Supply network of automobile part is addressed with the e-invoices generated at real time. Automobile is composed of 8 modules. Firms which produce these modules are defined as the first outsourcing firm. Brake is the part of power control module and so, brake manufacturing firm is called the second outsourcing firm. In this paper, the third supply networks of brake manufacturing firms is analyzed with e-invoices and social network method. At the node-level, the third outsourcing firms are classified into 3 categories, interator, allocator and hub with respect to their role at the ego-network of each brake manufacturing firm. At the network level, A2, one of 3 brake manufacturing firms have more outsourcing firms and bigger centrality than the other brake manufacturing firms. Intre-firms trade patterns are, also, analyzed by using the degree of trade dedication with respect to the modes of business. It is shown that trade pattern of retail, commodity brokerage firm, rubber and plastic manufacturing firm are hierarchical trade because their degree of trade dedication is almost near to 1.

공급 체인 관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)는 부품, 기자재, 원료 등의 구매 및 조달 뿐 아니라 제품의 생산 및 완제품의 보관, 운송, 유통, 판매에 이르는 공급 체인(Supply Chain) 전체에 대한 합리화된 통합적 관리를 의미한다. 지금까지 이와 관련하여 수요 예측, 안전재고결정, 최적 수배송 경로 결정 등과 같은 최적화와 관련된 이슈들에 대한 연구가 많이 진행 되어왔으나 이러한 최적화 값들을 실제로 공급 체인에 적용시켜 운영하였을 때 공급 체인망이 어떤 모습을 나타낼 지에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급체인을 모델링하여 원하는 기간동안의 시뮬레이션을 통해 공급 체인망을 정량화된 데이터로 표현해 주고, 각 체인에서의 운영정책 변화나 공급체인 네트워크 디자인의 변화와 같은 여러가지 발생 가능한 변인들이 공급체인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 나타내 줄 수 있는 Supply Chain Simulator(SCS)에 대한 개략적인 내용을 살펴보고 개발된 여러 SCS에 대하여 간략하게 알아보고자 한다.

IT 진흥 정책의 IT 839는 많은 부가적인 사업의 진흥과 국가 발전에 기여하였다. 특히, 국내 통신인프라를 기반으로 하는 네트워크의 광대역통합망(BcN) 구축은 다양한 정보통신 서비스를 제공은 물론 보다 편리한 생활을 국민에게 제시하며 IT 강국으로 부상 시키는데 기여하고 있다. 이와 같은 국내 통신 인프라의 배경은 다양한 정보통신 서비스 사업 다각화와 유비쿼터스 신도시 등에서 제시 하고자 하는 U-City 서비스 등과 같은 신규 사업의 시너지를 창출 하고 있으며, 전국 All-IP화 구현을 지향하는 초고속 통신망 구축 사업 등도 추진되는 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 국가적인 시설구축 사업을 추진하면서 아쉬운 점은 간선망 이나 진송부분에 치우쳐 있어 실제적으로 필요한 선로시설의 댁내 기초시설에 대한 보완은 미비한 실정이다. 특히, 유선 통신사업의 하향산업으로 전략되어가면서 통신사마다 투자예산의 감축으로 관로 및 케이블의 시설확충이 현저히 떨어지고 있는 추세이다. 그리고 초고속인터넷 및 음성분야의 통신사들의 경쟁구도가 형성되면서 업체의 난립에 따른 독자적인 망구축과 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 상 하수, 전기, 가스 등의 지하시설물의 지하매설은 혼잡한 그물망을 형성하여 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 인입관로의 시설 구축이 쉽지 않은 현실이다. 따라서, 가입자로 공급되는 통신 서비스의 안정적인 공급과 잦은 �� 파손이 발생되는 통신시설공사에 있어 경제적인 시설 공급 및 통신시설공사와 관련 법규의 상호적 개선방법 등 향후 기초 인프라 시설 구축에 진보된 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The construction project can be defined as a network combined between elements which are engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and has a plenty of subjects and partners. For the successful project management in construction industry, it is necessary to adopt various management methods, such as lean production, information network system, SCM(Supply Chain Management), which can increase the efficiency of project management. During recent years, even though various management techniques have been applied, the SCM system has not formulated in construction industry. Especially, the Nuclear Power Plant Construction which requires high regulations of the safety and security has not applied SCM. Therefore, this study aimed to propose technology area of SCM in Korean Nuclear Power Plant Construction.

향후 세상의 모습을 그려볼 때 흔히들 유비쿼터스 시대를 언급한다. 이를 위해서는 다양한 서비스 공급자들과 사용자들이 서로 네트워크로 묶여 있어야 하며, 이때의 네트워크는 선이 없는 무선 환경이고, 국소 지역을 커버하는 Ad-hoc망이 기본 네트워크 망이 될 것이다. 이러한 네트워크로 이루어진 다양한 장소, 임의의 시간에 존재하는 다수의 서비스들 중에서 원하는 서비스를 찾는 일을 service discovery라고 하며, 이를 위해서 기존의 wired 망에서는 네트워크 계층 위에서 이를 수행하는 작업이 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 service discovery 실행을 별도의 에이전트나 응용 레벨에 두지 않고, 이를 Ad-hoc 라우팅 계층에서 수행 함으로써 오버헤드 트래픽이 줄어들고, 응답 시간이 짧아지는 성능 향상이 있음을 제시하고 있다. E한 동적/부분 caching 기법에 대해서도 제시하고 있다. 아울러 다양한 사용자의 기호(User Preference)를 표현하고, 이를 바탕으로 서비스를 검색하기 위한 새로운 서비스 표현/검색 모델을 제시하였다. 실제로 이러한 service discovery 기능을 Ad-hoc 라우팅 계층에서 처리하도록 하는 Ad-hoc 라우팅 데몬을 구현하고, 테스트 베드를 구축하여 동작 시킴으로써 실제 상황에서도 얼마나 효율적인가를 구체적으로 제시하고 있다.

최근 급진전되고 있는 인터넷의 광대역화와 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 수요확대 그리고 인터넷 이용자의 급증 등으로 인터넷 트래픽은 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 최선형 패킷교환방식인 현 인터넷은 급증하는 네트워크 수요를 감당하기에 이미 기술적 한계를 드러내고 있을 뿐 아니라, 네트워크 확장을 통하여 급증하는 트래픽을 수용하는 것도 경제적으로 한계수위에 도달하고 있다. 따라서 네트워크 수요 대비 공급량의 불균형으로 인터넷망에서의 혼잡(congestion)문제가 점차 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있으며, 이런 문제의 해결방안으로 네트워크공급을 늘리거나, 초과수요를 줄이는 방안에 대한 논의와 구체적인 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 간단한 기술 경제학적 모형을 이용하여 혼잡의 원인과 이에 대한 해결방향에 대하여 분석적인 설명을 시도하였다. 특히 본 고에서는 인터넷 혼잡의 원인이 '부정적 네트워크 외부성' 이 존재하기 때문이며, 실무적으로 혼잡문제 해결의 대표적인 대안으로 적용되고 있는 네트워크의 용량확대는 혼잡해결의 근본적인 대안이 되지 못하고, 반면 실무적으로 별로 주목받고 있지 않는 네트워크 투자를 최소화하고 트래픽을 통제할 수 있는 '혼잡세'를 부과할 수 있는 요금제 도입이 효율적인 혼잡 해결방안 임을 밝히고 있다.

The u-SCM to persue unification of the whole Supply Chain through ubiquitous computing and technical interface is raised its head for enterprise to secure endless competitive advantage and grow up constantly. This can be especially a matter of primary concern for business process elevation on various industry. The other side, The Traceability Service propelled both nationally and internationally is propelled specific industry to offer visibility and traceability of each manufacture on supply chain related to induce RFID, but standard Traceability Service Architecture isn't decided yet. This paper propose Model of Product Traceability Service which is based on EPCglobal Network to be the whole world standard architecture for the sake of efficient and perfect manufacture management on entire supply chain based on RFID.

A district heating system produces thermal energy and supplies it to a large region. District heating systems can provide higher efficiencies and better pollution control than localized boilers. The heat generated by a district heating system is distributed to the customer via a network of insulated pipes. For the optimal operation of a district heating system, it is important to predict the distributions of pressure, flow rate and temperature of heating fluid within the network of pipes at various operating conditions. In this work, a mathematical modeling was performed to predict the dynamic hydraulic-thermal behaviors of heating fluid in the network of pipes for a district heating system. The mathematical model accounts for the conservations of mass, momentum and energy. In order to verify the validity of modeling, the modeling results were compared with the monitoring data of Gang-nam Branch of District Heating.

This paper is to evaluate the performance of a proposed hybrid genetic algorithm (pro-HGA) approach using closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) model. The proposed CLSC model is a integrated supply chain network model both with forward logistics and reverse logistics. In the proposed CLSC model, the reuse, resale and waste disposal using the returned products are taken into consideration. For implementing the proposed CLSC model, two conventional approaches and the pro-HGA are used in numerical experiment and their performances are compared with each other using various measures of performance. The experimental results show that the pro-HGA approach is more efficient in locating optimal solution than the other competing approaches.
