The world's major cities operate public rental bicycle systems to complement the existing problems of public transport in the city. Disclosing the rental history data in Daejeon has opened new analytical possibilities. In this paper, we proposed a method to analyze the data using the visualization. We found a positional feature of the station according to the bicycle usage. In addition, we examined the bicycle usage patterns according to the time/day/month. On the other hand, the usage patterns between each of the bicycle stations were identified through a path analysis. The specific objectives were identified through each stop destination ratio analysis. Based on these data, we suggest a direction of Daejeon public bicycle rental system development.

As different news is reported every day in our daily life, the amount of data generated around us is enormous. Some of this data is personal, but there are some things that are common to everyone, such as weather and traffic information. This paper is a study on information transmission using public data to use information effectively and quickly, and investigated open API based on public data and API technology. Based on this, we explain a method of transmitting information using an open API that can be easily used in daily life, and propose a method to transmit information using various open APIs by applying this. If public data is used using the suggested method, it is possible to transmit information more easily and accurately, so it is possible to apply it to various fields.

YouTube videos of public institutions are digital public records that need to be managed and preserved. As such, the video and the metadata describing the video should also be preserved. This study aims to select the key metadata elements necessary for archiving videos published on YouTube by public institutions. To this end, five high-level areas, namely the description, structure, management, preservation, and user participation, and the metadata elements of 10 subareas, were designed by referring to NAK 8, PREMIS, ISAD(G), and YouTube metadata. Afterward, the metadata elements designed by 14 experts were verified. Lastly, the validity and reliability of the evaluation results were verified. Of the 63 elements, 33 satisfied the validity and reliability criteria. Thus, these elements were selected as the core metadata for archiving YouTube videos in public institutions.

The Master Data is constructed for the wide use within the institution, and it is mainly used in the enterprise. In this research, we have conducted research for the purpose of building master data on infrastructure that can be used by public institutions in the country. To do this, we analyzed individual attributes of the standard data set provided by the public data portal. Among these, we extracted standard elements that match the characteristics of the Master Data. Finally, the standardized elements are verified through the standardization system that is utilized in the country.

Due to the acceleration of the 4th industrialization, the data around us rapidly increased. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to more easily grasp the nature and meaning of data obtained through data analysis than to collect data, and apply it flexibly to the value judgment of data. Visualization technology is now attracting attention in many fields. Visualization allows the user to more easily grasp the information of the data with graphs, charts, etc. so that the data analysis result can be understood more easily, so that the user can make an immediate judgment and make a quick decision. Among them, there is a high degree of interest in visualization using public data, which is highly useful to users. In this paper, we implemented R - library and R Studio to visualize public data at the installation sites of bicycle storage sites among various software that can express visualization.

Although numerous studies have noted the importance of data sets in government information systems, the practical management of data sets has yet to be developed. Under these circumstances, the National Archives of Korea designated data set management as a major project in 2020, initiating full-scale management work. Despite these efforts, the records center, which will conduct management, expressed great concern for the new project. As such, this study identifies problems in managing data sets and searches for possible improvements through a comparison with existing public data projects by public institutions. In particular, the following materials were analyzed: laws, notices, guidelines, and publications issued by the ministries. Based on the results, several measures were proposed as part of an improvement plan for data set management: (1) the utilization of government functional classification as a reference, (2) the reorganization of the table, and (3) data linkage with related systems.

Recently new web trends and mobile technologies are expanding and developing so fast. To improve the implementation efficiency of information systems, eGovernment standard framework has been developed and distributed. Recently, eGovernment standard framework for mobile environment was further developed. In addition, many types of public data produced by public organizations supported by government are being opened through public data portal according to Government 3.0 policy. Demands regarding web standards and common framework usages for mobile application development in most business fields dealing with any types of contents are increasing. However, to link those things to geo-spatial data or integrate those with them are an early stage in the geo-spatial application field, compared to other application fields. Based on these backgrounds, a mobile web application system was designed and implemented to present visualization functionalities of public data and geo-spatial data using HTML5 components under mobile operation environment in eGovernment standard framework in this study. It is expected that this system can be applied to develop many mobile application business models, by the further works such as application of core developing environment in eGovernment standard framework, additional functionalities, and high performance to satisfy with user requirements for a certain target application.

안전한 도시환경에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 다양한 안전도 측정 모델을 통해 안전도를 측정하여 범죄 예방활동, 재난예측 분야에 적용하고 있다. 안전도 측정 모델을 통해 도로의 안전도 수치를 정량화하여 안전도관련 데이터가 맵핑된 지도와 같은 실제 보행자가 이용할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 필요가 증가하고 있다. 기존의 모델은 적용분야가 구체적이지 않고 모델을 서비스에 적용하기가 어렵고 정량화된 값을 제시하는 모델이 없어 수치가 의미하는 바를 명확히 알 수 없다. 따라서 공공데이터를 활용하여 "도로 안전지수 측정모델"을 개발하여 값을 얻고 이를 구성하는 각각의 공공 데이터를 지도상에 보여주고자 한다.

이 논문은 공공 빅 데이터를 활용하여 '서울자전거 따릉이'를 기반으로 자전거 교통 데이터베이스 시스템을 제작하고, 제작한 데이터베이스 시스템을 활용하는 예시를 보여주고 있습니다. 데이터베이스 시스템의 제작 과정을 통하여 데이터베이스 설계, 데이터 수집, 제작 및 가공 과정, 데이터베이스 시스템의 유용한 활용 예시를 확인할 수 있습니다. 버스, 택시와 같이 따릉이와 연계할 수 있는 다양한 대중교통 데이터를 추가로 활용한다면 더욱 정확하게 따릉이의 발전방향과 혼잡한 교통 환경 개선을 제시할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

전 세계적으로 다양한 영역에서 빅데이터 활용 성공 사례가 증가하게 되면서 도서관 분야에서도 빅데이터를 활용한 신규 서비스 개발 필요성이 제기 되고 있다. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 정보서비스 제공 및 도서관 운영 실태, 이용자 특성 등을 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 도서관 패러다임을 이끄는 도서관 빅데이터 서비스 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 먼저, 설문 대상을 사서 집단과 이용자 집단으로 나누어 공공도서관 이용현황을 파악하였고, 대표적인 공공도서관 서비스인 장서개발 및 열람봉사, 이용자 맞춤형 추천서비스에 대한 수요도를 분석하였다. 추가적으로 응답에 대한 집단 간 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 분석결과를 토대로 관련 서비스 개발을 위한 방향성을 도출하였고, 향후 활용 가능한 도서관 빅데이터 서비스 정립을 위한 기초 방안을 제시하였다.
