Development of Priority U-Service Model based on both Provider and Consumer Viewpoint (수요-공급자를 통합한 U-서비스 우선순위 평가모형 개발)

  • 이 연구는 u-City의 성공적 조성을 위해 u-서비스 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 u-서비스 우선순위 선정에 관한 체계적 연구의 필요성에서 시작되었다. u-서비스 우선순위 모형개발을 위해 선행 연구를 토대로 수요자와 공급자의 서비스 결정 요인을 탐색적으로 도출하고, 전문가와의 브레인스토밍을 통해 u-서비스 결정의 확정적 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 요인들을 계층분석(AHP)모형으로 설정하고, 1차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 요인별 가중치와 우선순위를 도출함으로써 공급자와 수요자를 고려한 u-서비스 우선순위 선정 모형을 제시하였다. 개발된 모형을 바탕으로 2차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 u-지역정보화에서 제시한 대구지역의 특화서비스를 평가하였다. 평가 결과 대구지역은 지역물류 지원서비스, 시각장애인 길안내 서비스, u-텔레매틱스 서비스가 상위권을 차지한 반면, u-지역정보화에서 제시한 안전방재지원서비스와 산업특화거리 등의 서비스는 중위권을 차지하고 있어 공급자 위주의 u-서비스 선정과는 차별성을 보였다. 개발된 u-서비스 우선순위선정 모형은 u-서비스 제공 및 사용의도에 기반한 모형으로 u-서비스 우선순위 선정을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있어 향후 성공적 u-City 조성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of Markets for Technology on The Entry of Technology Suppliers: Evidence from the Chemical Industry (기술시장의 존재가 기술공급자의 시장진입에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper provides an empirical evidence that the entry of a technology supplier depends on the markets for technology. In particular, using the chemical industry dataset, we test the hypothesis that the number of specialized engineering firms (SEFs) depends on the number of licensors in the market. Moreover, the number of plant investment, which is a market demand shifter is positively related with the entry of the SEFs, while the effect of the GDP pre capita does not have a significant effect on the entry of the SEFs.

Comparison of Success Rates of Supply Chain Contract using Simulation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 공급사슬 계약 성사율 비교)

  • This study compares and analyzes wholesale(or price-only) contract, revenue-sharing contract, quantity-flexibility contract, and channel-rebate contract in a decentralized supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer. By setting the parameters of each coordination contract based on the previous results, we conduct simulations using @RISK for several combinations of these parameters. Under the supply chain coordination, we evaluate the probability of successfully signing a contract and the participant in favor of each contract. As a result, the quantity-flexibility contracts is most advantageous for the retailer and the channel-rebate contracts is most advantageous for the supplier. It revealed that revenue-sharing contracts can be used more flexibly because they can be selected in the widest range to redistribute profits between supplier and retailer.

The Effect of Information Sharing and Capability-trust between A Buyer and Its Supplier on the Buyer's Relationship Performance (구매자-공급자 간의 정보공유와 공급자에 대한 역량신뢰가 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we intended to find out how to improve the relationship performance between a hospital who is a buyer and its suppliers in the medical supply chain. For specific, in control of the transaction period and the number of bed, we investigated the effect of information sharing between a buyer and its suppliers along with the trust for the suppliers' capabilities perceived by the buyer on the buyer's relationship performance. In addition, in control of the transaction period and the number of bed, we also examined the influences of moderating effect of the interactional justice on the relations between information sharing and relationship performance, and between capability-trust and relationship performance. For this, we conducted reliability analysis, exploratory/confirmatory factor analyses, discriminant validity analysis, and moderated multiple regression analysis including control variables. Our results showed that there are positive effects of information sharing between a buyer and suppliers, and the buyer's perceived trust for the suppliers' capability on the relationship performance while controlling the transaction period and the number of bed. Besides, we empirically confirmed that there was the moderating effect of the interactional justice on the relations between capability-trust and relationship performance, whereas we could not find that statistically significant moderating effect of the interactional justice on the relations between information sharing and relationship performance.

  • Brands are important in the consumer market. They are the interface between consumers and the company, consumers may develop loyalty to brands. also, The late development of industrial marketing explains the near absence of research on Brand Equity in business to business. With recent change, industrial companies have shifted from a production focus to a customer focus. industrial brand is fast developing. The basic purpose of this study is to investigate industrial brand trust and loyalty affecting the Result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers. Factors hypothesized to influence trust in a brand include a number of brand characteristics, company characteristics and consumer-brand characteristics. This research presented a comprehensive constructive model consisting of components of industrial brand trust and loyalty, and then propose the research model base on prior researches and studies about relationships among components of industrial brand loyalty. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. For this study, Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. The results of this research analysis were as fallow. Industrial brand trust and loyalty were positively related with a number of industrial brand characteristics, supplier characteristics and buyer-brand characteristics. relationship commitment.   • Given the recent trend in business markets to seek and conscientiously develop long-term relationships, it has become increasingly important to understand why such long-term relationships are developed and how they are maintained. Despite their obvious importance, the antecedent conditions and processes of long-term relationships between industrial buyers and suppliers have not been systematically studied. In this research, I report a study of the antecedents of industrial buyer-seller relationships and the relational performance. What kinds of factors contribute to the development of long-term relationships\ulcorner How do these factors influence the corporate performance in the business markets\ulcorner The primary motivation of this study was drawn from an interest in answering these research questions. Managerial implications of the study results are also discussed.

  • 기존에는 기계설계 시 각종 부품에 대한 정보를 카탈로그나 인터넷의 홈페이지를 통해서 얻을 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 통하여 공급자와 구매자가 필요한 형상의 부품을 상호 대화 방식으로 경매를 통하여 구매하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템에서 구매자는 제품에 대한 사용방법과 여러 가지 특징을 알 수 있으며, 공급자는 자신의 회사제품의 형상을 구매자에게 보여 줄 수 있다. 또한 구매자는 다수의 공급자가 공급하는 제품의 형상과 일부분이 상이한 제품에 대하여서도 제품에 대한 가격과 납기일 등 상세한 정보를 보면서 제품을 구매 할 수 있고, 여러 제조회사와의 상담시간, 설계시간 및 원가계산 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 온라인 시스템을 제시한다. 제시된 시스템은 Linux 6.2/윈도우 환경하에서 Java언어를 이용하여 구현하였다.

  • 국내/외 제조업체 또는 유통업체가 경쟁력 있는 제품의 생산/판매를 위해 최적의 부품 및 제품을 최단 시간내, 최저 가격으로 조달하기 위한 Global sourcing체계 구축과 그에 따른 재고부담을 회피하면서 제품을 소비자에게 신속히 전달하려는 공급선관리 (Supply Chain Management : SCM)의 의지가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 제조업체나 유통업체가 자체 재고 및 관리부담을 감소시키기 위해 JIT(Just In Time)체계의 업무형태를 도입하고 있고 부품 및 제품을 공급하는 공급자에게 제조업체의 재고를 관리하게 하는 형태인 이른바 공급자 재고관리(Supplier Managed Inventory: SMI)가 공급업체에게 요구되고 있다. 또한 최근 국내 제조업의 생산기반이 급속히 해외이전 됨에 따라 해리 생산거점과 국내본사, 주문자에 이르는 전 과정에 걸친 물류 및 정보전달 체계를 확보해야 하는 상황에서 공급업체는 주문업체로부터 주문한 내용의 진행상황과 자동적인 재고의 판단 및 보충에 이르는 전 과정의 프로세스 관리 및 관련 정보제공을 요구 받고있다. 이와 같은 환경에 대응하기 위해 본 발표에는 공급자 재고관리의 정의 및 Global business 환경에서 EDI를 통한 System의 구축방안 및 고려사항을 제시하고자 한다.

  • With the emergence of indirect procurement, it has become a global trend for companies to outsource their maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) supplies to procurement service providers (PSPs). Due to the variety of MRO items, evaluation of numerous suppliers in various industries is a particularly complex task for PSPs. Due to this complexity, many PSPs still evaluate and select suppliers based on the sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. Through the case of adopting a supplier evaluation system, this research is to find the managerial issues organizations should consider when they transform sourcing managers' knowledge into the system. We interpret the issues based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. This case conclusively shows the importance of positive feedback loop between the users and the information system for the performance improvement of the system.

Comparative Analysis of Game-Theoretic Demand Allocation for Enhancing Profitability of Whole Supply Chain (전체 공급망 수익성 개선을 위한 게임이론 기반의 수요 할당 메커니즘의 비교 연구)

  • This research is an application of game theory to developing the supplier selection and demand allocation mechanism, which are the essential and major research areas of supply chain planning and operation. In this research, the most popular and widely accepted mechanism, the progressive reverse auction is analyzed and compared with the other game theoretic approach, Kalai-Smorodinsky Bargaining Solution in the viewpoint of holistic efficiency of supply chain operation. To logically and exquisitely compare the efficiencies, a heuristic algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm is devised to find the other optimal demand allocation plan. A well known metric, profit-cost ratio, as well as profit functions for both suppliers and buyer has been designed for evaluating the overall profitability of supply chain. The experimental results with synthesis data and supply chain model which were made to mimic practical supply chain are illustrated and analyzed to show how the proposed approach can enhance the profitability of supply chain planning. Based on the result, it can be said that the proposed mechanism using bargainging solution mayguarantee the better profitability for the whole supply chin including both suppliers and buyer, even though quite small portion of buyer's profitability should be sacrified.
