Substations in electric power transmission network systems (EPTS) operate using several transformers in parallel to increase the efficiency in terms of stability of energy supply. We present a seismic reliability assessment method of EPTS considering the parallel operation of transformers. Two methods for damage state model are compared in this paper: bi-state and multi-damage model. Simulation results showed that both models yielded similar network reliability indices and the reliability indices of the demand nodes using hi-state model exhibited higher damage probability. Particularly, the corresponding EENS (Expected Energy Not Supplied) index was significantly larger than that of the multi-damage state.

기후변화에 적극 대처하여 지속적이고 안정적인 용수 공급을 위해 기존의 용수 생산 공급망에 정보통신 기술(Information & Communication Technologies, ICT)을 접목한 지능형 물관리를 위해 '스마트 워터 그리드(smart water grid)'를 구축하고자 하는 다양한 노력이 최근 들어 지속되고 있다. 즉, 스마트 워터 그리드는 기존의 수자원 관리 시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위해 첨단 정보통신기술을 이용하는 고효율의 차세대 인프라 시스템으로 다양한 수원을 활용하고 물을 효율적으로 배분 관리 운송하여 수자원의 불균형을 해소하고, 첨단 센서 네트워크를 이용해 실시간으로 수자원망의 안정성을 모니터링하는 등 용수관리 전분야에 걸쳐 양방향 실시간으로 용수정보를 감시 대응하여 용수관리와 에너지 효율의 최적화된 메가시티(mega-city)에 적합한 지능형 물관리가 가능할 것으로 예상되는 시스템이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 선진화된 상수도시스템 운영을 위해서는 현장설비의 관측값을 감시하고 제어하는 시스템에서, 운영 방식이 변경될 때마다 운영 변수간의 인과관계를 분석하고 예측할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기능이 탑재된 상수도 운영시스템이 요구되고 있는 실정에서 용수공급 시스템의 운영 상황을 모의할 수 있는 모형 개발 및 용수공급시스템의 운영룰 모의 및 운영의사결정에 적용할 수 있는 다중수원 워터루프 시스템과 운영관리할 수 있는 S/W를 개발 내용을 소개하였다.

Chen et al. proposed a RFID authentication protocol for anti-counterfeiting and privacy protection. A feasible security mechanism for anti-counterfeiting and privacy protection was proposed using XOR and random number shifting operations to enhance RFID tag's security providing a low cost. However, their authentication protocol has some drawbacks and security problems because they did not consider the surrounding environments. We conduct analysis on the protocol and identify problematic areas for improvement of the research. We also provide enhanced authentication and update scheme based on the comment for efficient supply chain management. The proposed protocol was analyzed and compared with typical XOR based RFID authentication protocols and it was confirmed that our protocol has high safety and low communication cost.

Reference modeling for Collaborative Networked Organizations(CNOs) has just started, and Enterprise Architecture Modeling Languages(EAMLs) for CNOs are very few. Lack of reference models makes it difficult for people to communicate with each other and lack of EAMLs also makes it difficult to implement information systems for CNOs. We propose an EAML for CNO called CAML. It supports (1) multi-level modeling based on Model- Driven Architecture of OMG's for expressive power and efficiency of implementations, and (2) multi-focus modeling based on Zachman Framework for completeness of modeling The effectiveness of the CAML is investigated through modeling of a supply chain and execution of change impact analysis.

전력산업은 오랫동안 다른 산업의 발전을 위하여 에너지를 안정적이고 또 효율적으로 공급하는 것에 집중하였다. 그러나 신기후체제 출범 이후에는 에너지산업의 혁신이라는 큰 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 노력을 진행하고 있다. 특히 기존의 폐쇄망으로 운영되던 전력망을 개방형, 양방향 통신망으로 업그레이드를 하고 있으며, 그 중심에는 이더넷 기술이 있다. 이더넷 기술은 높은 확장성으로 전력망에 손쉽게 적용이 가능하다. 하지만 안정성, 신뢰성 등에 대해서는 추가 고려가 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본고에서는 전력망의 요구사항을 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위한 이더넷 활용기술 및 활용사례에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Recently, We will analyzed the effects of supply chain management(SCM) execution factors on the competitive advantage, focusing on display industry, which is the most intense sectors in global competition. It is important for global companies to secure corporate agility to actively respond to rapid changes in the market. This study examines whether business agility influences competitive advantage and plays a mediating role between performance and competitive advantage considering market situation.. As a result, it was analyzed that three variables of strategic factors such as strategic partnership, information sharing, and information technology have statistically significant effects on firm agility and competitive advantage. Also, it is proved that corporate agility is mediating effect on SCM execution factor and competitive advantage. This study suggests that SCM in global manufacturing industry is a Business Management System(MIS) that must be operated in enterprise management.

공급사슬의 구성문제는 주문의 동적환경를 고려하여 전체 관점에서 스케줄링되어야 한다. 이러한 공급사슬구성문제를 본 연구에서는 에이전트 협상 방법론을 통해 해결하고자 한다. 에이전트 협상은 공급사슬망을 경쟁적 관계로 이해하고 개별목적을 가진 구성원 에이전트간의 협상과정을 통해 재스케줄링이 발생되어 공급사슬을 구성하게된다. 지금까지의 연구는 공급사슬 상에서 수직적 통합(vertical integration)을 중심으로 조직의 유연적 조정에 초점이 맞추어졌다. 그러나 본문제에서는 다수의 구매자, 제조자. 공급자간의 3 단계 과정에서 협력적 관계를 통해 개별적 이익을 최대화하면서 공급사슬 전체의 관점에서도 비용 최적화를 이룰 수 있는 다자간 협상방법론을 제안한다. 본 협상방법론의 최적화 여부와 효율성을 Branch & Bound 알고리즘과 비교하여 검증하였다.

송전망은 전력수송을 가능하게 함으로써, 경쟁적 전력시장을 지지하는 하부구조의 역할을 한다. 하지만 송전망은 여러 제약조건에 의해 수송 한계에 다다를 수 있고 이렇게 공급능력의 한계를 벗어남으로써 발생한 송전혼잡은 전체 계통운영에 있어서 비용 상승을 일으킨다. 본고에서는 송전선로 내 혼잡이 가격에 미치는 영향을 알고 그로 인한 각 모선의 LMP(Locational Marginal Price) 형성에 대해 세부적으로 연구하였다. 그리고 입찰방법을 단순히 이상적인 상창이 아닌 송전 혼잡으로 인해 전력 공급자가 시장지배력을 갖게 되었을 경우에 대하여 적절한 입찰전략의 필요성을 언급하고 가능한 방법을 생각해 보았다.

최근 햄버거 병을 시작으로 살충제 계란파동, E형간염 소시지까지, 급증한 식품안전 사고는 국민식품소비를 위축시키고 막연한 공포감 조성으로 올바른 식품섭취를 유지할 수 없도록 한다. 국민소득 증가와 더불어 식품의 안전성에 대한 소비자의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 소비자는 보다 안전한 먹거리를 공급해줄 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대한 대응책을 마련하고자 정부와 식품업계, 학계 등은 고심하고 있다. 본 연구는 4차산업혁명에 발맞추어 식품안전분야에 ICT기술을 활용한 생산에서 소비자까지의 식품공급망의 안전관리를 체계화하는 FSMS(Food Safety Management System)을 구성해보고 그를 통한 식품의 안전도를 시험분석을 통해 효과를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 FSMS의 기술요소인 빅데이터, 온습도IoT센서 등을 Pilot Test하고 FSMS 도입전과 도입후의 검체를 체품하여 공인식품시험검사기관에서 검체의 미생물수 분석을 통해 최종적으로 FSMS의 도입효과와 모형도를 제시하였다.
