The boom of housing market lead to build a lot of apartment houses concentrated on the metropolitan area and developing new city in 1980's made 2,000,000 houses. In this time, quality standards could not be satisfied with consumers' desire due to the policy about excessive supply and come from unexpected defects in the complected buildings. In $1980's\~1990's$, It would be performed on the study for defect prevention in apartment houses. It has contributed in no way to the reduction at the rate of the defect outbreak and the solution of consumers' dissatisfaction by flaws. The reason is that the study related defects is not linked and applied by the managing and controlling system, Therefore, the study will be analyzed out defect information occurred on apartment houses of domestic construction and classified by type features. As a result, it will suggest web-based feed-back system for getting systematic information and the practical use.

재해로 인한 피해가 급증함에 따라 이를 예방하기 위한 풍수해 피해예측의 필요성이 증가하였고 관련된 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 타 부처 및 각 지자체에서는 각종 재해지도들을 작성하여 만들어진 재해지도는 작성 유형과 방법 등에 따라 다양한 데이터와 서로 다른 정보를 포함하고 있어 데이터 정보를 표준화 시키고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 찾아 연계 활용하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 메타데이터란 데이터에 대한 정보를 의미하며 데이터 변화의 근원과 변화의 흐름을 말한다. 메타데이터 관련 표준으로는 ISO19115(국제표준), KSXISO19115(국가표준), TTAS.KO-10.0139(유통목록 표준), TTAS.IS-19115(관리용 표준)이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제표준을 준용하여 풍수해 피해 예측지도의 체계적 관리를 위한 메타데이터 설계 및 관리 시스템 구축 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템 구축을 위한 표준, 정보의 특성, 사용자 수준 등을 고려하여 설계 기본방향 설정하였으며, 풍수해 피해예측지도 정보 메타데이터 표준안 수립에 반영하였다. 그 결과, 메타데이터 패키지는 총 9개의 섹션(클래스)으로 구성하여 정의하였고 하위개체를 설정 및 연계하여 메타데이터 개체셋 정보를 구성하였다. 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템 설계 제시를 위해 DB항목 조사 및 도출, 데이터 연계 활용 모델 구축, 프로토타입 개발순으로 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 표출 대상 데이터 항목별 분류, 방재활용 단계, 지역구분 등을 주제로 데이터 Mapping 자료를 작성하였고, 설계 기본 방향에 의하여 설정된 기준으로 데이터 항목별 메타데이터 DB를 작성하여 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 연구 결과는 추후 풍수해 피해예측지도 표준 데이터 및 풍수해 피해예측지도 표준 데이터 모델 구축에 활용 가능하며 표준화 연계활용을 위한 연구에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

지방공기업 경영평가는 지방공기업의 경영성과에 대해서 평가하는 것이므로 경영 성과를 균형있게 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 지방공기업의 평가 대상 유형은 상수도, 하수도, 도시철도공사, 도시개발공사, 특정공사 공단, 시설관리공단, 환경시설관리공단 등 7개로 구분된다. 이 가운데 2017년 상수도 분야의 평가 대상 공기업은 지방공기업법 제78조 및 동법 시행령 제68조에 의거하여 115개이다. 행안부에서 주관하는 8개 광역 직영 기업 그룹과 시 도에서 주관하는 107개 기초지자체 직영 기업 그룹를 구분하여 평가하고 있으며 지방상수도 경영성과 평가 지표은 크게 리더십/전략, 경영시스템, 경영성과, 정책 준수로 구분되며 총 21개의 세부지표로 구성된다. 경영 성과 지표 가운데 주요사업성과와 경영효율성과 지표에 해당하는 상수도관리, 상수도보급률, 요금부과율, 요금 현실화율은 해당 지자체의 인구규모에 따라 평가군을 설정하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 평가군을 설정하는 인구 기준에 대한 명확한 근거가 없고 동일한 평가군 내에서도 지자체 상수도 시설, 면적, 인구 밀도 등에 따라 관로길이나 상수도 원가 등이 크게 차이가 발생하고 있어 경영 평가 결과에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단순 인구 규모가 아니라 지자체 지방상수도는 경영효율화에 영향을 미치는 변수를 선별하여 주요사업 활동 성과 지표 측정에 적용할 수 있는 성과 평가군을 군집분석을 통하여 분석하고자 한다.

In this study, to improve educational motivation and learning outcomes, a mobile app using game elements was developed, and the effect of its application in rebar work education was analyzed. Using the 4F(Figure out-Focus-Fun design-Finalize) process, which is a game development model, a mobile learning app for rebar work was developed that considers the characteristics of college students familiar with smartphone use, and the app was developed in a manner that utilizes game mechanics such as learning missions and points to stimulate a learner's interest and improve educational motivation. The results show that the proposed app for rebar work is positively evaluated in terms of interface style, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, attitude toward using, and intention to use. Therefore, it can be concluded that using the learning game app for rebar work in classes can contribute to improving a learner's performance in various aspects.

우리나라의 경우 집중호우와 돌발홍수로 인한 침수 발생에 대응하기 위해 유역 및 하천관리 사업, 각종 풍수해 예방사업 등을 추진하고 있으며, 관련 분야의 스마트기술 도입을 적극 추진하고 있다. 그러나, 2013년 노량진 상수도관 공사 현장 사고, 2019년 신월 빗물저류 배수시설 현장 사고 등과 같은 건설현장 침수 피해 사고가 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 또한, 건설현장의 다양한 조건 및 시시각각 변화하는 상황에 따라 구조적 대책 및 대응방안을 수립하는 데 한계가 있으며 지금까지는 법, 제도에 기초한 대응 매뉴얼을 제작·배포하여 현장 근로자 교육을 실시하는 수준에서 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 자연재해, 특히 수재해에 대응하기 위해 보다 과학적인 방법을 통한 현장 침수 예경보 체계를 수립하였으며, 강우예측-침수예측-침수예경보 생산-현장 상황전파에 이르는 일련의 시스템을 개발하여 공사별, 규모별, 공정별 침수 대응 솔루션을 제공하고자 한다. 건설현장 침수예경보 시스템 개발의 주요 내용은 요소기술 개발이며, 간략하게 정리하면 다음과 같다. ① 강우 예측정보 생산: 현장에서 발생하는 집중호우를 고려하는 실시간 강우측정 자료와 연계한 초단기 강우예측 기술 개발, ② 침수 예측모델 개발: 현장의 시공간적 특성, 수재해 피해의 유형 등을 반영할 수 있는 침수피해 예측 모델 개발, ③ 침수예경보 의사결정 방법론 개발: 침수 피해 예경보를 위한 침수 위험단계 세분화 및 노모그래프 개발과 모델 적용(예측정확도 85% 이상), 이를 통합하여 건설현장 침수예경보 시스템 개발을 수행하게 된다. 연구에서 개발된 침수 예경보 통합 시스템은 향후 수재해로 인한 건설현장의 인명, 재산 피해 최소화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

There are almost 18,000 dams including about 1,200 large dams in Korea. The large dams are well operated and maintained by KWATER(Korea Water Resource Corporation), KRC(Korea Rural Community & Agriculture Corporation) and KHNP(Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.). Several research reports concern with the safety of these large dams are presented but there is no paper concerned with small dams which has diversion tunnel through the dam body. The purpose of this study is to show the common defects of small dams according to various cases of degradation of dams and the repair and retrofit methods which applied to the damaged dams. And this study performed resistivity survey to evaluate the effect of retrofitting dam. Also, this study tries to present the solution which concerned with these common defects in maintenance and design steps.

The remodeling of long-tern public rental housing (LPRH) have been acknowledged followed by the introduction of th Act of the Life Quality Improvement of the Residents in Long-tern Public Housing. Likewise, the feasible direction of LPRH remodeling should be discussed in order to improve the quality of life of the dwellers and housing facilities. Therefore a purpose of this study is to suggest the remodeling types for increasing their quality of life with regard to sustainability of remodeling. To do so this study employs various cases of public housing remodeling from the UK, France and USA and performed quantitative research that was subject to the residents in 9 LPRH in Seoul and Gyeong-gi. The findings of the analysis demonstrate that comprehensive and sustainable remodeling considering both physical and social environment factors are needed, and that the residents have needs of improvement of deteriorated facilities and negative perception of the public on LPRH. With regard to this, seven types of the LPRH remodeling types are drawn on the combination between physical and social environment factors. Thus it is expected that the types will ultimately be able to increase of the quality of the life of the residents and guarantee sustainable remodeling.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of how different types of living retail businesses affected housing prices during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a particular focus on both global and local time series effects. The main findings are three folds: First, from a global perspective, the study discovered that the presence of living retail businesses had a significant impact on prices of nearby apartment, varying according to their type. Secondly, the impact of COVID-19 on the retail industry varied depending on the type of business. Thirdly, when viewed from a local standpoint, the impact of the retail business sector on apartment prices due to COVID-19 pandemic was substantial, varying across regions and business types. This implies that external shocks like COVID-19 have the potential to alter the role and perception of living retail businesses. In light of this, the study has put forth policy implications aimed at mitigating the adverse effects of living retail businesses and enhancing residential quality.

The current estimation system of construction equipment cost was first introduced in 1960's when general contractors had ownership of equipment. However, most of construction equipment in construction sites has been rented from equipment leasing company these days. Therefore, the improvement of current cost estimation system is therefore inevitable in order to advance domestic construction industry. This study is aimed to suggest the improved system by analyzing nationwide market rental rates of major construction equipment. A user friendly prototype of actual database grounded on actual market rental rates collected from over 200 leasing companies in the nation was proposed. The database includes various rates and statistics analyzed by different form of contract as well as different region. Using the collected data, "The Cost Estimate System in Construction Equipment Database" was developed by using VBA(Visual Basic for Applications). The system makes users convenient to utilize the rental rates by choosing equipment and region, and various types of contract.

This purpose of this study is for an Airline company to discover and utilize new knowledge because knowledge and information are considered core tools for achieving high performance and competitive advantage, and achieving high performance and competitive advantage will surely determine the long-term survival of airline companies. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the causal relationships among different types of organizational culture, the knowledge sharing activities and the effectiveness of organizational work by airline members from a holistic viewpoint. The results of analysis are as follows. First, when examining the effects of the organizational culture types of airline members on knowledge sharing, a creative innovation culture, a relational group culture and a hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on knowledge sharing. Second, the knowledge sharing by airline members showed a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of organizational work. Third, the creative innovation culture, the relational group culture and the hierarchical orientation culture all showed positive effects on the effectiveness of organizational work. Fourth, knowledge sharing did not have a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of organizational work.
