본 논문에서는 USN 임베디드 시스템을 활용한 재난재해 방지 서비스의 설계 및 실증 시험내용을 기술한다. '하르방' 프로젝트로 명명된 본 연구에서는 최근 활발하게 연구되고 있는 USN 기술을 한라산 국립공원의 등산로에 적용함으로써, 고정밀의 기상 정보를 실시간으로 제공하고 재난재해 상황 감시 및 상황 발생을 실시간으로 알려 조기에 상황 대응이 가능하도록 하였다. 현재 독자적으로 연구개발이 이루어지고 있는 BcN, IPv6, USN 기술을 하나로 융합한 차세대 유비쿼터스 네트워크의 구조 연구는 향후 관련산업을 선도함은 물로, 실제 응용에서도 범국가적인 정밀하고 광범위한 기상예보와 재난재해 방지 시스템으로서의 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상된다.

The idea of this study was derived from awareness of local governments and police's limitation on attempts to 'creating safe park'. The purpose of this study is to examine current political measures of preventing various types of possible crimes in the park and the limitation of those policies. Furthermore, this study aims to suggest possible explanations to utilize Private Security Sector for the effective and continuous way of managing park safety by considering legal and practical solutions and its expectations. The methods of analysis used in this study are, first, literature review of current park safety management policies. Second, this article examined implications of strategies of those policies throughout the case study of the USA's park safety policy. Third, this study suggested plans of action and role of Private Security Sector to improve park safety. The results present several arguments for the park safety. First, legislation of mandatory crime preventing programme in the early stages of designing park is required. Introducing the 'park special judicial police system' to the major parks for a immediate response to the crime can be one of suggestions. Moreover, proactive police response systems, such as one of the Seoul Metropolitan Police's policies- 'returning safe parks to a citizen' are required. Second, the case study of the USA regarding park safety confirmed that major parks in the USA have rigorous and detailed park regulations. It also showed that those parks take not only preventing measures, but also follow-up measures against crimes. Third, the results suggest creating human resources by contracting out Park Managers and Private Security Sector that have specialized experiences and techniques to prevent crimes and public disorders. Overall in this study, increased citizen's satisfaction level, control of continuous and systematic crimes, the spread of joint-production of public safety, and increased fields of the Private Security Sector are expected from the findings.

Structural Wood is developed by purpose to make efficient use of wood resources. The biggest advantage of structural wood is stable as strength is high than wood product that is used by structure in existing. Order manufacture according to design details is available. It Is used to main structure elements to large spatial structure. Structure wood kind utilizes Glulam, prefabricated wood I-joists and laminated veneer lumber(LVL) and so on. Structural Design and construction of Open-air Stage Roof Structure is described in the presented paper. Architectural roof materials is used to PVF/PFLT membrane. Column and diagonal members is used to steel members(SS400), and Cantilever beam is used to Glulam assembled with different Grade laminations(10S-28B).

This study was performed for the purpose of reviewing the strategic management direction and ideas of the policy for Seoul City's Hangang Renaissance. In order to accomplish this, levels were established for each step of the policy and the policy priority by level was derived. The policy priority by level was analyzed by a decision making model through the Analytic Network Process(ANP) and the priority would be the standard to judge the order of priority. The analysis results showed that there was not a big difference between the priorities of two basic concepts: restoration and creation. The fourth level, detail plan of the third level, showed priority that development by type for waterside city in case of reorganizing city space and diversification of land utilization, utilization of riverside space in water front town for public and composit purpose, establishment of comprehensive plan on constructions in case of improving the landscape of Hangang and unified design plan rose to important element in case of forming Hangang park with the me. Based on the results of priority analysis, we would like to propose for the direction about the policy on Hangang Renaissance project, the policies forming Hangang Park with theme through unified design plan and reorganizing city space have to be proceed preferentially and connected with other plans.
