This study was to investigate if there are any segmented groups of residents' attitude toward tourism development and also to examin if there are significant differences among such segmented groups in terms of community spirits and touridms development supports. From the literature review, the survey questionaries was developed and a total of 358 useful sample were collected and analyzed in SPSS. The results from cluster and MANOVA showed that there are some significant differences among the segmented groups. the higher residents have positive attitude toward tourism development the stronger residents have community spirits and tourism development support, More insight implication and discussion was provide in conclusion.

North Korea is hoping get more international aids and cooperations with facing serious difficulties in the domestic economies, but it is expected to be hard to induce foreign direct investments due to the lots of existing negative factors in the credibility, profitability, bad images, and so on. On the other hand, in South Korea, the demands of the places and facilities for the leisure & tourism have been skyrocketed with the fast economic growth during the last three decades, especially in marine tourism As the Korea peninsula is surrounded with sea in three sides, North and South Korea must utilize these area qualitatively and quantitatively for advance of entire cooperation. The cooperation through sea has some restraint factors. They may occur unexpected conflict and need enormous infrastructure investment for the further cooperation. In the other side, it has some advantages such as, it can avoid direct contact between both people for North government. Even though inter-Korean relationship is facing temporary cooling time recently, The marine tourism co-development of the South-North Korea is a potential and important factor for enhancement of the reconciliation and cooperation. Furthermore, it can achieve unification of two Koreas. This study reviews many factors and suggests marine policy Support devices for The marine tourism co-development between South-North Korea.

본 자료는 1989년부터 2019년 11월까지 금강산 관광 관련 주요 사건을 정리하여, 최근의 금강산 문제를 이해하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 첫 번째 장에서는 금강산관광 의정서가 체결된 1989년, 관광이 중단된 2008년, 평양공동선언이 발표된 2018년을 기준으로 각 시기별 주요 논의 및 사건을 정리하여 제공한다. 두 번째 장에서는 금강산 관광과 관련된 남북 당국간 회담 내용을 요약하고, 세 번째 장에서는 1989년부터 2019년 11월까지 금강산 관광 관련 일지를 정리하여 제공한다.

미래 학자들은 21세기를 해양혁명(Marine Revolution)의 시대로 예견하고 있으며, 세계의 선진국가들은 해양이 지닌 방대한 자원을 개발하고 해양환경을 보전하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 또한 해양관광은 전세계적으로 신관광상품으로 인식되고 있으며, 수심이 얕은 연안, 섬과 섬사이, 해안 등은 미래의 공간자원으로써, 제2의 국토공간개발지역으로 그 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 "21세기 국토개발구상(안)은 해양을 중심으로 U자형의 국토개발축을 구상하고 있다. 남해안축은 한려해상, 다도해의 역사 문화자원을 이용하여 "남해안국제관광벨트"를 조성하고 정기적으로 서해안 동해안과 연계하는 관광벨트를 조성하여 3면의 해안을 활용하는 관광계획을 구상하고 있다. 현재 추진중에 있는 남해안 관광벨트사업은 동 서화합의 물꼬를 트는 대표적인 사업으로 지역간 화합을 추구하는 새로운 전기를 모색하고 있다. 남해안 관광벨트사업은 산발적 부분적 개발을 지양하고 해양관광벨트 산업관광벨트 환경생태관광벨트로 공간의 다원화 전략을 세계적으로 수립하여 지역발전을 도모하고 주민의 일자리 창출을 통해 소득의 극대화가 가능토록 하여야 한다. 따라서 남해안을 국내 외 관광객을 대거 유치할 수 있는 국제 해양관광 선도지역으로 개발을 유도하며 영 호남 공동의 상징적 프로젝터로서 21세기 해양관광시대에 대비하고 동 서화합협력체제의 구축방안을 마련하는데 있다.

This study were carried out to establish the directions on ecoturism development in linking $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ villages together by led community dwellers for an alternative plan in order to economic active of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ communities and reconstruction of community's cooperative organization and improvement and development of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ village's domiciliative envirnment of Korea. The method of this research was chiefly used literature investigations and collections by field investigation in case of a few ecoturism resort of Korea. The result of this study were as follows : Ecoturism development in linking rural mountain fishing villages together by led community dwellers for an alternative plan in order to economic active of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ communities and to reconstruct of community's cooperative organization and to improve and develope of $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ village's domiciliative envirnment of Korea will be effective to improve tourism environment. Especially, ecotoutism development will be effective and alternative plan in order to preserve $rural\;{\cdot}\;mountain\;{\cdot}\;fishing$ regions of our country's intact from the induction of act of pollution.

1970년대 이후 도시 중심의 급속한 공업화 정책을 추진한 결과, 농촌의 저발전 문제에 직면하고 있다. 1980년대 중반부터 이에 대한 대응전략으로서 농공단지 개발을 통한 산업유치, 농산물 가공산업 개발 및 유통체계 개선, 관광농업 개발 등이 논의되어 왔다. 오늘날에 와서는 WTO 체제 하에서 농산물 무역자유화가 보편적인 규범으로 자리잡아 가면서 이러한 변화를 더욱 재촉하고 있다. 이 글의 목적은 농공단지와 관광농원을 중심으로 우리 나라 농산업 발전과정을 고찰하고, 향후 발전 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 농공단지와 관광농원 육성사업의 특성과 성패요인을 분석하는 데 있어서 이용된 자료는 주로 2차자료이다. 농공단지조성사업의 성과에 대한 많은 논란에도 불구하고, 개량적인 지표는 그것이 농촌지역경제 활성화에 직간접적으로 공헌하였음을 보여준다. 농촌노동력의 66.1%를 고용하고, 이들에게 1인당 월 평균 70만원 이상의 소득을 제공해 주었으며, 서비스업 등 관련산업의 성장에도 영향을 미쳤기 때문이다. 그러나 농공단지조성사업은 많은 문제점도 안고 있다. 농촌지역에 숙련 노동자가 부족하며 직업훈련 기회 및 창업지원 프로그램이 도시지역에 집중되어 있다. 또한 입주 기업이 농산물이나 골재 등 현지 자원을 활용하는 경우가 매우 적은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 대한 대응책으로서 농촌 주민들이 손쉽게 참여할 수 있는 직업훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 제공해야 하며, 경영과 시장정보 분석 등을 기술적으로 지원할 수 있는 효과적인 지도체계를 구축해야 한다. 관광농업은 새롭게 떠오르는 산업이다. 아직 기반이 취약하지만 국가 경제성장과 도시화 진행 추이에 비추어 볼 때 관광농원은 점차 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 하지만 이 산업의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 정책의 유연성을 확보해야 하고, 농원운영자의 경영능력이 향상되어야 하며, 수요의 계절성을 극복해야 하는 등의 과제를 안고 있다. 또한 공동운영 형태의 농원에 있어서는 참여자들을 효과적으로 조직하고, 토지소유권 분쟁을 해소해야 하는 문제가 있다. 무엇보다도 아직 이 산업의 기반이 취약하다는 전제 위에 점진적이고 지속적인 재정과 기술지원이 요청되고 있다. 다양한 운영 프로그램의 개발과 지역내 네트웍 형태의 연계개발 방식의 채택이 필요하며, 관광농원이나 농어촌휴양지 개발지역에서는 산업개발 및 주거지 개발계획이 관광여건 조성과 총체적으로 연계되어야 할 것이다.

This study suggests the conceptual basis to integrate local tourism support policy and local unification educational contents development strategy through theoretical analysis about 'Social Tourism' and 'cross-compliance'. Also the purpose of this study is to reinterpret existing tourism resources in order to apply it to the case of Busan. In this study, I investigated the data that have been studied in Pusanology and the history of Korean division. And I conducted interviews with 10 residents who have lived in Busan since the Korean War.

In order to realize the new diplomatic development for the establishment of 'Asia Fate Community', Xi Jinping has adopted a "One Road, One Belt" policy. Based on five core philosophies, One Road, One Belt with neighboring countries has been established to full-sided cooperation and mutual benefit relations. In this paper, I would like to suggest some suggestions on how to use China's One Road, One Belt policy and Korea's Eurasian Initiative in Development strategy of tourism contents. First, The bridge role of Korean companies should lead to the development of tourism contents. Second, the promotion of tourism contents development for Chinese individual tourists should lead to another tourism contents. Third, we need to find ways to win joint orders with local companies in China so that they can lead to tourism contents. Fourth, seeking active use of workers and international students living in Korea. Fifth, the development of tourism contents based on cooperative relationship with North Korea.

Recently the Northeast Asia region, which includes Korea, China and Japan, has become one of the top three regions for trade and, therefore, is being recognized as a new hub for the global economy. Meanwhile, tourism not only improves the economy, but also enhances mutual understanding through interchange and has cultural functions such as that of the sharing of human values for a bright future. In addition, the promotion of the tourism industry will not only ensure Korea of becoming a hub for the Northeast Asia economy, but it can be a win-win plan that contributes in forming a future Northeast Asian community achieved through peace and prosperity based on the social and cultural connections within the region. Taking the above into consideration, there is a need to carefully scrutinize the status of tourism in Northeast Asia for the management of the future of Korea.

Based on the tourism input-output data of five provinces and cities in China's Bohai Rim region from 2015~2021, this study analyzes the efficiency of regional tourism using DEA-BCC and DEA-Malmquist index, as well as its contribution to regional economic efficiency, and identifies factors influencing the comprehensive efficiency. The research results indicate that the comprehensive efficiency of the tourism industry in the China Bohai Sea region has reached an optimal level of 88.9%, but there is still room for improvement, with overall fluctuations. The overall productivity of the tourism industry exhibits a "U"-shaped fluctuating pattern, with growth mainly driven by technological advancements. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the region experienced a nearly 50% decrease in total factor productivity in 2019~2020. However, in 2021, with the implementation of various government stimulus policies, the tourism efficiency rapidly recovered to 80% of pre-pandemic levels. In terms of the impact of the tourism industry on the regional economy in the China Bohai Sea region, Hebei Province stands out as a significant contributor. Based on the aforementioned research findings, the following recommendations are proposed in three aspects: optimizing the supply structure, increasing innovation investment, and strengthening internal collaboration. These recommendations provide valuable insights for enhancing regional tourism efficiency and promoting regional synergy.
