There is no comprehensive consensus of the control patterns people op::rate shadings or the motivating factors that influence their decisions. Patterns of shading devices use can affect the energy consumption of buildings. Therefore, this study aims to analyze shading device usage patterns based on the physical factors that can affect occupants behavior. First, control patterns of indoor shading devices in apartment buildings were monitored by taking pictures. Next, frequency of shading device use together with their shading portions was analyzed based on two physical factors such as window orientation and floor level. The results showed that about 35% of the monitored apartment buildings utilized indoor shading devices. Also, the south-facing apartments were more dynamically used than their east-facing counterparts. On the contrary, there was no general trend in regards to the shading operation patterns.

Although the national government prepares and implements planning for securing various services and facilities based on the needs of welfare centers for leisure of the aged according to the increase of life expectancy. These efforts are still beyond the satisfaction for the needs of the aged. These efforts are only polling on in terms of the increase in quantity, and so therefore there is total lack of high level of welfare facilities for the aged with regard to the consumers' characteristics and behavior attitudes. Under these considerations, this study aims at investigating through indoor space check list, the reality of whether the present welfare centers for the aged are designed with the application of the characteristics and behavior attitudes of the aged to the indoor space. The results of this study are going to be utilized as basic materials for future designs that may consider the behavioral attitudes of the aged and be able to increase their quality of leisure and welfare when building welfare centers for the aged in the future.

환경원년을 맞아 지난 1월9일 서울 마포구 가든 호텔에서는 자연과 환경관계전문인들이 모여 "자연과 환경을 위한 공동회의"를 가졌다. 이날 본회 문장인회장도 발기위원 25인중의 한사람으로서 국립공원을 비롯한 각급자연공원의 생태계 보존과 올바른 이용행태를 위한 세가지 권유를 했는데 (1) 조사연구의 제도화 (2) 홍보.교육의 강화 (3)투자확대책이 그것으로서 이가운데는 각종 산제를 빙자한 대형 등반으로 인한 자연파괴행위의 지양등 우리공원운동자의 절실한 문제가 지적되고 있어 회원들의 일독을 바란다.

This study assesses research patterns and trends of library and information science(LIS) in Korea by applying bibliometric analysis. For the study, 2,400 peer-reviewed publications from 2001 to 2010(including conference proceedings) published by 159 LIS professors in Korea were analyzed by year, author, affiliation and journal. The study findings showed an increasing trend in collaboration(52.75% of total publications with single authors and 47.25% with multiple authors) among LIS professors in Korea, robust publication patterns of Korean LIS faculty(average 1.51 publications per year), and an increasing number in foreign publications(170 publications). The study results also suggested an internationalization of LIS in Korea. Specifically, the study found a higher rate of Korean LIS faculty with foreign degrees than in previous years as well as a higher publication rate of professors with international degrees. The analysis of publication patterns conducted by the study, which is a first step in our aim to establish a multi-faceted approach for assessing the impact of scholarly work, will be followed up with analysis of references and citations to evaluate the quality of publications.

This study analyzes the authorship of all articles published in four domestic LIS journals over a 20-year period from 2002 to 2021 to examine the current status of scholarly communication through Korean LIS journals and suggest future prospects. To achieve this purpose, the study analyzed the number of co-authors, the proportion of returning authors, the publishing preference index (PPI), the author group change trend, and the researcher attraction index (RAI). The analysis revealed the level of collaborative research in each journal, the degree of formation of related author groups by journal, the inflection point of author group changes, the characteristics of emerging researchers, and the degree of author sharing between journals. Overall, 2015 was found to be an inflection point where the author community of Korean LIS journals changed. The newer generation of researchers showed a slightly different behavior of publishing papers than the older generation, as they mainly conduct collaborative research. These quantitative results could be triangulated with the qualitative interview data of previous studies to further strengthen the development strategy of Korean LIS journals.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 오늘날 인간생활 행태의 변화뿐만 아니라 미래건축 공간에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 그 중에서도 인간의 가장 기본적인 생활환경인 주거 공간의 변화는 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 지능형 홈, 사이버 아파트 등의 새로운 미래주거 공간이 나타나고 홈네트워크 시스템을 이용한 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 적용되고 있다. 그러나 거주자를 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 공간에 적절히 적용되지 않는 사례가 발생하고 있고 수요자 요구와 관련 없이 서비스가 설계되어 있어 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 이는 현재의 홈네트워크가 IT 업계가 제공한 솔루션과 기기 중심으로 서비스가 개발되고, 공급자 위주의 기능의 편리성을 위주로 제공되고 있기 때문이며, 주택을 잘 알고 있는 건설인과의 협업이나 최종 사용자의 기호가 고려되고 있지 않기 때문이다. 더욱 중요한 것은 초기 디자인 단계에서 이러한 문제점들이 수용되고 있지 못하고 공간 디자인과 서비스 개발이 유리화되어 선 시공 후, 서비스를 끼워 맞추기식으로 계획하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 서비스 개발의 관점에서 접근하여 공동 주택의 초기 디자인 단계에서 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 공간에 적용하여 부합되는지를 살펴보고, 이에 따라 적절한 미래공간을 디자인 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 공간정보 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 공동주택 유비쿼터스 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 연구에 그 목적을 둔다.

This study aims to empirically examine serial entrepreneurship in Korea. Using the ICT startups survey data, I compare serial entrepreneurs with their novice counterparts in terms of business behaviors and performances. I found that serial entrepreneurs are more likely than novice ones to co-found a business with other entrepreneurs, enter a market with relatively large assets and expand their business into overseas market. They tend to put more importance on large-scale production and expansion strategy than first-time entrepreneurs. They are more likely to cooperate with suppliers and customers but less likely with the governments. From their experience of founding and operating businesses, the findings suggest that serial entrepeneurs are more market-oriented and more capable of managing internal human relations and external network of supply chain. Consequently, serial entrepreneurs show stronger early financial performance than novice entrepreneurs especially when they team up to found a business.

본 논문에서는 2015년도 이용 고객의 변화를 3년간 분석하여 이용행태를 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 국가과학기술지식정보서비스 (NTIS : National Science & Technology Information Service)는 사업, 과제, 인력, 연구시설 장비, 성과 등 국가연구개발 사업에 대한 정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가과학기술 지식정보 포털입니다. 부처별(기관별)로 개별 관리되고 있는 국가R&D 사업 관련 정보와 과학기술 정보를 공유하고 공동 활용해, 국가R&D 투자 효율성을 높이고 연구 생산성 향상에 기여하는 것이 주목적입니다. 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객만족도를 기반으로 하여 핵심고객을 예측할 수 있는 프레임워크를 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 500여명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 국가과학기술지식정보서비스에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

The aim of this study is to obtain new design factors which can be applied to the constructing design of bathrooms. This study was especially focused on the using patterns of the bathrooms of the rural apartment houses in Chungbuk Province which have been constructed by the public program to improve old farm houses. To carry out this study, field study, questionnaire survey and personal interview have been made. The results are as follows. 1) It is essential to lay out a bathtub, because farmers need to relieve their fatigue caused by manual labor, and mostly they don't find a bathhouse in the neighborhood. 2) With the drainage way, it is necessary to equip an apparatus to collect and remove the fallen hair and garbage which usually stop up the beak. 3) Considering the using patterns of the bathrooms as the place of washing one's face, foot, hair and clothes, one more hydrant is needed in the bathroom besides the two hydrants in the washstand and bathtub.
