The environment of IT is, currently, on its developing process to the period of web 2.0 and mashup which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. One of the biggest changes of the industry that lies ahead is consolidated transportation. However, no party outstands as the leading party for nationwide improvement of logistics, nor does the right analysis and design for it. Therefore, successful nationwide logistics model is yet to exist. This study provides individual parties, which consider consolidated transportation model as their implementation and design of the framework, with instructions for logistics information system so that they could be competitive in the market. It also helps companies collect user requirements for logistics information system consolidated transportation, and utilize it for its development. Finally, the study provides a implementation and design of pilot system for consolidated transportation model.

It is true that SOC facilities, such as dams, need long life cycles since more time has to be invested for the phases of planning, examination, feasibility study, design, contract, construction, and maintenance. This longer life cycle is easily exposed to the risk. And thus, brings additional cost by the delayed project, convenient loss according to the additional run of use, and benefit lose of not to using the facilities. So, the purpose of this study is to try to find a solution to reduce these time consuming problems which could diminish the whole national competition. Hence, this study is to show efficient, systematical project performance and network model by using reciprocal analyses between the construction period and cost based on economical analysis of each phase of life cycles. In addition, on the basis of these outputs, the Fast Track Method is suggested as an alternative solution as a new Approach in Life Cycle's Analysis.

The insufficient management o( the risk of preconstruction phase causes the risk of construction phase so it makes bad effects such as the extension of construction time and raising of cost. Therefore, the management of the risk of preconstruction phase is being considered as an important element of success of project and the competitive power of construction companies. This study Is to suggest solution methods for each progress after examining reasons of the risk for the management of the risk of preconstruction phase 1'he progress is limited as earth work, RC work, steel work and curtain wall work. Through the introduction of Knowledge Management system, work flow is made by specialist of each part. The reasons of the risk of progress are chosen through the analysis of work flow and I suggest detailed solutions such as person in charge, the starting point of progress and the information of requirements according to the grade of importance about elements of the risk

Our nation's housing construction is given much weight over 32% in 2007 and especially apartment is taking over 67%. If we put into construction environment consideration, we are having a trouble with price cap policy and the realestate recession due to the global economic crisis. So in order to get competitive power and supply of cheap apartment, the necessity of cost saving is increasing. This research collected the past constructed apartment project's cost saving examples which were influencing on the construction cost, quality and time. We analyzed collected cost saving datum and assorted these in compliance with classification system. By analysis of correlation among datum with exclusion and integration, we make a propose cost saving Checklist that will be a base data to give a chance to use in working level and other research.

Alternative project delivery methods including design-build and CM at Risk have evolved as a means of meeting owner's diverse needs and implementing project efficiently with limited budget and time in more competitive construction environment. It is time to consider adopting alternative project delivery methods, especially CM at Risk, for domestic construction industry to enhance competitiveness and to provide various options for owners so that they can select more appropriate project delivery methods for the facility being planned. This research report derives suggestions from investigating how CM at Risk has been evolved in the US construction market. Besides the analysis of CM at Risk market in the US construction industry, the characteristics of companies whose market share are in Top 100, the type of facility usually built by this method were investigated. Based on the analysis of CM at Risk in the US, the prepositions in adopting CM at Risk to domestic construction industry and the possibility of adopting this method have been identified.

최근 진공 산업은 반도체 산업의 급속한 발전과 더불어 진공 산업이 핵심기술로 부각되고 있으며, 진공 산업의 발전이 고부가가치를 창출하는 산업으로 발전하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 (유)우성진공 기술연구소에서는 국내에서 개발이 전무한 소형급 600l/min. 급의 배기속도를 가지는 공랭식 건식진공펌프 개발과 더불어 중소기업 혁신기술 개발사업의 성공적인 수행으로 인해 상용화 단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 소형(600l/min. 급) 공랭식 건식진공펌프에 개발 과정 및 성능에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 우선, 여타 건식진공펌프와는 달리 냉각방식이 수냉식이 아니라 공랭식 이라는 점에서 에너지 절감 및 설치 공간 제약이 없으며, 유지 비용을 절감할 수 있는 장점을 가지며, 국내에서는 소형급의 건식진공펌프가 없는 관계로 시장성을 높게 평가하고 있다. 소형급 공랭식 건신진공펌프의 냉각효율을 고려하여 하우징을 알루미늄 합금으로 제작을 하였으며, 냉각핀을 적절하게 배치하여 압축열을 효과적으로 방출하기 위한 구조가 될 수 있도록 설계하였고, 냉각팬에 의한 공랭효과를 극대화하기 위해 펌프 스킨을 사용하여 공기 유로를 형성토록 하였다. 또한, 루츠의 형상 및 각 단의 압축효율을 고려한 최적의 로터를 설계하기 위해 Involute Curve를 이용한 3-Lobe형 로터를 설계하였으며, 로터와 로터간의 Clearance를 유지 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 향후 최적화된 로터 설계기술과 이형재질(알루미늄과 주철)간 열팽창이 고려된 적절한 clearance 유지기술을 적용하여 안정적인 배기속도 600l/min.와 도달진공도 0.005 torr를 가지는 소형 공랭식 건식드라이펌프를 상용화 하고자 한다. 또한 성공적인 과제 종료 및 기술 개발에 따라 건식진공펌프 시장에 신기술 개발 확산에 따른 기업들 간의 기술 경쟁력 촉진을 통한 국가 기술력 향상을 기대해 볼 수 있다.

Recently, not only around Korea but also other countries shows a pattern of arising high-rise building construction project which was delayed or aborted during global economic crises and recession. Although the market starts to stretch, It is getting competitive to win a contract in high-rise construction project between contractors due to lack of competitive advantage especially to Korea contractors. To get that, Korean contractors needs lifting equipment plan. But currently, they depend on the empirical methods and that cause schedule delay, not controlled cost management problem. Therefore, this research is to improve the accuracy of Lifting plan by analyzing the current issues of Lifting plan system and deducing the types of failures with planning factors, as well as analyzing the impact on schedule and cost control and safety management by each failure mode. Also, by analyzing detail risk factors per Lifting Equipment with FMEA, to infer the critical risk factor on high-rise construction project.

Current status on consumption and packaging of sweet persimmons in USA was surveyed by visiting the market, and three sea shipments were conducted as model export trial from Korean to USA with measurement in ship container temperature and fruit quality. Strategy to promote the export of Korean persimmons was derived. There have been gradual decrease in the price of persimmons due to their increases production, but there seems potential growth in consumption of the fruits from Asian, Hispanic and American people. Compared to the fruits from other countries, Korean persimmons are desired to have higher soluble solid content with stronger red color, but too large sizes are not favored in American market. There has often been temperature fluctuation in shipment container during the sea transport to USA, resulting in surface blackening, skin black spotting and flesh softening. Plastic bag packages with inappropriate unitizing crimping were found to sometimes build up unproper modified atmosphere (high $O_2$ and low $CO_2$) giving high rate of physiological injury.

Process management techniques are highly important in the construction industry. However, indicators or details of assessment which will show process management and its performance are still very insufficient. In particular, it is true that local corporations or small and medium sized companies suffer more difficulties than ones in metropolitan areas. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a flexible process management and performance assessment system suited to field situations. This study identified problems of local small and medium sized companies, implemented a process and performance management system using the Lean concept, and systemized a web-based system. Also, the study proposed operational strategies so that small and medium construction companies may access and use the system easily. This will ensure the competitiveness of local small and medium sized companies, will pursue visible outcomes such as construction period reduction and construction cost reduction, and will be utilized as data related to performance assessment both during construction progress and after construction.
