  • 일상생활에서도 불편함을 겪는 시각 장애인들을 위해 기초적인 생활을 보완할 수 있는 음성인식 다용도 계량기를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 제품은 API를 통해 저울의 측정값을 한국어 음성으로 변환하여 출력하는 음성 저울과 음성인식을 통해 슬라이드 포트로 정수기를 제어하는 작동 기기로 구성되어 있다. 현재 음성인식 다용도 계량기 개발을 완료했으며, Web, APP 등의 개선 방안을 연구 및 적용하는 중에 있다. 본 계량기를 통하여 시각장애인·시력저하자의 일상생활 및 삶의 질 향상뿐만 아니라 병원 등의 공공시설 개선에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Design of CCTV Enclosure Record Management System based on Blockchain

  • In this paper, we propose a design of CCTV enlcosure record management system based on blockchain. Since CCTV video records are transferred to the control center through enclosure, it is very important to manage the enclosure to prevent modulation and damage of the video records. Recently, a smart enclosure monitoring system with real-time remote monitoring and opening and closing state management functions is used to manage CCTV enclosures, but there is a limitation to securing the safety of CCTV video records. The proposed system detect modulated record and recover the record through hash value comparison by distributed stored record in the blockchain. In addition, the integrity verification API is provided to ensure the integrity of enclosure record received by the management server. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, the integrity verification accuracy and elapsed time were measured through experiments. As a result, the integrity of enclosure record (accuracy: 100%) was confirmed, and it was confirmed that the elapsed time for verification (average: 73 ms) did not affect monitoring.

A Study on The Parking Management System for Urban Residents in Designated Parking Space Environment (주차 지정된 공용 환경에서 도심 생활자의 주차 관리시스템 연구)

  • In this study, when another vehicle is parked in a designated space where a personal vehicle can park and a defined personal use time, an ultrasonic object recognition sensor is used to determine vehicle entry, and a camera sensor recognizes a license plate. If the vehicle is not recognized by the individual vehicle owner, the "private parking lot operation block" of the application server receives the individual phone number based on the National Police Agency's Vehicle Number Information Inquiry Open API. Afterwards, when parking is processed, the non-right holder receives the approval of the parking right holder, parks for the recognized time, and deposits the parking fee into the public account of the city hall. Through this study, it was possible to find an operation processing method that can most effectively manage parking in the city center in a private parking space recognized by the city hall.

  • 본 논문에서는 위치와 스마트폰 센서를 활용하여 불규칙한 생활패턴을 가진 사람들을 위한 일상 관리 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션의 기능은 하루단위의 원형시간표 자동 제작하는 기능, 수면시간 측정 기능, 만보기 기능, 미세먼지 측정 기능 및 일, 주, 월단위의 누적 데이터 표시 기능으로 크게 5가지로 구분할 수 있다. 하루 단위의 원형시간표 자동제작 기능은 사용자의 위치를 파악하여 시간대별 위치정보를 이용해 24시간의 원형시간표를 채워나가는 기능이다. 특정 위치를 직장이나 집과 같이 등록함으로서 업무와 이동 등을 구분하여 등록할 수 있도록 한다. 수면시간 측정 기능은 앞서 말한 집의 위치에서 가속센서를 통해 일정시간 움직임이 없는 경우, 수면시간으로 간주하고 수면 시작시간과 기상시간을 유추하는 기능이다. 만보기 기능은 스마트폰의 기본 가속센서를 이용하여 측정하는 기능으로 목표치를 지정할 수 있도록 한다. 미세먼지의 표시 기능은 공공API를 이용하여 가져옴으로써 사용자에게 정확한 미세먼지 수치와 단계를 나누어 위험정도를 보여주는 기능이다. 각 데이터들은 데이터베이스에 누적 기록되며 일, 주, 월 단위로 사용자가 볼 수 있도록 기능을 구성한다. 이 누적데이터를 통해 사용자들에게 불안정한 하루 생활패턴이나 운동량 등을 인지하도록 함으로써 자신의 일상을 되짚어보고 앞으로의 일상을 개선할 수 있도록 도와준다.

Social Big Data Analysis for Franchise Stores

  • When conducting social big data analysis for franchise stores, reviews of multiple branches of a franchise can be collected together, from which analysis results can be distorted significantly. To improve its accuracy, it should be possible to filter reviews of other branches properly which are not subject to the analysis. This paper presents a method for social big data analysis which reflects characteristics of franchise stores. The proposed method consists of search key configuration and review filtering. For the former, the open data provided by Small Business Promotion Agency is used to extract region names for collecting reviews more accurately. For the latter, open search APIs provided by Naver or Kakao are used to obtain franchise branch information for filtering reviews of other branches that are not subject to analysis. To verify performance of the proposed method, experiments were conducted based on real social reviews collected from online, where the results showed that the accuracy of the proposed review filtering was 93.6% on the average.

  • According to the spread of computers and the development of the information society, people are focused on privacy information. As the development of its associated policy and technology, it has been tried various attempts to protect their personal information. In this paper, we proposed anti-screen capture modules to protect personal information or a company's confidential information for agencies and departments that keeps top security. As a result, we can prevent an illegal use or a stealing of another person's information in a public agency or personal computer. Also modules can stop exposures of top security data and personal information during they communicate with others in their institution's sever system.

  • Recently due to the development of the information society and the spread of computer, interest for personal information is increased and as policy and technology associated with the development, we have been various attempts to protect your personal information. In this paper, for agencies and departments to computer use and to deal with Important data of individuals, personal information or the company's confidential information, we proposed modules to protect them. As a result, we prevent a public agency or private institutions within that using mean bad or stealing another person's information. When we communicate various information with the systems in the institutions, the module can be prevented critical data and personal information exposure.

  • 본 논문은 공공데이터 API를 활용한 ITS(Intelligent Transport System)를 구현하여, 버스 승하차 관련 문제를 개선하는 버스 승하차 사전 알림 시스템에 관한 것이다. 수도권 및 대도시 전체 버스 관련 민원신고 중 가장 많이 차지하는 부분이 버스의 정류장 무정차 통과 및 승차거부 문제다. 이를 해결하기 위해 사전에 승객의 승하차 여부를 버스 운전사에게 미리 알리는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 승객용 애플리케이션, 중앙 서버 그리고 버스에 설치되는 디바이스로 구성되어 있으며 예비 승하차 승객이 애플리케이션을 이용하여 자신이 원하는 버스에 대한 정보를 MQTT Broker를 이용하여 서버에 보내고 서버는 해당 버스의 정보와 현재 노선의 운행 현황을 주기적으로 확인하여 요청 정류장 이전에 도달하였을 때 버스 운전자 측 디바이스에 신호를 보내어 버스 운전자가 예비 승하차 승객이 있음을 사전에 알 수 있게 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 무정차 및 승차거부 문제를 근본적으로 해결하여 사용자 편의 승객 안전 일반 차량 운전자 안전 도로 교통 안정화를 도모한다.

A Web 2.0 Strategy for the Public Portal Sites : EBS Case (공공 포탈에서의 웹 2.0 구현전략에 관한 연구 : EBS 사례를 중심으로)

  • Web 2.0 which is characterized by openness, sharing with others and users' active participation has a strong impact on Individual and business environments. New technology such as open-API, RSS, collective intelligence gives various benefits to the website user. Recently, the Web 2.0 paradigm has also affected the public service. Many public service organizations are also adopting Web 2.0 applications to improve their ability for serving users more effectively. However, there is a contradiction between value of public service and that of web 2.0. Web 2.0 which pursues openness and freedom of expression can impair the accuracy and reliability of public information in the public sites. We conducted a case study on EBS which reflects the Web 2.0 strategy for websites renewal. To cope with environmental changes, EBS began reorganization of the web site and applied Web 2.0 strategy for leveraging an easy to use and user satisfaction. This research shows that how to Implement the Web 2.0 strategy and what is the limitation of it. The findings of this study suggest practical implications for Web 2.0 strategy in public web sites, especially for educational fields.

  • Based on the rapid development of IT technology and deployment of the Internet through high speed networks, network environments have been changed from office oriented environment based on business industries and public institution even to the interconnection to digital electronics in the home network. Home network based applications are very diverse and the remote monitoring and control areas have been studied. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of real time remote video monitoring system which provide the moving pictures on the web page through the Internet using JMFI. In addition, we present the design of remote light control system based on Zigbee.
