디지털 트랜스포메이션(Digital Transformation)으로 인해 소프트웨어에 대한 의존성이 강화되면서 소프트웨어 공급망의 역할이 커지고 있다. 그러나 안전한 소프트웨어 개발 및 이용을 위한 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 관리는 사실상 어려운 실정이다. 공급망이 복잡해질수록 공급망 공격의 유형은 다각화되는 반면 공급망을 구성하는 공급업체 및 구성요소에 대한 식별 및 취약점 분석은 어려워지기 때문이다. 이에 저자는 국내외 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 관리를 위한 기술 동향에 대한 조사 분석을 수행하고 이를 기반으로 향후 적용할 수 있는 공급망 보안 관리 체계의 발전 방향에 대해 작성하였다.

To efficiently manage the supply chain of an industry, the structure and characteristics of a supply chain have to be predefined and it is strongly required to get a framework to analyze a supply chain. We have developed a framework to analyze a supply chain from the viewpoint of chain relationship. It is possible to evaluate the degree of supply chain of each entity by using the framework. We have applied the framework to the port & logistics industry. From this research, we have identified tile current status of supply chain of port & logistics industry in the Korea and extracted some considerations for the healthy supply chain of Korean port & logistics industry.

공급망 관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)는 공급자, 생산자, 고객에 이르는 공급망(Supply Chain) 전체에 대한 합리화된 통합적 관리를 의미한다. 현재까지 최적화와 관련된 분야들에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔으나 이러한 최적화 값들의 실제 적용에 관한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급망을 모델링하여 원하는 기간 동안의 시뮬레이션을 통해 공급망을 정량화된 데이터로 표현해 주고, 각 구성 요소에서의 운영정책 변화나 공급망 디자인의 변화와 같은 여러 가지 발생 가능한 변인들이 공급망에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 나타내 줄 수 있는 Supply Chain Simulator(SCS)에 대한 개략적인 내용을 살펴보고 개발된 SCS들에 대하여 간략하게 알아보고자 한다.

현대 기업 경영환경의 가장 큰 변화는 개개의 기업들이 기업전체의 효율성과 이익의 향상을 위해서 공급망 (Supply Chain)에 대하여 많은 관심을 기울이기 시작했다는 것이다. 여기서 공급망이란 원료의 조달부터, 중간재로의 가공 및 유통, 최종제품의 생산 및 배송까지의 기능을 수행하기 위한 설비와 유통 채널의 네트워크를 말하며, 모든 기업들은 원자재에서 최종소비자의 형태로 공급망에 참여한다, 결국 공급망의 형태는 산업과 기업에 따라서 매우 복잡하고 다양할 수밖에 없는데, 원재료의 수급에서 고객에게 제품을 전달하는 자원과 정보등 일련의 흐름전체를 경쟁력 있는 업무의 흐름으로 관리하려는 관리 시스템이 공급망 관리(SCM :Supply Chain Management )인 것이다. 기업들의 공급망 관리에 대한 관심이 증대하는 반면에 고객 수요패턴의 불확실성이나 급변하는 기업환경 등 여러 외부 입력 값들의 변화에 따라 효율적인 공급망 구성을 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 시뮬레이션을 적용한 공급망 시뮬레이터(SCS : Supply Chain Simulator )에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SCS 의 일종인 Arena Professional Edition과 공급망 관리의 성과를 측정하고 개선분야를 직접적으로 파악할 수 있는 SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model)을 이용하여 제조기업의 효율적인 SCM 의사결정에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

Supply chain in service sector has been established on the premise that firms need to manage their process uncertainties to satisfy customers in an efficient manner. Information sharing and synchronization play key roles in minimize uncertainties from their involved supply chain. The duality of customers being inputs providers as well as consumers, differentiates service supply chains from manufacturing and is a challenging issue to traditional supply chain management. The service supply chain is a structured network which should be managed with supply chain theory and principles. Various key operations need to be carried out through a highly integrated and collaborated service supply chain and supporting information hub. The purpose of this paper is to present the issues and key components in the service supply chain, where the repetitive service is provided along the value chain, such as tourism, restaurant, mega-sized hospital supply chain.

This study was conducted to empirically examine the impact of fit between project radicalness and innovativeness of the supply chain on the degree of supply chain integration. In order to test the research hypotheses, a survey was employed. The results show that the degree of supply chain integration varies on the fit between project radicalness and innovativeness of the supply chain. Specifically, when a supply chain consists of two morphogenetic organizations and the supply chain integration project is radical, we see very highly integrated supply chain. We also find high-level integration of supply chain when project is radical even though both a morphogenetic and a homeostatic organization compose a supply chain. However, we find opposite result, which is low integration, if a project is incremental rather than radical and a supply chain is composed of same types of the organizations mentioned above. Interestingly, degree of integration seems to be always low when a supply chain is composed of two homeostatic organizations, regardless of project radicalness. With these findings, this study concludes that a project whose radicalness is match with the supply chain's innovativeness should be chosen for successful supply chain integration.

In the rapid change of business environment, it is crucial that several companies with core competence cooperate together in order to deliver competitive products to the market faster. Thus a lot of companies are participating in supply chains and SCM (Supply Chain Management) become more important. To efficiently manage supply chains, the analysis of data from SCM systems is required. In this paper, we explain how to analyze SCM related data with process mining techniques. After discussing the data requirement for process mining, several process mining techniques for the data analysis are explained. To show the applicability of the techniques, we have performed a case study with a company in South Korea. The case study shows that process mining is useful tool to analyze SCM data. On specifically, an overall process, several performance measures, and social networks can be easily discovered and analyzed with the techniques.

2021년 5월 12일, 미(美) 바이든 행정부는 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 강화를 위한 대통령 행정명령 14028을 발표하였다. 이후 연방정부에 납품하는 핵심 소프트웨어에 대해 SBOM(Software bill of materials) 제출이 의무화됨에 따라, 2021년 하반기부터 소프트웨어 공급망 관리를 위한 다양한 솔루션이 빠르게 개발되고 있다. 하지만 활발한 연구 및 산업화가 이루어지고 있는 글로벌 정세와 달리, 국내 산업은 상대적으로 더딘 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공급망 및 SBOM 관리를 제공하고 있는 글로벌 기업과 해당 솔루션에 대해 소개한다. 향후 국내 시장도 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 강화를 위해 SBOM 관리 의무화가 예상되는바 관련 솔루션의 개발 연구가 요구된다.

소프트웨어 개발이 고도화되고 개발 주기가 점점 짧아짐에 따라 단독으로 소프트웨어를 개발하는 것은 어려워졌다. 소프트웨어 개발의 복잡도가 높아짐에 따라 기업에서 함께 협업하는 여러 공급망 소프트웨어의 결합이 강화되고 이에 따라 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 강화가 함께 이루어져야 한다. 본고에서는 오픈소스 및 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 오픈소스로 공개된 FOSSLight 도구를 활용한 공급망 보안 관리 방안을 제안한다.

Recently, many firms have been more interested in how the competitiveness of the supply chain can be enhanced, rather than that of the respective company. The purpose of this study is not only to investigate the relationships among the trust between companies, the supply chain integration, and the supply chain performance, but also to demonstrate how the firm size and the absorptive capacity can moderate these relationships. To conduct the hypothesis test including the causal relations between two factors and the moderating effects, 111 data were collected through a survey. As a result, the supply chain performance was positively affected by the supply chain integration as well as the trust between the companies. In addition, the trust had a significant effect on the supply chain performance. The result of the moderating effect of firm size indicates that, compared with a larger group, a smaller group has a stronger relationship between the trust and the supply chain performance, while the relationship between the supply chain integration and the supply chain performance is much stronger in the large group than the small group. As for the moderating effect of absorptive capacity, a higher absorptive group has stronger relationships between the trust and supply chain integration, and supply chain integration and supply chain performance than a lower absorptive group. The findings would provide significant implications for supply chain partners with different sizes and absorptive capacity.
