The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

This study is to suggest design types and to identify design characteristics of traditional style public buildings. Since the types of such buildings became very diverse recently, proper classification criteria is essential for future design and evaluation. The demand for such buildings is continuously increasing, but the types of design is very varied; thus it seems important to identify the present design conditions, and to be able to suggest desirable directions for better designs. The research analyzes 31 examples of public buildings in Gwangju Metropolitan City and South Jeolla Province, where there are large number of traditional style public buildings than anywhere else in Korea, and tried to analyzed site plan, elevation, space, details and organizes Design types. This study can help to roughly identify the problems of existing design as well as to suggest improvements in the future design.

Many people think, in common that An expansion toward outer city is a development, and it can be a general trends in a new development in a growing city. But We can see many case which moving of a public building are considerate as a core element to promote the new development towards outer city, and that is a negative element of slum in central area and community making. There are many aspects to pursue sustainable urban structure of in a city, and public building is a very important element to manage deteriorate central area from social slum in a old town. In this presentation, three project, Local Authority office of Chonnam province, Kwangju Station, and Hyper Urbanity, and it shows sustainable concept of the public building as a core in a city development. The effect of the projects are expected sustainable development and community in terms of social, cultural and historical aspects.

Dongseong-ro public design was reformed for a short time to be short of connection and riffle effect of another project and to have limitation on long term and integrated development, so that systematic plan from beginning of the project was needed to produce synergy effects. The purpose of the study was to investigate reformation of Dongseong-ro public design and to check on existing development project again and to take actions against future projects in advance and to reexamine and make long term plan from point of view of development of downtown. This study investigated reformation of Dongseong-ro public design of Junggucheong office of Daegu that was done from May 2007 to December 2010. The study consisted of purpose of the project, scope, time, the committee of promotion, questionnaire survey, residents' participation and follow up to suggest reformation based on questionnaire survey. This study had limitation of investigation into internal materials of 'Dongseong-ro public design reformation's master planning service' of Junggucheong office of Daegu. Further studies were needed to investigate empirically.

선진국들은 삶의 질 지표를 개발하여 정책판단의 지표로 활용하고 있으며 우리나라도 국민의 삶의 질 지표를 개발하여 운용 중에 있다. 생활밀착형 SOC가 그 중 하나로 생활 인프라를 개선하여 국민의 삶의 질을 높이고자 하는 정책이다. 본 연구에서는 국민의 삶의 질 중 주관적 행복감을 중점으로 연구하고자 한다. 노인은 국가정책의 상대적 소외계층으로 노인의 주거환경이 삶의 질과 주거만족도, 행복감 등에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 노인들이 지각하는 개인-환경 적합성이 주거만족도, 주관적 행복감에 영향이 있는지 구조적 관계를 규명하고 주거만족도와 주관적 행복감 간의 매개효과를 분석하여 도시계획 수립 및 관련 정책 입안에 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과 개인-환경 적합성의 편의성, 쾌적성, 공공복지는 주거만족도에 영향을 미치고, 주관적 행복감에도 영향을 미치며, 주거만족도는 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 쾌적성, 공공복지와 주관적 행복감간의 관계에서 주거만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 에이징 인 플레이스(aging in place) 가치 반영 및 노인 주거의 공공성 강화 차원에서 등장한 어느한 공공 노인복지주택에 살고 있는 노인들의 경험에 대한 이해와 함께 주거 대안으로서 공공 노인복지주택이 어떤 곳인지 살펴보는 것이다. Robert Stake 식의 본질적 사례연구 방법을 통하여 노인 거주자들이 이곳을 어떻게 경험하고 있는지, 그리고 그 과정에서 거주자들간의 관계, 서비스 제공자들과의 관계, 지역사회와의 관계는 어떠한 역동을 보이며, 어떠한 이슈들이 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 거주자 설문, 참여관찰, 76명 노인 및 사무실 직원들과의 면담, 그리고 관련 신문 기사 등의 자료를 중심주제분석 방법과 Stake가 제안한 분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 질문에 맞추어 분석의 내용을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 누가 이곳에서 살고 있는지 살펴보며, 다양한 배경의 노인들이 모여있는 이곳에 어떤 일상이 펼쳐지고 있는지 탐색하였다. 둘째, 노인들의 사회적 관계와 일상을 중심으로 발견된 네 가지 유형의 삶의 모습을 살펴보았다. 셋째, 이처럼 다양한 삶의 방식이 이곳에 입주한 주된 이유와 어느 정도 연관이 있음을 살펴보고, 노인들이 이곳을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대해 정리하였다. 네 번째와 다섯 번째는 노인들이 제일 많이 공통으로 언급한 두 가지 이슈를 중심으로 거주 노인들 간의 관계, 사무실 관계자와의 관계, 그리고 지역사회와의 관계와 역동을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 이곳이 하나의 살아있는 유기체이며, 각 체계 간의 상호작용이 공공 노인복지주택 내부의 문화뿐 아니라 개별 노인의 삶에 민감하게 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 특히 주택 운영과 관리 측의 인식이 노인들의 삶에 얼마나 큰 영향을 미치고 있는지를 볼 수 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 논의 사항을 정리하고 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

정부는 서민들의 주거안정을 위해 1989년부터 공공임대 주택을 지속적으로 공급하고 있다. 하지만 노후 공공임대 주택들은 시설물의 노후화로 인해 안전사고가 발생할 가능성이 높은 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공공 임대주택단지 내에서 발생하는 생활안전 사고의 유형을 조사하고, 각 유형별 위해요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 진행방법은 먼저 선행연구와 인터뷰조사를 통해 아파트단지 내에서 발생하는 생활안전 사고의 유형을 파악하였다. 그리고 설문조사를 통해 공공 임대주택단지에서 주로 발생하는 생활안전 사고의 유형을 파악하고, 사고유형별 생활안전 위해요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공임대주택 거주자들이 안전하고 편안한 주거생활을 위해 계획적이고 체계적인 관리를 위한 계획관리의 기본정보가 될 것이며, 향후 신규 임대주택공급 시 설계 및 관리방법 개선의 기초정보로 유용할 것이다.

핵 가족화, 고령화가 가속화되고 도시 독거노인 및 독신인구가 급증합에 따라, 외로움과 소외감을 극복하고 또 다른 형태의 가족적 유대감을 얻기 위하여 반려동물, 반려인들이 날로 증가하고 있다. 반려동물 문화는 급격히 발전하고 있는데 반해, 이를 지탱할 수 있는 사회나 문화적 의식과 공공 기반시설의 질적수준은 초기 단계수준이다. 반려견 소유자와 일반인들 사이에 갈등이 발생하여 관련 제도나 법에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 갈등과 논란을 해소하며 반려동물 문화 발전에 기여하고자 본 연구는 도시 내 반려인 전용 주거 시설의 개념과 역할, 공동 주거 시설로서의 사회적 필요성을 고찰하고, 새로운 공동 집합 주거 공간의 방향을 제안한다.
