This study examined 1) retail buyer's reasons for buying imported apparel and brand license business and 2) types of information sources which they searched for the businesses 3) types of product/vendor selective criteria Seventy subjects of one hundred samples responded. They were designers merchandisers of apparel companies and buyers of department stores. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows: 1) Buyers & merchandisers recognized domestic market responses as the most important information source for selecting foreign brand. The critical problem of buying and brand license was deficiency of professionals in fashion retail 2) Buyers & merchandisers primarily recognized brand identity and exclusive style of the product when selecting puoduct or vendor. 3) Buyers & merchandisers primarily recognized return policy and good delivery of the vendor when selecting vendor 4). There were relationships among incormation sources selective criteria of product/vendor and buyer's characteristics.

인터넷의 발달로 전자 상거래는 오늘날 일상생활의 한 부분이 되었다. 그러나, 수많은 쇼핑몰들과 그 쇼핑몰들이 제공하는 다양한 제품들 속에서 소비자가 원하는 물건을 찾아내는 것은 점점 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 이용해 공급망(Supply Chain)에서 구매자의 요구에 부합하는 제품을 제공할 수 있는 생산자를 보다 쉽게 연결시켜주는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 멀티 에이전트 기반 공급망에서 주로 사용되는 협동 전략인 Joint Intention Theory와 SharedPlan Theory, 이 논문에서 제안하는 신경망을 이용한 방법을 비교해, 신경망을 이용한 방법이 갖는 효율성을 알아보고, 신경망을 이용한 멀티에이전트 기반의 협등 모델을 제시하였다. 이 모델은 구매자가 제품을 선택할 때 사용하는 소비평가 기준의 가중치를 소비자로부터 받아들여 그 기준에 가장 부합하는 판매자를 신경망을 이용한 분류(classification)방법을 통해 찾아내고, 이렇게 선택된 생산자를 소비자에게 연결시켜준다.

A apparel retail buyer played an important role in the market by providing apparel products for consumers and acting as an specialist who selected the vendor and decided the apparel product assortment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the vendor selection criteria and information sources used by retailers and the satisfaction with store performance. A questionnaire was developed based on the previous studies and pretest. Data were collected from 237 retailers for women's apparel living in Pusan. Results indicated that they didn't significantly relate among the vendor selection criteria, information sources and the satisfaction with store performance except the harmony of buying products and existing products. Only the age and the buying experience showed significance in relation to demographics of apparel retailers among the vendor selection criteria, information sources and the satisfaction with store performance. The information source affected the vendor selection criteria was the street fashion, the apparel of entertainers, the other apparel buyer, and the owner of production. The findings had implications for retailers as well as for researchers.

에티오피아는 국제원조사업으로 SNNPR주 Gurage zone에 "안전한 식수 공급 사업"을 요청하였다. 이에 KOICA에서는 당해 지역내 국제원조사업 실시에 대한 성과를 평가하고자, ODA 사업 추진 전 지역주민의 "삶의 질"을 사전 평가하였다. 본 논고는 KOICA의 에티오피아 SNNPR주 Gurage zone "삶의 질" 평가 결과이다. "삶의 질" 분석을 위한 평가기준으로는 1. 현지 지역주민의 물이용 현황, 위생 및 환경 현황, 취수활동이 교육에 미치는 영향, 취수활동이 가정 경제 활동에 미치는 영향 등을 분석하고, 2. 식수공급사업 추진 시, 지역주민이 바라는 식수개발사업의 유형을 살펴보았다. 분석을 위한 자료 조사 방법으로는 설문 방법을 선택하였으며, 설문은 물 이용 현황, 질병 및 위생 관리 현황, 취수활동이 교육 및 가계 경제에 미치는 영향 그리고 지역주민이 바라는 식수사업의 방향 및 이유 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 설문지 유형은 현황 관련 계량적 수치를 답하는 질문(계량적 평가)과 함께 지역주민이 현황에 관하여 인식하는 정도를 답하는 질문(비-계량적 평가, 리커트 5점 척도 이용)을 함께 구성하였다. 조사범위는 식수위생사업 범위에 있는 Gurage Zone 24개 마을, 301 가구, 400명의 주민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.

2011년 후쿠시마 원자력발전소 사고 이후, 발전원의 위험사고비용 및 환경피해비용에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있다. 전력은 생산과정 뿐만 아니라 발전소 건설, 발전소 운영, 송 배전을 통한 전력 공급, 폐기물처리 등의 각 과정에서 다양한 환경비용을 야기하고 있다. 따라서 발전원의 환경영향을 수용자적 입장에서의 평가할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 컨조인트 분석법의 일종인 선택실험법을 적용하여 발전에 따른 환경영향 속성들에 대해 평가한 후, 발전원별로 상이한 속성 값에 속 성별 추정치를 반영하여 발전원별 환경비용을 수용자적 입장에서 추정하였다. 발전원부문이 환경에 미치는 영향에 대한 속성을 온실가스 배출, 건강피해, 지역피해, 온배수 배출로 선정하였고, 제시금액은 비교 대상 발전원들의 전력거래 단가 및 가구당 지출하는 월평균 전기요금수준을 기준으로하여 35,000원에서 75,000원까지의 총 다섯 가지 속성수준으로 구분하였다. 다항로짓모형을 적용하여 발전원별 각 환경영향에 대한 속성별 한계지불의사액 추정하고, 발전원간의 환경비용을 산정하였다. kWh 당 수력발전(0원/kWh) 대비 타 발전원의 추가 환경비용은 26원/kWh­832원/Wh로 환경적 영향 측면에서 국민수용성이 가장 높게 나타났다.

A process for the production of bioplastics from wastewater with an open microbial culture was developed and evaluated. The process consists of a selection reactor to select bacteria in feast/famine regime and an accumulation reactor to produce PHA using selected bacteria. Polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHAs) accumulating bacteria could be efficiently grown in a sequencing batch reactor(SBR) without any growth limitation. For the high production of PHA limitation such as oxygen and nutrients seemed to be needed. Accumulation experiments were performed to evaluate the level of accumulation of PHA. Limited aeration had no effect, but nutrients limitation showed high accumulation. Bacteria which were selected in the SBR could accumulate PHA till 60% of cellular dry weight in accumulation experiments under nitrogen limitation. PHA accumulation rate decreased with increasing PHA content in the cells. Clearly, PHA accumulation rate has a strong correlation with the PHA content of the cells.

This Study reviews theoretical argument about the effect of retirement earnings test on the labor supply of the aged which is controversial issue in OECD countries and analyze the effect on the incidence of re-employment, re-employment period of suspended officials and the possibility of re-retirement through Government Employment Pension Corporation data. It consists of 178,363 public officials who received pension benefit or disability pension in January 2005. The main result of this research shows that public officials re-employed were 8,086 which is 4.5% of total retired, and median survival time of suspended pension payments is 3.3 years. Also the median re-employment period of 100% suspended officials is about 20 month shorter than that of 1/2 suspended officials and it is shown in regression analysis that the possibility of re-retirement by 100% suspended officials is statistically significant higher than those of 50%. It specially expects greater influence if includes in case taking lump-sum or no making effect of re-employment because current system withhold pension payments even by earned income itself. Therefore, this analysis suggests suspension of pension payment properly applied according to the age and income together with "Delayed Retirement Credit" or "Partial Pension" for developmental alternatives of civil servant's suspension of pension payments. Furthermore, It is urgently needed that distinctive quality data about re-employment including earnings to perform deep-empirical research for effective policy. Lastly, it is extremely necessary to reinforce management system of Government Employment Pension Corporation.

This study is about consumer preference of plastic toilets that can provide automatic supply of recycled water. First, the preference for plastic toilet seat design by gender and age group was preferred for gender type C and G for the sex. As the result of the chi-square test, the significance probability is .044 and the significance is P <.0 5. I could confirm that. Age, teens, 40 s, and 50 s or older prefer type C, 20 s and 30 s, but B type is not statistically significant. Second, the differences among the groups of preference for appearance design criteria according to general characteristics were all stable (stable appearance) in gender, age, region, education, and salary, but the chi-square test showed that they were not statistically significant. There was no difference between them. This study has implications for improving competitiveness and productivity by reducing the main production cost by commercializing toilets made of plastic materials.

가뭄관련 의사결정 시 필요한 정보는 기상 현황 및 전망, 수원현황, 생공·농업 수요현황, 공급계통 등으로서 지자체담당자가 일일이 취득하기에는 번거롭고 어려운 업무라고 할 수 있다. K-water 국가가뭄정보분석센터에서는 이러한 지자체의 업무지원을 위하여 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판을 개발하고 2021년 3월부터 정식오픈하였다. 2019년부터 서비스했던 이전 상황판에서 제공하지 못했던 정보들을 보다 상세하게 제공함으로써 지자체 담당자가 지역에서 발생되는 가뭄을 보다 효율적으로 파악하고 적절한 대응을 하는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 통합 가뭄의사결정 종합상황판은 국가가뭄정보포털(https://www.drought.go.kr)에 접속하고 GPKI 인증서로 로그인을 하면 접근할 수 있다. 접속한 인증서의 지역을 기준으로 초기 정보가 제공되고 사용자가 선택한 지역을 기준으로 제공되는 정보가 동시에 변경되도록 되어 있어 원하는 지역의 가뭄 관련 정보를 획득하는데 매우 편리하다. 상황판은 다양한 분야의 정보를 요약해서 제공하는 메인화면과 각 분야의 상세 정보를 차트와 통계 형태로 제공하는 3개의 상세화면으로 구성되어 있다. 메인화면에서는 기상현황, 생활 및 공업 현황, 가뭄현황 및 전망, 가뭄대응과 관련된 통계정보와 현황정보를 제공하여 사용자는 해당지역의 가뭄현황을 통합적으로 판단할 수 있다. 특히, 중앙화면에 수원현황, 용수공급체계, 시설현황, 가뭄119정보를 GIS 인터페이스로 제공하여 사용자가 편리하게 속성정보를 획득할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 또한, 4개의 화면에서 제공하는 모든 정보는 Excel 파일로 다운로드하여 활용할 수 있도록 구성하여 담당자가 보고서 등 작성 시 매우 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 지자체담당자는 개선된 상황판을 활용함으로써 가뭄관련 업무 시 보다 손쉽게 관련 정보를 획득하고 대응할 수 있을 것으로 예상되며, 이는 가뭄을 실제 담당하는 지자체의 가뭄 대응능력 향상으로 귀결되어 국가적인 가뭄정책 추진 시 많은 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
