Detection of Unauthorized Facilities Occupying on the National and Public Land Using Spatial Data (공간정보 자료를 이용한 국·공유지 무단점유 시설물 탐색)

  • This study has proposed a methodology to detect suspicious facilities that occupy national and public land by using the cadastral and digital maps. First, we constructed a spatial database of national & public land based on the cadastral maps by linking its management ledger. Using the PNU (Parcel Number) code as a key field, the data managed by different institutions are integrated into a single spatial information DB (database) and then, the use or nonuse state of each parcel is confirmed on the cadastral map. Next, we explored the suspicious facilities that existed in the unused parcel by utilizing the digital topographical map. Then, the proposed methodology was applied for various regions and tested its feasibility. Through this study, it will be possible to improve the utilization of digital maps and to manage the national and public land efficiently and economically.

A Study on the differentiation and development aspects of Zhu-zi xue - centering around the connection between Huang Gan and Jin-hua school in Yuan period (주자학의 사상적 분화와 전개양상에 관한 연구 - 황간(黃?)과 원대(元代) 금화학파(金華學派)의 사상적 연관성을 중심으로 -)

  • Huang Gan(1152 - 1220, pen-name Mian-zhai) was a famous scholar of Zhu-zi xue in the Southern Song period. Zhu-zi xue was also called Daoxue(道學), because it was based on the Cheng-Zhu xue(程朱學) and had very severe idea of Daotong(道統). Therefore, Zhu-zi xue emphasized practical movements of spreading Confucianism. The view of the Daotong(道統) developed in two aspects: protection of Confucianism and exclusion of Daoism Buddhism. Zhu Xi completed the idea of Daotong(道統), and his disciples, especially Huang Gan, continued his efforts. Zhu Xi's disciples searched the ultimate teaching of Confucianism through studying Four-books(四書). In due of their effort, Zhu-zi xue played a reading role in those academic fields. Huang Gan look upon himself as the successor to Zhu-zi xue. He expounded and missionized Zhu Xi's philosophical thought. In his later years, he accepted many students and passed the Zhu Xi's thought on to his students. He fostered "Jin-hua school(金華學派)"-He Ji(何基), the representative of this school. There is the relation of thought on the theory of knowledge and learning centering around Daotong between Huang Gan and Jin-hua school(金華學派). Especially, the most schools leading the academic society of Yuan period founded their thought on Huang Gan's. And it explained Huang Gan's historical influence and contributions to the Zhu-zi xue in the Yuan period.

  • This article explored the duplicity relation between the Daxue/Zhongyong of Confucianism and the Yonghobigyeol of Taoism, which was advocated by Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon, who was a Confucian scholar and the progenitor of Sundoism. The view of Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon was that the Confucian scriptures that contain the mind control method handed down from Confucius are Daxue, Zhongyong and Zhouyixicichuan (周易繫辭傳). His another view was that Zhuzi (朱子) intentionally did not expose the original object of Confucian mind control method in the interpretation of Sangangling (三綱領) of Daxuezhangju (大學章句) annotated by him, since he was invoked by the contemporary logic of Sung Period (宋代). Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon added a new annotation on Daxue Sangangling and tried to disclose the original object of Confucian mind control method through new interpretation by explaining the implied meaning of character '中' (zhong) of Zhongyong Yunzhijuezhong (允執厥中) by way of Iljungron (一中論). In addition to this new interpretation, Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon took the Yuanxiangfa (原象法), which Confucius compiled as the extract of Yijing (易經) from Zhouyixicichuan (周易繫辭傳), as the core of Confucian metaphysical philosophy study. He suggested Yuanxiangfa as a methodology to reach the ultimate target of study together with the Yonghobigyeol of Taoism and paid attention to the close relationship between the two. Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon verified the original object of Daxue by new interpretation on Daxue Sangangling, left an analytical thought on the consistency among Daxue, Zhongyong and Xicichuan (繫辭傳) and the study method of Igyohabil (異敎合一), where he integrated the principle of Taoism and Confucianism. Bongwoo Gwon Tae-hoon left a new topic to Korean world of thought, which is as important as the Seondanhosuron (禪丹互修論) of Cheonghaja Gwon Geuk-jung (靑霞子 權克中) in Joseon Period.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore how Zhang Zai(張載)''s Gi-Hak(氣學) and Wang Shou-Ren(王守仁)''s Sim-Hak(心學) are interrelated, which differs from prior positions viewing the two as separate, unrelated philosophies or ones standing in contrast to each other. By direct comparing the notions Tae-Heo(太虛) and Yang-Ji(良知), I tried to explain that ontological structures of Gi-Hak and Sim-Hak are interrelated ; and by comparing Dae-Sim(大心) and Chi-Yang-Ji(致良知), I made an argument that Gong-Bu-Ron(工夫論) of Gi-Hak and Sim-Hak corresponds to each other. Zhang Zai''s the doctrine of Tae-Heo can be seen as a respond to Jeok-Myeol-Ron(寂滅論) in Buddhism ; therefore, understanding Sim-Hak in terms of Gi-Hak, that is, interpreting the fundamental meaning of Yang-Ji as Tae-Heo, can free Yang-Myeong-Sim-Hak(陽明心學) from the unceasing criticism by Ju-Ja-Hak(朱子學) that it is a 'Buddhistic heresy'. This study could be highly significant in that it enables us to read the tradition of Zhang Zai not only from the viewpoint of u-Ja-Hak, but even from ang-Myeong-Sim-Hak tradition. I interpreted Yangming School of Mind as a developmental succession of Neo-Confucianism, and understood Zhang Zai''s Gi-Hak as a theoretical pioneer of Wang Shou-Ren''s Sim-Hak.

Toegye's Simhak and Spiritualism (퇴계 심학과 정신주의 철학)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate Toegye's simhak in relation to spiritualism. In general, we call Chu Hsi's learning "lihak" (the learning of principle) while Wang Yangming's learning is described as "simhak" (the learning of mind). However, we sometimes call Toegye's learning "simhak" in spite of his respect for Chu Hsi's philosophy of li. Toegye's simhak is different from Wang Yangming's. Nonetheless, Toegye too, highlighted the existential meaning of truth. Toegye regarded simgyung (the book of mind) as one of the most important classics for self-cultivation. As is well known, Toegye's main concern was concentration on mind and heart cultivation. Toegye understood li as a spiritual being, which can actualize itself. The goal of simhak is to become a sage. For a sage, there is no contradiction between moral norm and human desire. To become a sage, Toegye developed the theory and practice of mind cultivation. Toegye's simhak has some common characteristics with Louis Lavelle's philosophy of spiritualism. Both Toegye and Louis Lavelle lay great emphasis on self reflection and spiritual life. In particular, Toegye developed the concrete method of mind cultivation. In the 21st century, human beings are confronted with spiritual crisis in many aspects. Toegye's simhak can be advanced as useful wisdom to keep one's mind in a peaceful and harmonious state.

Physical Chemistry of Eh-pH Diagram (전위 - pH 도표의 물리화학)

  • Marcel Pourbaix에 의해 만들어진 Eh-pH 도표는 화학적으로 안정한 상을 pH와 전위 (Potential or Eh)의 관점으로 도시한 것으로서 수용액 내에서 일어나는 화학반응을 부식-방식의 관점에서 이해하데 유용하게 사용되어 왔다. pH (potential of hydrogen)는 수소이온의 농도의 함수이며, Eh는 표준수소전극 (SHE, standard hydrogen electrode) 에 대한 전위를 나타낸다. 수용액에서의 도금 반응은 부식반응의 역반응이라 할 수 있으므로 도금반응도 이 도표를 이용하면 반응에 대한 열역학적 예측이 가능하다. 국내외 전기화학 및 표면공학 관련 교재들을 보면 Eh-pH 도표로 대표되는 열역학이나 분극곡선으로 대표되는 속도론에 대한 설명은 주로 부식의 관점에서 설명이 되어있어 도금을 공부하는 학생들에게는 직접적인 이해가 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 저자는 출연연구소에 근무하면서 새로 들어오는 학연생(대학원생)들의 Eh-pH 도표에 대한 이해도를 알아보면 이 도표를 이해하고 이용할 줄 아는 학생이 거의 없다는 점을 안타깝게 여겨왔다. 최근에는 단순한 금속 도금이 아니라 나노 분말 합성, 반도체 물질 합성 등 여러 가지 공정기술과 응용기술이 수용액에서의 산화-환원 반응을 이용하고 있기 때문에 Eh-pH 도표의 중요성은 더해가고 있음을 느끼고 있었다. 그러던 중, 일본의 표면 처리 학술지인 표면기술(表面技術) (2013년, 64권 2호)에 'Eh-pH 도표의 표면기술에의 응용'이라는 제하의 소특집이 발간되었다. 이 소특집은 6편의 논문으로 되어 있었다. 저자는 이 소특집을 읽는 순간 이 논문들을 번역하여 표면공학회지에 소개를 하면 도금이나 전기화학을 공부하는 학생들에게 큰 도움이 될 것이라는 생각을 하였다. 본 기술해설 논문은 저자가 이 소특집에 게재된 논문을 번역하고 일부 내용은 저자의 의견으로 가감하여 표면공학회 학생 회원 및 기업의 연구원들에게 소개하기 위하여 저역을 한 것이다. 이 논문은 매 호 한편씩 소개할 예정이며, 원문을 읽고 싶다면 표면기술(表面技術)을 참조하길 바란다.

  • The purpose of this research provides analyzes the learning attitude types by Chinese students in Korea. For this purpose, we have adopted of the practical research methodology and quantitative research methodology, which can objectively determine the individual's ideas and behavior of the "Q methodology". To this end, This research is targeted at Chinese students in the students' learning attitude implemented by 4 types and analyzes questionnaires of each type. The analysis results are categorized as the type of learning environment is not satisfied; positively cooperate with the learning process and the environment; the lack of learning motivation; and paradoxical learning state. As a result of this discussion, Chinese students should have clear motivation to learn new things; improve their korean language ability; and need to know their clear learning methods. Nowadays, more and more Chinese students are choosing study abroad. Therefore, the learning attitudes and learning abilities as two of the most important of focus from society.

Park, Se-dang's understanding of Zhuxi (박세당의 주희 이해)

  • Park, Se-dang criticized or accepted Zhuxi's annotation with his own way of understanding Confucian classics. His way of understanding Zhuxi can explain through the motive of writing his book, sabyeonrok and his basic view of scripture interpretation in the book. He thought one can achieve learning from lower to upper level. That means it is good for one to study from text easy to reach and attain, grasp. But if one begin to study from text or contents hard to understand, that will make to lose the proper way or province to the value of learning. This is what Park, Se-dang's basic point of interpreting Confucian classics, called 'learning from lower to upper level.' Park, Se-dang gave high praise Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi and Zhuxi who recreated confucianism into world from darkness. He thought Cheng-Zhu school corrected confucian's ways of learning went wrong from Chinese Han. So we need to reconsider the assessment of his view as anti?post-Zhuxi. He also thought there were a lot of way to understand Confucian classics. He insisted Zhuxi's way of annotating Confucian classics was one of them, and so as his. He understood Zhuxi's thought in this way of thinking and his academic method of 'learning from lower to upper level.' Therefore to interpretate Confucian classics new way he criticised or accepted Zhuxi's way of annotating scripture though his own way of understanding Confucian classics and academic method of 'learning from lower to upper level.'

Going global: The Study Abroad Experiences of Chinese and Korean Students (세계화:중국학생과 한국학생들의 해외 유학 경험)

  • This study includes three students' whose country origin is of a political and economic success, therefore the pursuit to learn English is important. The participants evaluated in this study are two students of Korean descent and one Chinese student. The purpose was to evaluate their overall language learning experiences outside of their home country. While the participants in this study share similar cultures and learning styles their process towards second language readiness is different. The internal factors (readiness) that motivated them to study abroad were synonymous. However, the classroom situations (assessment), social settings (environment), and strategies used were disparate. The methodology of this paper used a holistic approach with a snowball sampling technique. The responses were collected by a prepared questionnaire and unstructured interviews, then later analyzed by the inductive reasoning process. The 3 specific categories identified were despondency, culture and communication conflict. The present study revealed that the participants' earlier preparation from their home country plays a significant contribution to their success abroad.

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose the policy change of teachers education in Korea with an analysis of America statistical literacy education. we found the difference of statistical literacy education between Korea and America with each nation's social and educational environment. We can get the need of new change for statistic teacher's education in Korea. We think of Mathematics teachers should know about the difference between statistics and mathematics at school mathematics. And they should know the new change thinking about teaching method and process assesment methods. Second, Teachers should focused on teaching of problem solving and statistical thinking ability based on data analysis than the teaching of probability and mathematical theory.
