Shor 알고리즘의 영향으로 RSA 등 기존 잘 알려진 암호 알고리즘들은 양자컴퓨터가 등장하면 안전성에 대한 위험을 받게 된다. NIST에서는 양자컴퓨터 환경으로부터 보안성이 유지되는 암호를 선정하기 위한 양자내성암호 공모전을 개최하였다. 또한, 국내에서도 양자내성암호 분야의 경쟁력 향상과 기술 저변 확대를 위해 양자내성암호 국가공모전(KpqC 공모전)을 개최하였다. 본 논문은 KpqC 공모전 1라운드에 제출된 4개의 코드 기반 양자내성암호 알고리즘에 대한 소개, 퍼포먼스 및 안전성에 관하여 살펴볼 것이다.

This paper proposes the multimedia fingerprinting code insertion algorithm when video content is distributed in P2P environment, and designs the collusion codebook SRP(Small RISC Processor) embedded system for the collusion attack prevention. In the implemented system, it is detecting the fingerprinting code inserted in the video content of the client user in which it requests an upload to the web server and in which if it is certified content then transmitted to the streaming server then the implemented system allowed to distribute in P2P network. On the contrary, if it detects the collusion code, than the implemented system blocks to transmit the video content to the streaming server and discontinues to distribute in P2P network. And also it traces the colluders who generate the collusion code and participates in the collusion attack. The collusion code of the averaging attack is generated with 10% of BIBD code v. Based on the generated collusion code, the codebook is designed. As a result, when the insert quantity of the fingerprinting code is 0.15% upper in bitplane 0~3 of the Y(luminance) element of I-frame at the video compression of ASF for a streaming service and MP4 for an offline offer of video content, the correlation coefficient of the inserted original code and the detected code is above 0.15. At the correlation coefficient is above 0.1 then the detection ratio of the collusion code is 38%, and is above 0.2 then the trace ratio of the colluder is 20%.

In this paper, we design and implement a contest application that enables artists to participate in contest activities, manpower, and job information using smart-phone, and to share and systematically manage the information. While the competition is very important for the artists, it is not easy for them to search the competition information due to lack of time. Therefore, it is effective to provide them with contest information suitable for their interests and to be more immersed in creative activities by sharing them. The core function is to provide a space where artists can share contests in real time through the contest bulletin board and aims to provide a variety of functions for convenient convenience, such as buying and selling of works by artists and spoon market for purchasing materials and art tools do.

The article concerns the relationship between the animation festival and the regional cultural industries. In particular, the article studies the WAF(Web Animation Festival) case, in which has hold since 2004 by the Gwangju Information & Culture industry Promotion Agency in the city of Gwangju. The WAF case will be examined in terms of the promotion of the selected web cartoons and animations in the festival competition. As a result, the competion festival has been managed in connection with the support programs for the promotion of the regional cultural industries. In the process, the Gwangju Information & Culture industry Promotion Agency has sought to connect the selected arts works with the CEOs in the field of content business and media business. The article concludes the WAF need to be reestablished in the context of the development of the Gwangu cultural industries cluster and the reinforcement of the international exchange and networking through the grand project of Asian Cultural Capital Gwangu.

본 연구는 1986년에서 1996까지 76개의 분리공모(ECO) 기업을 대상으로 분리공모를 통한 구조조정의 성과를 분석하였다. 기업규모와 장부가/시가 비율(BE/ME)을 통제한 결과, ECO 후 모회사의 24, 36개월간 누적 비정상수익률(CAR)은 각각 -0.79%와 -10.31%, 평균 보유기간 비정상수익률은 각각 -1.94%와 -7.08%이었다. 반면, ECO 후 자회사의 24, 36개월간 CAR은 각각 33.31%와 27.49%, 평균 보유기간 비정상수익률은 각각 41.36%와 34.43%이었다. 또한, 24, 36개월간 모회사의 상대적 부(WR)는 각각 0.98과 0.94, 자회사의 WR은 1.39와 1.33이었다. 한국시장에서도 ECO 모회사는 유의하지 않는 장기 저성과를, ECO 자회사는 최초공모나 유상증자가 장기 저성과를 보이는 것과는 달리 장기 고성과를 보여 분리공모를 통한 구조조정은 자회사의 주주 부를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

Two important requirements in broadcast encryption schemes are traitor traceability and revocability. In this paper, we propose a new type of a traitor tracing scheme that can revoke an unlimited number of traitors\` personal keys. Additionally, we propose an efficient and simple method to provide self-enforcement property. We also describe a variant of our scheme of which encryption algorithm is secure against adaptive chosen ciphertext attacks.

(주)공간세라믹이 주최하는 공모전 '제1회 공간세라믹(점토벽돌) 건축상'이 지난 4월 1일 시작됐다. 총 상금 1억 원이 걸린 이 공모전에는 건축법 22조에 따라 올해 4월 1일부터 2021년 3월 31일 사이에 준공된 점토건축 활용 건축물이라면 공간세라믹 홈페이지를 통해 응모가 가능하다. 민간기업에서 개최하는 건축상 공모전이 드문 상황에서 반가운 소식이 아닐 수 없다. 게다가 벽돌 건축물을 다룬다고 한다. 수천 년 간 이어져온 오래된 친환경 건축 재료지만 과거에 비해 수요가 많이 줄어든 벽돌. 공모전을 개최된 계기가 무엇일까. 5월 13일 공간세라믹 본사에서 공모전 주최자 조백일 공간세라믹 대표를 만났다
