IEEE LOM 기반의 ADL SCORM, KEM 등을 통해 생산된 학습 콘텐츠는 데이터의 표준을 준수하여 이종의 학습시스템에서도 연동 될 수 있도록 상호운용성이 크게 향상되었고, 이를 통해 학습 콘텐츠의 유통과 검색, 접근이 매우 수월하게 개선되었다. OAI-PMH는 XML 기반의 학술 정보에 대한 메타데이터 통합을 통하여 개방형 검색이 가능하도록 시스템을 구현하기 위한 프레임워크로써 학술 정보의 통합 유통 체제에 매우 활용도가 높다. 본 논문에서는 OAI-PMH 의 SP/DP 개념의 메타데이타 수확(Harvesting) 기술을 활용하여 국내의 교육기관(학교), 연구 기관, 학술단체, 기업연수원 등에서 보유하고 있는 SCORM, KEM 기반의 학습 콘텐츠와 DC(Dublin Core) 기반의 학술 정보를 통합하여 사용자에게 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 개방형 학습.학술 정보 공유 시스템 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

Most Social Network Service (SNS) provide online chat, video and file sharing, blogging and others. Because of this advantage, people depend on SNS to communicate with others. However, recently SNS encourage people to reveal too much information broadly so SNS users are concerned about privacy invasion and data spill. They also feel fatigue in process of touching people they don't know while using SNSs. That is the reason why they attempt to switch from opened SNS to Closed SNS. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically investigate and analyze the effect of the factors on the SNS users' switching behavior when using SNS. To accomplish this purpose, this research adopted "Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM)" framework. The PPM is proposed by population geologist, who used it to explain the incentives of demographic migration. Following PPM model, this research empirically examines the three categories of antecedents for SNS switching intention toward closed SNS: push (i.e., weak connection, privacy concern, relative complexity), pull (i.e., enjoyment, belongingness, peer influence), mooring (i.e., SNS fatigue, user resistance) factors. The survey was conducted for 285 users on SNS communities in Korea. The results of this study are as follows; First, wear connection and privacy concern are significantly related to SNS switching intention. Second, enjoyment and belongingness are significantly related to SNS switching intention. Finally, the results show that SNS fatigue has a moderating effect on the links between push factors and SNS switching Intention. Also, user resistance has a moderating effect on the links between pull factors and SNS switching Intention. These findings contribute to the SNS literature both theoretically and practically.

본 논문에서는 개방형 플랫폼 기반의 영상콘텐츠 제작 서비스를 위한 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 이는 중개형 플랫폼 구축 전략 관점에서 성격이 다른 두 고객층인 자신의 영상 자료로 영상콘텐츠를 제작하고 싶어 하는 수요자와 제작한 영상 콘텐츠 템플릿을 제공하는 공급자를 대상으로 온라인 상에서 양면시장 설립에 부합되며, 또한 교차(간접) 네트워크의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그리고 협업과 공유 및 맞춤 서비스를 제공함으로써 두 고객층에 상호 이익을 만족시킬 수 있는 개방형 플랫폼 기반의 비즈니스 서비스 모델이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Web 기반의 중개형 플랫폼 서비스 운영 및 구축을 위한 시스템 구성 등을 제안한다.

This paper aims to establish an efficient national R&D Application Programming Interface (API) management system for national R&D data-driven management and explore the possibility of using operational data according to the recent global data openness and sharing policy. In accordance with the trend of opening and sharing of national R&D data, we plan to improve management efficiency by analyzing operational data of the national R&D API service. For this purpose, we standardized the parameters for the national R&D APIs that were distributed separately by integrating the individual APIs to build a national R&D API management system. The results of this study revealed that the service call traffic of the national R&D API has shown 554.5% growth in the year as compared to the year 2015 when the measurement started. In addition, this paper also evaluations the possibility of using operational data through data preparation, analysis, and prediction based on service operations management data in the actual operation of national R&D integrated API management system.

Teachers' questioning plays an important role in mathematics teaching and learning by asking students to react or to participate in mathematical discourse. Previous studies on teachers' questioning have not focused on how to questioning to formulate an effective mathematical discourse which is contributed by students because studies mostly analyzed and categorized teachers' questions according to cognitive levels of questions without consideration of context. Therefore, this study explored characteristics of teachers' questioning to formulate an effective characteristics of teachers' questioning to formulate an effective mathematical discourse in mathematics classrooms. By reviewing and analyzing mathematics discourse and studies on teachers' questioning theoretically, we presented openness, sharedness, and productivity as characteristics of teachers' questioning. Through a middle school mathematics teacher's case, we examined three characteristics were necessary to formulate an effective mathematical discourse. Based on results from theoretical analysis and case analysis, we discussed that openness, sharedness, and productivity would be useful as a framework to analyze teachers' questioning.

Smart Connectivity를 위한 IoT, 네트워킹, 보안 솔루션을 제공하는 (주)브로드웨이브는 자사만의 경쟁력을 통해 벤처기업 인증, 이노비즈기업 인증, 기업부설연구소 설립 등 내실있는 기업으로 발돋움하고 있다. 특히, 개방과 공유로써 성공적인 IoT 비즈니스를 만들기 위해 국제 표준 기반의 개방형 IoT 서비스 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이의 일환으로, 사용하지 않는 중고 스마트폰을 활용하여 IoT 표준화를 통해 다른 스마트폰이나 PC, 노트북 간의 게이트웨이로서 기능케 하는 기술을 개발 중이다. 이를 위해서는 많은 전문가로부터 다양한 관점을 전달받는 것이 중요했고, 고민 끝에 TIA의 중소 중견기업을 위한 표준 자문서비스의 도움을 청하게 되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the sharing of research data of science and technology researchers. Data was collected through a survey of 198 science and technology researchers. Independent variables in this study included perception, openness in communication, collaboration, and trust. Latent variable was selected as reward system and dependent variable was research data sharing. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that perception were found to have a positive impact on reward system for data sharing for research. Other factors such as trust, openness in communication and collaboration were not statistically significant in their affect on reward system for data sharing. Finally, reward system was identified as the influential factor on research data sharing.

객체지향 프로그래밍의 발달과 필요성에 따라 분산된 통신망에도 객체지향 기술이 적용되는 분산객체 컴퓨팅이 새로운 버젼으로 대중화되고 있다 따라서 분산 객체간의 자원을 효율적으로 이용하고 다른 통신망의 사용자들과 원활한 통신을 하기 위해서는 자원의 공유가 필연적이다. 그러나 이러한 정보와 자원의 공유는 불완전한 통신 채널을 통해 이루어지기 때문에 불법적인 사용자들이 정보를 악용하는 보안상의 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문은 다양한 컴퓨팅 자원들이 통신망으로 연결되어 있는 개방형 분산 객체 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운영되는 컴퓨터 통신망의 정보를 보호하고 정당한 사용자에게 자원을 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 인증 메카니즘으로 CORBA 환경에서 티켓을 사용하지 않은 Kerberos 인증을 제안하였다.

인터넷에서 서버 컴퓨터를 거치지 않고 정보를 찾는 사람과 정보를 가지고 있는 사람의 컴퓨터를 직접 연결시켜 데이터를 공유할 수 있게 해주는 가상의 공유 시스템인 P2P(peer to peer)는 개방 시스템이기 때문에 근본적으로 보안상의 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 보안상의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 한 방법으로서, JXTA를 통한 P2P 어플리케이션 구현을 제안하고자 한다. 따라서 안전한 P2P 어플리케이션 개발을 위하여 JXTA 플랫폼 구조와 보안 기술을 분석하였고, 어떻게 JXTA가 플랫폼 레벨에서 주어진 암호학적 툴킷을 사용하여 보안을 다루지를 연구하였다.

SNS (Social Network Service) 사이트는 사용자의 개인정보를 비롯하여 친구 정보, 설치된 응용정보 등으로 구성되는 아이덴티티를 친구 관계를 맺고 있는 다른 사용자에게 제공하고 있다. 따라서 SNS를 통해 공유되는 아이덴티티는 개방과 공유를 중심으로 하는 웹2.0 환경에서 어떻게 관리되고 운용되느냐에 따라 SNS 사용자들에게 이득이 되거나 피해로 다가올 수 있다. 본 고에서는 앞으로 사용이 증가할 것으로 예상되는 SNS 서비스에서 웹 2.0의 아이덴티티를 공유함으로써 사용자의 편리성과 업무 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 대표적인 서비스 시나리오에 대해 연구하고 구축된 Mockup SNS 사이트에서 구현한 사례를 제시한다. 그리고 사용자의 아이덴티티 이용이 아이덴티티 소유자에 의해 통제될 수 있는 지원체계 마련의 필요성과 프라이버시 보호 측면에서의 고려사항에 대해 논의한다.
