국내 공연장 안전관리 실태 및 개선 대책에 관한 연구

  • 공연예술의 급속한 발전이 이루어지고 있으나 공연의 질, 연출 기법이나 공연에 필요한 시설에만 초점을 맞추고 있고 정작 공연장을 사용하는 배우와 관객들의 안전은 등한 시 되어 최근 수년간 공연장의 물리적 환경의 미비와 무대시설의 운영 미숙 등에 따른 각종 사고가 연이어 발생하고 있는 것이 국내 실정이다. 본 연구는 공연장 안전에 대한 국내 외 공연장 관련법규와 무대사고의 사례를 살펴보고 공연장의 무대 공간에 잠재해 있는 각종 위험 요소를 분석함으로서 공연장 사고예방을 위한 체계적 안전대책을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Semantic Network Analysis on the Research Trends in The Society of Korean Performance Art and Culture (우리나라 공연문화 연구동향의 의미연결망 분석)

  • This study used semantic network analysis to understand the academic identity and characteristics of the society of korean performance art and culture and to grasp the trend of the research. For this purpose, this study analyze the research trend of korean performance art and culture related papers based on 455 whole articles in the Journal of The Society of Korean Performance Art and Culture by the Korean Performance Art and Culture Association from 2000 to 2017. Through this research, the trends of The Society of Korean Performance Art and Culture in the period of time were identified, and the phenomenon of the performance culture field and the future development direction were suggested.

  • 제주지역의 대표적인 공립예술단이라고 할 수 있는 제주특별자치도립예술단 소속 교향악단과 합창단을 중심으로, 지역 공립예술단을 활성화하기 위한 체계적인 마케팅 기법 도입방안을 제시하고자 한다. 더 나아가서 향후 다른 장르의 공연예술 분야에도 적용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략의 이론적 틀을 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공연 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사와 면접을 실시하고 공연 마케팅의 5대 요인(제품전략, 가격전략, 장소전략, 촉진전략, 고객전략)과 공연 관람객이 인식하는 공연 활성화 요인(공연 만족도, 타인 추천의향, 재관람 의향)과의 상관관계를 살펴봄으로써 마케팅 전략적 측면에서 제주공연예술단의 활성활 방안을 모색하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제시해보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 공연 활성화에 영향을 끼치는 마케팅 전략 요인은 제품전략과 가격전략, 그리고 고객전략이었다. 제품전략과 관련해서는 '공연작품 및 작가', '공연단체 및 출연진의 유명도' 그리고 '공연의 예술성과 흥행성'을 고려해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 가격전략에서는 관객들이 입장료 '할인혜택'과 '적정한 가격이라는 느낌'을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 고객전략에서는 공연 이외에도 꾸준한 '고객관리'와 '공연정보 제공' 그리고 '공연체험', '공연시간 준수' 등이 주요 고려사항이었다.

  • Today, increasing consumption of arts and culture, many people are visiting theater or concert hall. moreover K-culture led to boom in arts and culture but previous researches focused on analysis of culture contents on the other hand satisfaction of performance hall and revisit intention is minuscule. Therefore, this research investigates satisfaction of performance and revisit intention of factors influencing Korean and Japanese audience. As a results, performance facilities and customer reception service positive influence on revisit intention to Korean audiences but customer reception service positive influences on revisit intention to Japanese audiences beside performance satisfaction indirect effect on revisit intention as well.

'Seoul Jinjinokigut' is a kind of theatrical mode of performance, not narrative mode of performance. Performers of 'Seoul Jinjinokigut' succeed in making of relationships of harmonious fusion between 'social drama' and 'stage drama' through performing of Jinjinokigut.   • 본 연구는 소비자 행동연구에서 최근 높은 관심을 나타내고 있는 체험에 관한 연구로써, 공연이벤트를 경험한 관객의 체험을 통한 공연이벤트 마케팅 방안에 도움이 되고자 실시되었다. 우리나라의 대표적 공연거리인 서울 동숭동 대학로에서 조사된 자료를 토대로 관객특성에 따른 체험의 차이와 공연이 벤트의 체험이 관객의 후속행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 파악하였다. 실증분석 결과 공연이벤트의 체험에 따른 시장세분화 및 표적시장 전략이 가능하며, 공연이벤트의 체험이 관객의 행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치기 때문에 공연이벤트의 체험마케팅을 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다. 특히 공연이벤트의 '여가체험'은 중요한 변수로써 공연이 예술의 순수성만을 부각할 것이 아니라, 관객의 여가체험을 극대화하는 방안이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

Trend Analysis of Dance Performance Research Using Keywords and Topic Modeling of LDA Techniques (LDA 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용한 무용공연의 연구 동향 분석)

  • This study explores research topics related to dance performances published in Korea based on big data and examines research trends that change according to the trend of the times. The results derived from topic modeling analysis are as follows. (1) Six major topics were derived: a study on marketing strategies and development plans for dance performances, (2) a study on the re-watching factors of dance performance space and performance satisfaction, (3) a study on the popularity and contribution of dance performances in the stage environment, (4) a study on the current status of dance performances and the convergence of dance group operations, (5) a study on the definition of dance performances using various social media, and (6) a study on the direction and development of technology-applied dance performance contents. Accordingly, research trends and topics related to dance, including dance performances, social changes, key keywords of researchers' change interests were extracted, and keywords were compared and analyzed to present academic changes and countermeasures. Accordingly, the need for research to apply new technologies was emphasized as it diversified and fused.

  • This study examined Korean traditional dancing performances in small theaters as a phenomenological approach. Korean traditional dances, as cultural welfare, are expected to be attractive to the public and our cultural heritage is expected to be inherited from them. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for Korean tradition dancing to be supplied to the public as a Traditional Cultural Welfare Program. A qualitative approach was taken to best achieve the aims of this study. The data used in this study were collected from July 10th to September 1st, 2016, using in-depth interviews. Seven Korean dance professionals with more than 15 years' experience in traditional dancing performance were enrolledin this study. The traditional dancing performance in small theaters is necessary in terms of providing concert halls to local cultural artists and high quality performances to audiences as traditional cultural welfare. The traditional dancing performance in small theaters as cultural welfare will provide a platform to enjoy various traditional cultures across all ages and all class levels of the society in auniversal dimension.

Effect of theater service quality on performance satisfaction : focusing on customer experience value mediation effect (공연장 서비스 품질이 공연 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 고객 경험가치 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality of a theater on the customer experience value and performance satisfaction and to test causality between variables. For this purpose, Study model was created from the previous studies and performed a survey with the customer who visited Performance Theater. In this study, employee kindness, facility excellence, convenience, and facilities were set as independent variables, and performance satisfaction was selected as a dependent variable. The cultural value and economic value of customer experience were examined as Moderating variables between two variables. Based on the results of this study, It was found that employee's kindness, facility excellence, and convenience have a significant effect on performance satisfaction in performing arts facilities. convenience, there was perfect mediated effect of customer experience between service quality of a theater and performance satisfaction centered on cultural value and economic value. The employee's kindness variable was examined as a perfect mediation of cultural value, and economic value as a sectoral mediation. The excellence variables of the facilities appeared as partial mediations in cultural values and as complete mediations in economic values. In the case of the auxiliary facilities, the significance test failed. According to the results of the research, it was confirmed that convenience service for customers is the most important variable. This result suggests that the service quality of a theater should be basically maintained in terms of the kindness of the facility and staff, and that the customer is more satisfied with the performance than the audience convenience service provided from the Theater. The venue suggests that customer service and reception, purchase of tickets, refund method, and staff training should be thoroughly done so that audiences can make the Theater.

A Study on Effective Collaborative Production Processes for Multimedia Convergence Performances (다매체 융합공연을 위한 효율적인 협업제작과정 연구)

  • Recently, the convergence of genre-mixed collaboration and technology-mixed collaboration in performance art strategically fuses different goals and different properties, satisfying anticipated demand, and developing into experimental forms that bring out convergence contents of new value. To supplement problems of convergence attempts and heighten levels of completion, the effective collaborative processes of media experts must be studied and improved. This thesis attempts to study effective collaborative production plans of convergence performance that correspond to the demands of the times through multimedia convergence performance prototypes(Live performance play + Pre-made digital animation). It categorizes performance production processes into pre-production and production and researches the effective collaborative production processes of convergence performances that utilize these two forms of media through work selection, production direction establishment, human resource constituents, production schedule plan establishment, visualization processes, and performance practices and rehearsals. Continuous research must be conducted based on convergence performance contents planning, changes in production methods, and an understanding of distinct characteristics among convergence contents for the industrial development systemization and vitalization of convergence contents to be made possible.
