Supply chain management (SCM) became a critical success factor for firms. As a result, researchers have carried out related research on SCM. This study aims to explore the research trends in SCM in Korea using network text analysis. We collected the information of 586 articles published in Korean journals using the RISS database, and analyzed the network generated by keywords proposed in the articles. The results showed that there are five research keyword clusters such as logistics, information systems, partnership, risk management, and sustainability.

본 논문에서는 오늘날의 경쟁적인 경영환경은 기업들이 공급사슬을 어떻게 관리할 지에 더욱더 관심을 기울이고 있다. 고객들은 제품을 구매하는 데 있어 보다 큰 가치, 보다 빠른 주문여행, 그리고 보다 적극적인 서비스를 강조하고 있다. 공급사슬 관리 응용시스템의 실행과 성과측정을 알아보고 수요주도의 공급사슬 방식을 통하여 공급사슬관리시스템의 비즈니스 운영과 그 가치를 도출하고자 하였다.

There has been a major change in the way of life and thinking of all mankind due to covid19. In particular, managerial issues related to supply chain such as global supply chain disruption, and trade friction among countries are drawing the attention. Accordingly, a number of studies are being conducted on the supply chain challenges and solutions to overcome the covid19 crisis, but published research on the impact of covid19 on supply chain management is lacking. In this study, network text analysis is conducted mainly on news articles and this study summarizes the issues related to supply chain management in the era of covid19. The trend analysis results indicated that actively discussed area was global supply chain restructuring and confirmed that main topics are re-shoring, applications of new technology, and the new normal in supply chains. The findings are expected to help expand the scope of research in supply chain management research in the covid19 era.

SCEM is the concept of reducing environmental effect on the outside of purchasing and manufacturing process, delivery, and distribution process. An ultimate aim of SCEM are obtaining environmental stability and energy/materials operational efficiency. Although the importance of greening supply chain was highlighted, former researches were often based on case studies of specific industry and didn't provide clear definition of environmental supply chain management which includes fundamental notions for business practitioners. This study focuses on findings how the SCEM system practically run and what the characteristics of SCEM is in Korean firms through case studies. It is suggested that SCEM is more effective for environmental management rather than by making limited eco-innovation. Korean firms have considered that an international environmental regulation is more important than customers' needs for environmental goods for implementing SCEM.

This study examines the effects of supplier dependence on supply chain relationships, communication practices, and relationship performance in manufacturing-part companies. The structural equation modeling technique with AMOS 23.0 was used to test hypotheses using data collected in the research model. The results show that supplier dependence positively affects supply chain relationships and communication practices. In addition, the results confirm the effect of supply chain relationships and communication practices on relationship performance. It is also demonstrated that supply chain relationships and communication practices through supplier dependence play a key role in improving relationship performance for supply chain management. Furthermore, it contributes to the practice of supply chain management as well as to efficiency through collaborative activities of supplier-buyer in the supply chain processes.

현대의 비즈니스 경영의 패러다임에서 가장 중요한 변화 중의 하나는 개별적인 비즈니스들이 단독으로 경영되는 자율적인 비즈니스 개체 보다 공급사슬이 더 높은 경쟁력을 갖고 있다는 사실이다. 비즈니스 경영은 네트워크 간의 경쟁시대에 진입하였으며, 개별 비즈니스의 궁극적인 성공은 비즈니스 관련자들의 복잡한 네트워크를 통합할 수 있는 경영능력에 좌우된다. 공급사슬은 최적해 접근방법에 의해서 종종 공학 또는 기술적인 관점에서 자주 논의 되어 졌다. 이 논문은 공급사슬에 대한 개념적인 연구이다. 공급사슬에 대한 개념적인 논의는 대부분 로지스틱스와 생산 및 운영관리 분야에서 수행되었다. 이 논문의 목적은 첫째로 그동안 연구되어진 공급사슬의 개념, 구조 및 통합을 이론적인 틀에서 분석 및 논의하는 것이다. 특히, 문헌에 나타난 공급사슬의 개념을 네 가지 특성으로 분류하여 제시하였으며, 공급사슬 구조에서는 민첩(agile), 린(lean) 및 leagility 공급사슬에 대해 다루었으며, 공급사슬 통합에서는 공급사슬통합자(supply chain integrator)에 대해 소개하였다. 둘째로, 공급사슬 문헌상에 처음으로 공리적인 공급사슬 모델을 제시하였다.

오늘날의 기업들은 글로벌 갱쟁환경과 고객 기대수준의 상승 등의 이유로 글로벌 소싱 및 기업간 전략적 제휴나 협업 등에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)는 기업과 기업, 기업과 고객 사이의 물류와 정보로 이어진 네트워크를 가능하게 실현할 수 있는 혁신기법이다. 본 논문에서는 공급사슬구조를 하나의 네트워크로 파악하여 공급네트워크, 전환네트워크, 유통네트워크라는 유형으로 구분하였고, 공급사슬구조에 따라 SCM 활동에 차이가 있으며, 경영성과에도 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재까지 사례연구로 행해지던 네트워크의 분류를 이용하여 각 공급사슬구조에 따른 SCM의 활동 및 경영성과에는 차이가 있음 실증분석을 통하여 입증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

공급 사슬을 구성하고 있는 많은 가치 활동들을 부분 적정화가 아닌 전체적인 관점에서 관리하고 개선하면서 총 원가의 개념으로 공급사슬 전체의 경쟁력을 창출할 수 있는 영역과 방법론 그리고 실제 적용 사례들을 살펴 봄으로 기업의 경쟁력에 중요한 요소인 원가 및 가격경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자한다.

It is important to control performance and a Sustainable Collaboration (SC) for the successful Supply Chain Management (SCM). This research developed a control model which analyzed SCM performances based on a Balanced Scorecard (ESC) and an SC using Support Vector Machine (SVM). 108 specialists of an SCM completed the questionnaires. We analyzed experimental data set using SVM. This research compared the forecasting accuracy of an SCMSC through four types of SVM kernels: (1) linear, (2) polynomial (3) Radial Basis Function (REF), and (4) sigmoid kernel (linear > RBF > Sigmoid > Polynomial). Then, this study compares the prediction performance of SVM linear kernel with Artificial Neural Network. (ANN). The research findings show that using SVM linear kernel to forecast an SCMSC is the most outstanding. Thus SVM linear kernel provides a promising alternative to an SC control level. A company which pursues an SCM can use the information of an SC in the SVM model.

오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.
