  • 자가용 전기설비에 대한 공사계획신고 수리업무가 한국전기안전 공사로 위탐됨에 따라 공사계획신고 서식이 대폭 간소화되었음에도 불구하고 기존 구청에 하던 관례대로 복잡한 서식으로 작성, 신고하거나 일부 도면 작성이 미흡한 사항에 대해 회원 여러분들이 알기 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 1,000kW 미만의 수용설비와 500kW 미만의 발전설비에 대한 공사계획신고서를 중심으로 주요 검토사항에 대한 내용을 게재한다.

  • 한국가스공사(사장 주강수)는 본사 및 사업소의 올해 공사 및 용역, 구매 등 1조 1,771억원의 발주계획을 발표했다. 이는 지난해 계약실적 1조2,487억원 보다 5.7% 감소한 금액이다. 분기별로는 1분기에 약 4,083억원, 2분기에 약2,573억원, 3분기에 약 2,129억원, 4분기에 약 2,987억원 등 상반기에 56.5%를 집행할 계획이다.

  • The high-rise building construction field in the urban area is short of working space because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. These problems can be resolved partly through the proper selection and layout of temporary facilities. A method proposed in this paper supports a decision-maker to evaluate and select the alternatives of temporary facilities plans by establishing and analyzing processes and influence factors of them. Knowledges considered in planning temporary facilities layout are structurized and a program is implemented for a field manager. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

  • 한전은 WEICO 본 공사의 수행에 차질이 일어나지 않도록 각종 대비공사를 실시하도록 되어있는바, 이를 위해 지난 1970년 9월 1일에는 고리 현장에 원자력건설사무소를 신설 발족시키고 격지정지공사, 호안 및 물상장설치 공사, 동력 및 통신 설비, 공사용 가건물 및 창고 신축 공사등 여러가지 작업을 계획대로 추진시키고 있으며 드디어 지난 3월 19일 박대통령을 비롯한 국내외귀빈들을 모시고 고리현지에서 역사적인 기공식을 거행하였다. 다음에 고리원자력발전소 건설계획의 개요를 살펴보고자 한다.

  • Highway construction is a combination of linear, repetitive, and highly equipment intensive operations. Various types of construction equipment are deployed to ensure undisrupted performance of construction, and thus productivity improvement and cost-saving can be achieved through well-thought-out planning. The selection of construction equipment is dependent upon construction sequence, site conditions, and construction methods. In the process of planning, management should consider various types of construction methods per each type of construction operation. Also, management should map out proper construction equipment operation plan that takes the construction duration and cost measures into consideration. However, limited availability of historic data from the similar types of operations has been a stumbling block to proper construction planning, making the operations performed based upon experience and intuition guided by rules-of-thumb. As a consequence, the planing phase rarely provided an adequate validity in the implementation phase. The researchers developed a process logic for each construction type that management can utilize from early phase of highway construction planning process. Moreover, derived the construction equipment combination optimized for efficiency by using the process simulation technique. The developed method is expected to be useful for the decision-making process that aims to evaluate efficiency of various process plans and to ensure optimal selection of construction equipment for highway construction projects.

  • The long-term repair program is significant as the execution standard for apartment in repair construction, and provides the basis for effective facility management through appropriation reserve and preventive maintenance. Considering its importance, the government legislates the items, cycle, and ratio for long-term repair. However, the frequent changes, controversies on repair, and difficulties in using appropriation reserve are caused as the items have not been revised on time reflecting up-to-date construction technologies. In order to resolve these problems, it is required to improve the standard by evaluating the appropriateness of repair items throughout the analysis of actual conditions. This study aims to suggest the revision plan for the criteria with the major items based on the status identified by the actual long-term repair programs and historical repair construction data. To do this, the adoption ratios of items to program are reviewed by collecting the real cases of the long-term repair programs. Developing improvement plan was approached in two ways such as "exclusion method" deleting minimum unnecessary items and "selection method" sorting out items with high adoption ratio and evidence of repair in a positive manner. Aa a result, the major items were identified as 118 items and 73 items by exclusion method and selection method respectively from the current 147 items. The outcomes of this study are expected to contribute enhancing the practicality of the standard in that the regulation for long-term repair program should periodically reflect the status of currently applied construction methods and materials.
