움을 줄 수 있는 고객 개방형 제조 관리 시스템 구축을 제안한다.

지리정보시스템 클라이언트는 Open API를 이용한 개방형((Open)구조를 지향하고 있으며 OpenGIS는 다양한 데이터 소스간의 상호운용을 지우 하는 개방형 지리정보시스템의 표준으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 따라서 기존의 패쇄환경(Closed Environment)에서 행해졌던 공간 데이터 동시 수정의 연구는 OLE DB와 같은 개방환경(Open Environment)에서 연구될 필요가 있다. 기존의 기법을 OLE DB에 적용할 때 문제점으로 제기되는 것은 첫째, 공간데이터 수정을 위한 변경 제어가 서버측에 위치함으로써 서버에 따라 재작성 되어야 하는 문제가 있고, 둘째, 서버의 데이터를 중복 저장하고 있는 클라이언트 데이터에 대한 일관성 유지를 위해 클라이언트의 변경 내용은 다른 클라이언트에게 통보되어야 하지만 OLE DB의 통보 메커니즘은 Rowset을 공유하는 동일 클라이언트 내에서의 통보만 가능한 구조이다. 본 논문은 공간데이터베이스 서버에 의존적인 서버부분의 기능을 미들웨어에서 구현함으로써 서버 모듈의 재작성 문제를 해결하고 서로 다른 클라이언트간의 변경 전파 프로토콜을 제시하여 서버와 독립적으로 운용할 수 있는 공간데이터 변경을 위한 OLE DB서비스 제공자 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현한 결과를 보인다.

This paper focus on the demand for broadcast and video archive contents by users outside broadcasters as the archive openness and sharing projects of terrestrial broadcasters have become more active in recent years. In the process of creating works using broadcasters' released video footage, the study examined the criteria by which video footage is selected and the methods and processes utilized for editing. To this end, the study analyzed the the case of the 5.18 footage video sharing project 〈May Story(Owol-Iyagi)〉 contest organized by KBS in 2022, in which KBS released its footage about the May 18 Democratic Uprising and invited external users to create new content using them. Analyzing the works that were selected as the winners of the contest, the research conducts in-depth interviews with the creators of each work. As a result, the following points are identified. Among the submitted works, many works deal with the direct or indirect experience of the May 18 Democratic Uprising and focus on the impact of this historical event on individuals and our current society. The study also examined the ways in which broadcasters' footage is used in secondary works. We found ways to use video as a means to share historical events, or to present video as evidence or metaphor. It is found that the need for broadcasters to provide a wider range of public video materials such as the May 18 Democratic Uprising, describing more metadata including copyright information before releasing selected footage, ensuring high-definition and high-fidelity videos that can be used for editing, and strengthening streaming or downloading functions for user friendliness. Through this, the study explores the future direction of broadcasters' video data openness and sharing business, and confirms that broadcasters' archival projects can be an alternative to fulfill public responsibilities such as strengthening social integration between regions, generations, and classes through moving images.

The purpose of this study was to find out how problem solving learning with open-ended mathematics problems for elementary school students affects their mathematical creativity and mathematical attitudes. To this end, 9 problem solving lessons with open-ended mathematics problems were conducted for 6th grade elementary school students in Seoul, The results were analyzed by using I-STATistics program to pre-and post- t-test. As a result of the study, problem solving learning with open-ended problems was effective in increasing mathematical creativity, especially in increasing flexibility and originality, which are sub-elements of creativity. In addition, problem solving learning with open-ended problems has helped improve mathematical attitudes and has been particularly effective in improving recognition needs and motivation among subfactors. In problem solving learning with open-ended problems, students were able to share various responses and expand their thoughts. Based on the results of the study, the researchers proposed that it is necessary to continue the development of quality materials and teacher training to utilize mathematical problem solving with open-ended problems at school sites.
