This study explores the characteristics of centrality measures for analyzing researchers' impact and structural positions in research collaboration networks. We investigate four binary network centrality measures (degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality, and PageRank), and seven existing weighted network centrality measures (triangle betweenness centrality, mean association, weighted PageRank, collaboration h-index, collaboration hs-index, complex degree centrality, and c-index) for research collaboration networks. And we propose SSR, which is a new weighted centrality measure for collaboration networks. Using research collaboration data from three different research domains including architecture, library and information science, and marketing, the above twelve centrality measures are calculated and compared each other. Results indicate that the weighted network centrality measures are needed to consider collaboration strength as well as collaboration range in research collaboration networks. We also recommend that when considering both collaboration strength and range, it is appropriate to apply triangle betweenness centrality and SSR to investigate global centrality and local centrality in collaboration networks.

Residential buildings industry hold lots of portions in Korean construction. Accurate cost index for Residential buildings is required to understand trends of prices of the constructions and to manage budget for them effectively. So Korea Institute of Construction Technology has issued a cost index for residential buildings every six months. However It hasn't been improved although It can't reflect the actual circumstance. So we are supposed to make a new cost index for residential buildings based on statistical data extracted from bills of quantity at three different projects.

공동연구 네트워크의 대표적인 사례인 공저 네트워크는 오랫동안 네트워크 분석의 대상으로 다루어져 왔다. 최근에는 가중 네트워크로서 공저 네트워크에 대한 연구가 활발해지면서 연구자의 영향력을 측정하려는 몇 가지 척도가 제안되었다. 이 연구에서는 공저 네트워크에서의 중심성을 측정하기 위해서 사용된 척도인 가중페이지랭크, 공동연구 h-지수와 공동연구 hs-지수, 복합연결정도중심성, c-지수에 대해서 비교 분석해본다.

This study proposes a new classification system and analysis methodology for time delay risk of apartment projects. And this study proposes the classification of major trades and risk level and risk index by performing expert-oriented interview and survey report on a national scale. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for time delay risk management system through the analysis of risk level, risk index and rank of major 5 trades(earth work, structure work, masonry work, window and door/glass work, and interior finish work) in apartment projects.

공동광자감쇠 분광학(Cavity Ringdown Spectroscopy, CRDS)은 고감도의 흡수분광법으로 미량기체의 농도나 흡수분광선의 연구에 사용되어 왔으며 화염이나 플라스마에도 응용되고 있다. 이 분광법은 시간에 따라 지수함수로 감쇠하는 공동광자감쇠신호의 감쇠상수를 측정하는 기술인데, 레이저의 밴드폭이 흡수선폭보다 넓으면 감쇠신호가 지수함수에서 벗어나 오차를 발생하게 된다. 그러므로 오차를 줄이려면 좁은선폭의 레이저를 사용하거나 공동광자감쇠신호의 주파수를 분리하여야 한다. 분광선폭보다 매우 넓은 선폭의 레이저를 사용하고 분광기를 이용하여 공동광자감쇠신호를 분리하는 방법들이 제안되었다. 인용을 통한 연구성과 지표인 h-지수는 2005년에 제안된 이후 공식의 간단명료함, 용이한 산출 방법, 지수의 강건성 등이 인정되면서 계량정보학 분야를 비롯한 학술 공동체의 활발한 후속 논의가 이례적으로 신속하게 이어지고 있다. 후속 연구는 주로 h-지수의 타당성 검토, h-지수를 이용한 특정 분야의 개인성과 측정 시도, h-지수의 타 영역에의 응용, h-지수의 보완 등을 주제로 전개되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 우선 h-지수와 이를 보완한 g-지수를 비롯한 변형 지수에 대해서 현재까지 전개되고 있는 논의를 살펴보았다. 그리고 인용빈도가 높지 않은 경우를 고려하여 개선한 지수를 제안하고 실험적인 측정을 시도하였다.

The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of research collaborations in the field of LIS. While there are several studies under the unit of analysis of country, there are only a few studies under the unit of analysis of institution in LIS field. For this analysis, we selected eight journals in the KCI (Korea Citation Index) web site, which correspond to the field of LIS through subject classification. The collaborative indices, Collaborative Coefficient, Co-Authorship Index, Local Collaborative Index (LCI), Domestic Collaborative Index (DCI) allowed us to comparatively analyze institutional collaboration patterns in LIS field. In the case of Chung-Ang University, Yonsei University, and Ewha Womans University, collaborative research among professors, graduate students, and professors reflected the fact that collaborations among universities are often performed with professors. In the case of KISTI, which showed a very high index value, the characteristics of project-based research are reflected in the research collaboration pattern.

대덕 바이오클러스터의 네트워크를 파악하기 위하여 한국특허정보원의 KIPRIS 서비스를 이용하여 한국특허정보를 분석하였다. 공동출원 한 특허에 대하여 샐튼지수(Shalton index)를 구하여 연구개발 주체 간의 연관성과 기술 간의 연관관계에 의하여 R&D network model을 제시하였다. 본 모델에 의하면 벤처기업 간 공동연구가 가장 활발하였고 벤처기업들은 대학보다는 연구기관을 선호하였다. 과학 기술지식의 산업으로의 확산을 위해서는 대학이나 출연연구소의 네트워크가 더욱 활성화되어야 한다. 일부 벤처기업이 대덕특구의 연구기관과 공동연구가 활발하였지만 특구내의 연구추체보다는 타 지역의 기업, 벤처기업, 대학과의 공동연구가 많이 이루어지고 있었다. 샐튼지수에 의하여 기술 간 연관성 분석 한 결과는 생물자원탐색 기술, 세포배양, 유전공학과 같은 기초분야를 모체로 네트워크가 형성되고 있다. 생물의약분야는 기술우위가 약하므로 이의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 네트워크가 절실히 요구되고있다. 과학기술문헌이나 특허자료를 이용한 계량서지학적 분석방법은 R&D 네트워크 구축을 위한 전략 수립에 있어 효과적인 방법으로 이용될 수 있다.

The apartment reconstruction projects have the proper functions such as residential environment improvement and the new housing allocation system; however, intention of the projects are distorted by the combination of factors, like failure of relocation of the original occupants and income redistribution, speculation in real estate, sharp rise in housing price, disputation between various interested parties, inadequate system and etc and it makes the projects unable to go well. Disputations and litigations are due to spread of the small conflict. As a result of the problems, it could not going smoothly and that lead to increase or stop the period and cost. This study is to estimate the period and cost using the conflict index so as to prevent and solve the problem which is among the conflict in the reverse functions. The conflict index has estimated focus on the conflict impact and the period and cost has been estimated using an variable independent including the conflict index. Also, estimated the conflict index and estimate of the period and cost are able to succeed with a minimum of disputation and money.

The basic type construction cost which is the base of the building cost estimation is being adjusted according to the price changes by utilizing the apartment construction cost index in order to flexibly operate it. In this study, we analyzed the change trends and characteristics of the housing cost index for the basic type building cost model project operated from September, 2012 to March, 2018. As a result, the increase in material costs is slight while the share of the labor cost increased in the construction cost due to the rise of labor unit price, leading to a perceived increase in sensitivity of labor costs. We should be careful to keep the sensitivity of the material cost and the labor cost to an appropriate level so that the index may not be distorted.
