The purpose of this paper is to suggest a supplier and buyer's pricing decision strategy model with discount-policy over a long-term replenishment contract in a supply chain environment by small and medium size manufacturing company. We assume that the buyer has a superior economic power over a supplier and each agent in a supply chain is unaware of each other. The supplier proposes pricing decision strategy to induce the buyer to choose the terms of contract for the benefit of the supplier. Then buyer decides the terms of contract to maximize her profit considering supplier's discount-policy. We also present a numerical example to illustrate the efficiency of pricing decision strategy.

최근 대기업을 중심으로 하여 SCM에 관한 관심이 고조되면서, 이와 관련한 연구는 매우 고무적이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내의 대다수 중소기업들은 SCM에 대한 인식자체가 매우 부족할 뿐 아니라 정작으로 중소기업과 관련한 SCM에 대한 국내의 연구도 매우 미미한 상황이다. SCM을 중소기업에 도입시 찬반 논란이 외국의 사례에서는 볼 수 있지만 국내의 경우 이에 대한 논의가 잘 되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 국내중소기업들이 SCM의 성공요인과 이의 성과지표에 관하여 얼마나 중요하게 인식하고 있는지를 살펴보고 이것이 도입유무와 상관없이 기업이 현실적으로 고려하고 있는 SCM 성과지표에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴본다. 특히 중소기업의 공급망사슬의 위치와 파트너들간의 관계 그리고 IT서비스의 인식정도와 활용정도에 따라서 SCM 인식정도와 성과지표에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴본다. 본 연구를 통해 국내의 중소기업들이 SCM도입에 관한 실질적인 도입 필요성의 정도를 살펴볼 수 있고, 국내 중소기업들이 SCM을 도입시 고려해야하는 문제점을 파악하여 향후 정부의 중소기업 정보화지원정책에 관한 시사점을 도출한다.

We propose a new supply chain planning methodology for both a manufacturer and a distributor in order to find a global supply chain plan for functional product markets. Functional products as opposed to innovative products include the staples that people buy regularly from their nearby places to satisfy basic needs. In the functional product market, the distributor has an initiative of supply chain control and planning with a freedom to request any profit maximizing order quantities until the manufacturer refuses, whereas the manufacturer may not provide more than requested. In this paper, two independent agents on behalf of the manufacturer and the distributor are introduced, and supply chain planning can be conducted by collaboration between them. In addition, mathematical models and a numerical example are presented to show the possibility of the proposed methodology.

Today, the form of competition among companies quickly changes in new paradigm. In the past company activity was performed independently, but now dependently. With global age, that change is essential, the introduction of a system that integrates a series of courses is needed for the success of members. Nevertheless, those change are very slow in construction industry, that causes a lot of loss in project process. Construction industry produce structures with collaboration of other industries. There are difficulties that only one company make it, alone. In this trend, cooperation is essential. but the process of original brings a lot of loss From this perspective, this study will prove dependencies of construction industry. Draw out each factor from industrial cooperation, those analyze correlation with system dynamics. In conclusion, this study performs a basic research about 'Integrated Management System' of construction project.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 항만물류산업에서의 정보흐름을 일련의 Supply Chain으로 정의하고, 화주, 선사, 운송사 등과 같은 수출입관련업체가 수출입 EDI문서를 해당기관의 시스템으로 신고하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 살펴보고 이를 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 항만물류관련 업체들은 수출입절차에 따라 각 기관의 EDI시스템을 이용하여 입출항 및 통관수속업무를 처리하고 있다. 하지만 항만물류관련 기판의 정보시스템은 각각 독자적으로 운영되어, 이를 이용하는 사용자들은 동일한 데이터를 이중으로 처리해야하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하고 다양한 항만물류관련 기관의 정보시스템을 통합·관리하기 위한 통합데이터베이스의 구축방안과, 업무주체간 정보의 공유 및 교환을 위한 IDC(Internet Data Center)의 역할을 제시하였다.

오늘날 기업 전체를 경영자원의 효과적 이용이라는 관점에서 통합적으로 관리하고 최신의 정보기술을 활용하여 공급 사슬상에 있는 기업의 모든 경영자원을 효율적으로 계획하고 관리하는 경영시스템의 하나인 ERP가 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 ERP를 도입하여 실행하는 과정에 있어서 여러 가지 어려운 문제점에 대하여 논하고 그 해결 방안을 찾고자 한다.

The competition between companies for prior occupation of the market is becoming fierce. In this highly competitive situation, it is important for companies to differentiate themselves if they are going to have a chance at success. And the competition to create the best solution method possible is higher than ever. Increased competition is forcing companies to lower costs and improve efficiency. A supply chain management(SCM) has become one of the most important solution methods of competitive advantage. This study has developed a simulator for the supply chain network problem. The simulator is designed to simulate the conditions of an actual supply chain network considering uncertainties. The simulator developed using commercial simulation tool ARENA and the results of computational experiments for a simple example were given and discussed to validate the developed simulator. Further research is needed, but using the simulator could become a useful tool for decision making in the supply chain network area.

Supply chain including transportation expend the 21% of domestic energy consumption. It is necessary to diminish the excess energy usage at entire supply chain. This paper deals with the application of MFCA(Material Flow Cost Accounting) for SCM to save energy consumption. We construct the material center corresponding to each logistics function in order to apply the MFCA for GCM(Green Chain Management). We also construct the MFCA framework which consists of MFCA Database Management, MFCA Visualization, GCM Data Integration, GCM Data Tracking, and MFCA Data Predict & Assignment. We expect to help determining the range of logistics function to apply the MFCA for GCM.

랜섬웨어 침해사고의 감염대상의 규모를 가리지 않는 특성과 폭발적인 증가세로 인해 전 세계적인 대응방안 마련의 공감대가 형성된 지 오래이다. 침해사고 분석 관점에서 랜섬웨어 사고는 기존 침해사고와 달리 랜섬웨어 악성코드가 사용되었다는 가장 큰 특징 이 외에 별다른 차이가 없다. 여타 침해사고와 동일하게 공격 도구를 생산하고 인프라를 구축하는 단계부터, 타겟 시스템으로의 최초 침투, 권한 상승, 내부 전파를 거쳐 최종적으로 랜섬웨어 악성코드가 실행되는 흐름을 보인다. 한편, 랜섬웨어 공격조직은 보다 원활한 공격을 위하여 점차 분업화, 조직화되는 동향을 보이기 때문에 공급 사슬을 차단하려는 노력도 수반되어야 한다. 본고에서는 랜섬웨어 위협을 공격 타임라인으로 나누어, 산학연관에서 어떠한 방향으로 대응 노력을 기울이고 있는지 소개한다.

기업의 운영에서 안전한 생산 근로 환경은 중요한 요소이며, 공급 사슬 관리상의 물류기업에도 필수적이다. 본 연구는 대형 물류기업과 계약을 체결하여 거래관계를 지속하고 있는 국내 중소 물류기업의 관점에서, 안전 분위기와 안전 예방 활동이 안전 행동과 긍정적인 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 아울러, 앞선 긍정적인 관계에 규제 불확실성과 경쟁 불확실성의 조절적인 역할도 실증적으로 살펴보았다.
