모듀울설계는 건축의 공업화생산을 위한 수단으로서, 재래식 설계와는 달리 건축척도조정체계를 사용한 설계방법이다. 본 논문에서는 모듀울설계에 따른 건축계획의 기본적인 개념, 구조설계와의 관계 및 실제 모듀울설계를 구성하는 제요소와 도면에 대하여 설명한다. 건축공업화는 궁국적으로 양산체제를 확립시키기 위한 것이며, 양산체제를 통한 건축부품과 구조의 단순화, 표준화, 조립화에 의해 자재의 절감, 인건비의 절약, 공기의 단축, 품질관리를 도모할 수 있다.

기존의 농촌주택에 대한 연구에서도 농촌주택의 기능이 도시주택과는 달리 주거생활과 농업 생산 활동이 유기적으로 이루어지도록 계획되어져야 함에도 불구하고 고려되지 않은 점이 있다. 현대에 와서는 농촌은 젊은층의 이농에 따른 농촌 인구의 고령화와 기계화 그리고 경작 면적에 있어서는 대규모화가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 거주 인구의 성격 변화에 따라 농촌 주택도 그 형태와 기능의 변화가 요구되는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 방안의 하나로 모듈러 건축의 적용을 살펴보았다. 18세기 이후 철의 본격적인 사용과 더불어 발달한 공업화는 건축에 있어서도 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 생산의 효율성에 입각한 건축의 공업화는 현재까지 다양한 시도가 잇었는데, 본 연구는 이러한 시도를 정리하고 현재 우리 농촌에 요구되는 모듈러 건축의 특성과 그 적용 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

The construction industry is hard to apply to the statistical methodology of 6-sigma. For example, it is hard to verification of fraction defective through quantity production. So, in this research the proposed approach for effective process of technology development through establish of innovative methodology reflecting constructional characteristics. Few studies have progressed in construction industry, but there are so many examples using 6-sigma for applying to customer needs at the product development or process improvement in manufacturing business. So this research proposed the design methodology using QFD of 6-sigma and TRIZ.

플로팅 건축물은 현장 시공을 최소화해야할 필요성으로 인하여 모듈러 시스템과 같은 공업화 건축 시스템의 적용이 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 국내 모듈러 건축물 및 기술 현황에 대한 사례에서 플로팅 건축물 상부공간에서 모듈러 시스템을 적용하기 위한 고려 사항을 도출하였다. 그리고 플로팅 공공청사에서 모듈러 시스템을 적용하기 위한 기본적인 모듈러 계획 및 계획에서의 기본적인 고려 사항을 점검하였다.

The demand for promoting industrialization construction methods is increasing in Korea to cope with various construction environments, such as the lack of construction engineers, aging construction workers, and the government's 52-hour workweek policy. The industrial housing accreditation system was introduced in 1992 to recognize and improve the quality of industrial housing, but only six companies are currently certified, and there are no records of constructing industrial houses. Currently, the industrialized housing accreditation system in Korea comprises standards for the recognition, revocation of recognition, and promoting the construction of industrial houses. Therefore, this study analyzed the regulations of the industrialized housing accreditation system, derived the problems of each regulation, and derived improvement directions to promote the industrialized housing accreditation system in Korea. Specific measures include expanding the current industrial housing accreditation scope to quasi (semi)-housing, revising the performance and production standards of industrialized housing, relaxing the building standards, and providing financial support to promote industrialized housing.
