This study is to help international traders in conducting tax and accounting works as to revenue recognition when a shipment incurs in accordance with Incoterms 2010. It is true that some are well familiar with Incoterms but have lack of accounting and tax application. In respect of tax operation, there are several regulations, such as Income Tax Law, VAT Law, which are applied differently according to sales points. Sales points and revenue recognition are a bit different when sales are made internationally. And this study compares those revenue recognitions by comparison of related Korean laws and Incoterms 2010.

그 동안 IT 아웃소싱에 관한 많은 연구성과에도 불구하고 아웃소싱 계약체결에 있어서 실무적으로 꼭 필요한 아웃소싱의 적정가격에 관한 연구는 매우 미진한 형편이다. 특히 아웃소싱 의뢰업체 입장에서의 적정가격결정 모형이나 사례를 찾아보기는 더욱 어려운 것이 현실이다. 아웃소싱 가격의 적정성은 공급업체 만이 아니 라 의뢰업체의 입장에서도 아웃소싱의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 요건이다. 본 연구는 TCO 개념을 이용하여, IT 아웃소싱 의뢰업체의 입장에서, 적정 가격을 산정하는 모형을 실제 적용사례를 통해 제시한다. 본 연구는 아웃소싱을 하지 않을 경우의 총소요비용과 아웃소싱을 할 경우의 총소요비용을 비교하여 아웃소싱의 효과를 측정하고 계약가격의 적정성을 판단할 수 있도록 하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시한 TCO분석방법 및 결과는 아웃소싱을 준비하거나 계획중인 업체에게 자체적으로 아웃소싱 계약가격을 산출하고, 아웃소싱을 통한 비용절감항목을 판단하며, 계약가격을 비교할 수 있는 자료로 사용되어 지기를 기대한다.

${\cdot}$ 한국토지개발공사는 전국 37개 택지개발사업지구에서 단독주택지 5,493필지(361,127평), 상업용지 및 업무용지 1,465필지(389,736평)을 수의계약의 방법으로 매각하고 있다. ${\cdot}$ 수의계약으로 매각하는 단독주택지를 매입하는 경우에는 주택공급에 관한 규칙 제 17조의 규정에 의한 아파트 재당첨금지 규정 (민영 5년, 국민 10년)이 적용되지 않는다. ${\cdot}$ 토지시장이 비수기이고 현재 토지가격이 부동산 경기의 침체국면에 있는 가격임을 고려할 때 실수요자에게는 유리한 상황이라 할 수 있다.

Leading enterprises in contract farming are in control of agricultural production and influence the structure of the agricultural system in contract areas. This study focuses on the contract farming of potatoes for manufacturing chips, which uses a high proportion of domestic raw materials, and identifies the characteristics of contract farming between confectionery company 𐩒 and potato farms in Haean-myeon, Yanggu-gun, Gangwon-do. This study also analyzes the impact of contract farming on local agriculture from the perspective of the industrialization of agriculture. The results of this study demonstrated that contracting companies ensured the quality of potatoes and smooth agricultural operations by first preferentially selecting farmhouses with land that is easy to work with and then supplying the necessary agricultural machinery to promote the intensification of their work. In addition, contracting companies influenced the centralization of the agriculture sector by selecting farmhouses capable of contracting over a certain scale and guaranteeing them sales channels and the specialization of potato farming in contract areas, mainly through the supply of processing varieties and the spread of cultivation technology. The results confirmed that these three dimensions of contract farming promoted the industrialization of local agriculture.

A tugboat (tug) is a boat that maneuvers vessels by pushing or towing them. Tugs move vessels that should not move themselves alone, such as ships in a crowded harbor or a narrow canal, or those that cannot move themselves, such as barges, disabled ships, or oil platforms. Tugboats are powerful for their size and strongly built, some are ocean-going. Historically tugboats were the first seagoing vessels to receive steam propulsion, freedom from the restraint of the wind, and capability of going in any direction. As such, they were employed in harbors to assist ships in docking and departure. Towage is in essence a service by one vessel to another vessel for a fixed remuneration. The most common reason for requiring this service is the lack of its own motive power. Conventionally, towage is defined as "the employment of one vessel to expedite the voyage of another, when nothing more is required than the accelerating of her progress". Apart from accelerating vessels, acquiring towage service is a common practice for towing barges, platform of drilling oil, floating ship yards, etc.
