To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.

공용 컴퓨팅 자원은 전력 자원 소모가 지속적으로 발생하는 컴퓨팅 자원 중 하나이다. 하지만, 공용 컴퓨팅 자원은 그 활용 특성상 소유 의식 및 비용 문제로부터 사용자의 책임성이 떨어지므로 전력자원의 지속적 낭비가 이루어지는 대표적인 전력 소모처이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공용 컴퓨팅 시설에서 운용되는 컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 다양한 상태에서의 전력 사용량을 측정 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 시스템 차원에서 제공하는 전력 절약 기능에서도 유휴 상태와 유사한 전력 소모가 있음을 밝히고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공용 컴퓨팅 자원 (컴퓨터 시스템) 및 사용자의 활용성 측정에 기반을 둔 공용 컴퓨팅 자원 제어 시스템을 제안한다.

Elderly people should have a great load because of life in facility away from their a community. It needs careful concern for Public spaces. The mayor questions of this thesis are to seek a correlation of a Layout patterns of Public-spaces and Resident's behaviors in Public spaces ; and to seek a correlation of a Layout patterns of Public-spaces and the scale of Paid residential care facilities for Elderly people in Korea and Japan. Finally, the thesis suggests the layout patterns of public spaces that is suitable to scale of facilities and Elderly people's behaviors.

The Sign system of nursing home plays an important role when an elderly adapts to new environment and gets on daily life autonomously. Common living spaces are expecially important in maintaining social nature, adequate signage should be installed to aid them in finding their ways. Sign system is a comprehensive system consisted of various factors. In this research, it has been categorized as signage and cueing. Signage includes text and graphic signs, and cueing consists of floor plan configuration and sensual mechanism of visual, auditory, olfactory senses. Using this framework, held investigation and analysis were held in common area(shared living room, shared dining room, toilet) of 14 Korean, 8 Northern European, and 10 Japanese nursing home facilities. The result revealed that even though sign system should work as a combined unit, each factor was planed without relations to each other and did not perform mutually complementary role. Signage was installed too high, without considering the posture of elderly. Korean facilities used abundant and diverse signage compared to other countries. Japanese nursing home preferred cueing method over signage, and those of Northern Europe used plentiful visual cues such as color and ornaments.

이동통신이 대중화되면서 서비스확장을 위해 무분별하게 기지국 건설함으로써 발생하는 기지국간의 중복투자 및 자연훼손을 방지하기 위하여 정통부에서는 기지국 공용화를 요구하였다. 본 연구에서는 지하철 역사내에 설치된 공용중계기에서 발생되는 전원 불량등의 장애 요인 및 장비, 시설 불량 또는 지하철 터널 구간에서 발생되는 통신 서비스에 대한 문제점을 조사하여 분석하였다. 본 논문의 내용은 공용화 서비스에서 높은 품질의 서비스를 제공하고 앞으로 추진될 IMT-2000 또는 제4세대 이동통신 공용화에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to analyzing the welfare function of the senior citizen with similar type of compounding the school facility, to analyze the problematical point of present condition. And also propose the spatial constitution which the student and the regional senior citizen are easy to utilize on the basis of the result. In a type of educational facility composition, it became clear that a ratio and the inflection order that elderly welfare facilities occupied of vacant class room were low. In other words, in composition of a school facilities, elderly welfare facilities can be said to be an important problem. As a result of having analyzed an existing compound facilities, there was limited interchange of student and a the aged. In addition, there were problems such as learning environment by an intersection of circulation. Therefore, composition of educational facility and elderly welfare facilities is not space composition that is intersection of simple specification function. In other words, a program of the common space which is necessary for the local community formation is necessary. Setting of semi-public area proposes the function of the existing facility and actual condition of spatial use in prerequisite.
