Purpose: Sports activities for life are an opportunity to fulfill the basic desire to be healthy and participate in society of the individual level, and it is also the realization of the trend of living together with persons without disabilities and persons with disabilities at the level of social inclusion. I try to propose to improve sports participation of persons with disabilities from the point of view of 'Universal Design.' Methods: Firstly, analysing of previous studies which to classify the barrier free certification standards to universal design's 7 principles and which to investigate public sports facilities. Secondly, reanalyzing, based on UD 7 principles, the raw data of the research results of public sports facilities in Seoul. Thirdly. then, I suggest the improvement plan to promote public sports facilities for all the people including persons with disabilities. Results: The results of this study are that although the facilities have the basic accessibility, there were some inconveniences in using the facility for the elderly and the disabled. So I suggest a few method to improve the public sports facilities from the perspective of universal design : 1) Needs to expand 'Bandabi Sports Center' as a sports facilities for sports activities for life of all of people, 2) Needs to improve accessibility of existing public sports facilities and to raise awareness for the persons with disabilities and universal design, 3) Needs to produce 'UD guidelines' for the sports facilities.

This study aims to understand the differences in cultural and emotional perceptions about the color image of public healthcare facilities in Romania, an Eastern European country that is relatively lacking in recognition but is gradually expanding trade. For this, color images were selected through a review of previous studies, and a questionnaire survey was constructed based on the colorimetric data by visiting 8 public healthcare facilities such as medical facilities, 4 social sports facilities, and 8 nursing facilities. An online survey was conducted on the color image of public facilities with 89 Koreans and 86 Romanians, and frequency and cross-analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical analysis program to examine the color images of public healthcare facilities of Koreans and Romanians. The difference in perception was identified. As a result, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the perception of color images of public healthcare facilities between countries in vocabulary evaluation and image evaluation, and this was interpreted as different meanings for groups residing in different cultures. Therefore, it implies that cultural differences in perception should be considered when establishing an environment related to this in the future.

This study empirically analyzes the effect of pedestrians' personal and household characteristics and accessibility to public facilities on a walking safety satisfaction (WSS) level. The aim is to find ways to improve vulnerable pedestrians' WSS level and contribute to the creation of an inclusive urban environment. As a result of the analysis, age and gender variables were important for elderly people, and education was an important factor for disabled people. The WSS level was impacted by the factors of single-person households, income, and residential areas. In the case of accessibility to public facilities, the greater the satisfaction with accessibility to public institutions, urban parks and green areas, and public transport, the greater the WSS for the elderly and the disabled. And, the greater the satisfaction with accessibility to commercial facilities, the greater the WSS was for the elderly's WSS. However, the satisfaction with access to medical facilities was the opposite in the case of the elderly.

생체의료 및 보안검색 응용을 위한 테라헤르츠파 기술에 대하여 조사하였다. 테라헤르츠파는 기존의 X-선이나 초음파, 적외선, 밀리미터파 등에 비하여 독특한 특성을 가지고 있어 새로운 분광 및 영상기술을 확립할 가능성을 가지고 있다. 테라헤르츠 기술의 발전과 더불어 생체의료분야에서는 암진단, 치과질환 및 바이오칩 등에서 큰 시장을 형성할 것으로 전망되며, 보안검색분야는 공항, 항만, 지하철, 우편물 취급 등의 공공부문에서부터 군사목적에 이르기까지 응용이 가능하다. 최근 수 년 동안 소형, 경량 및 저가격의 테라헤르츠 시스템이 개발되면서 시장전망에 크게 높아졌다. 초기에는 공공시설 및 대형 병원에서 시작하여, 기술적 안정성 및 시장 활성화에 의한 경제성이 확보되면 민간 부문의 시장으로 크게 파급될 것으로 가대된다.

Background: The public health crisis caused by coronavirus disease 2019 emphasizes the need to expand and strengthen public hospitals. However, the overall perception of public hospitals remains negative. This negative perception can hinder the roles and functions of public hospitals, so this study aims to analyze the factors affecting negative perceptions of public hospitals. Methods: We used data from a survey on the public healthcare of Chungcheongbuk-do residents conducted by the Chungcheongbuk-do Public Health Policy Institute, and 1,916 adults aged 19 or older who responded to the survey were included in the study. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of experiences with public hospitals use and evaluations of public healthcare and public hospital policies on the negative perception of public hospitals. Results: The experience of not using public hospitals (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 1.69; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.04-2.74) and negative evaluations of public healthcare and public hospital policies were found to significantly impact negative perceptions of public hospitals. In public healthcare policies, negative evaluations of the provision of essential medical care (aOR, 4.14; 95% CI, 2.59-6.62), regional disparities (aOR, 1.59; 95% CI, 1.02-2.49), coverage (aOR, 1.99; 95% CI, 1.25-3.16), and quality of care (aOR, 2.39; 95% CI, 1.50-3.80) were significantly associated with negative perceptions of public hospitals. In public hospital policies, negative evaluations of facilities and equipment (aOR, 3.74, 95% CI, 2.36-5.94), medical specialties and services (aOR, 1.91; 95% CI, 1.21-3.01), and quality of medical service (aOR, 2.71; 95% CI, 1.72-4.25) were also significantly associated with negative perceptions of public hospitals. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the need to improve perceptions of public hospitals by considering the experience with public hospitals use and evaluation of public healthcare and public hospital policies.

오늘날 우리 사회의 생활과 문화의 질이 향상됨에 따라 공공 및 개인의 안전과 건강에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 재난과 비상사태는 생명에 대한 희생뿐만 아니라 훨씬 더 심각한 경제적인 결과를 초래한다. 이러한 응급사태에 개비하여 적절히 준비되지 않았거나 재난의 예방 및 완화시킬 방법을 가지고 있지 못한다면 도시의 발전적인 프로젝트는 예고 없이 도시를 강타하는 재난 및 비상사태에 의해 무산되고 만다. 이러한 여건 하에 재난과 응급사고를 효율적으로 대처하는 응급처치와 서비스에 대한 급격한 관심과 함께 일정한 결정적 대응시간 내에 각종사고와 재해로부터 방어할 수 있는 공공서비스에 대한 필요성이 크게 증가되었다. 본 연구에서는 신고, 응급구조, 환자이송 등 도시의 병원 전 단계 의료환경에 대해서 조사하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 반응시간과 출동거리를 분석함으로써, 응급사고에 즉시 응급구조서비스를 제공하기 위해 안전센터(119센터)의 최적 입지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 사고발생, 반응시간, 출동거리 등을 응급의료 활동과 관련된 연구논문, 대상지 전역의 소방기록물과 출동일지 등의 통계자료를 활용하여 신속한 응급의료 서비스를 위한 패턴을 분석 하였다. 또한 응급구조대의 조직과 활동의 분석을 통해 응급의료시설의 최적 입지설정을 위한 제도적 개선대안을 마련해 보았다. 대상지 연구를 위해, 구조활동 및 소방서비스의 최근 통계자료의 조사를 통해 진주시의 모든 119센터의 입지와 응급의료서비스 및 사고발생 현황을 나타내었다. 자료 분석을 위해서 SPSS14.0을 사용하였으며, 지역의 특성 분포, 안전센터별 대응시간, 이송시간 등을 소방 GPS시스템과 입지할당모형 중 Center Point Model(CPM)을 적용하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 대상지역의 119안전센터의 서비스 질이 나쁜 지역을 지리학적인 관점에서 최적 입지/배분 패턴의 설정을 통해 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 미래 응급의료서비스의 효율적인 입지/배분을 통해 공공 및 개인의 안전과 건강에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Demands for sports activities for the disabled are continuously increasing. Although sports centers where the disabled available are compartmentalized into the disabled sports centers and the public sports facilities, in fact, sports activities for the disabled in the public facilities had limits. Therefore, this study draw current states, features and issue related spaces and programs of the public sports centers in order to seek ways to activate sports activities for the disabled. The results of the study as follows. Firstly, setting up the legal regulation about the disabled sports centers. Secondly, improvement the facilities considered the disabled's characteristic. Thirdly, installation of a shower stall and a locker room for various users. Fourthly, positive application of the outdoor space connected with a swimming pool. Fifthly, laying detailed regulation of sports centers for the disabled. In conclusion, the study on architectural model which related with spaces and programs of the sports center for all people is needed to move forward.

대부분의 사람들은 의식하지 못하지만 세상은 오른손잡이 중심으로 이뤄져 있기 때문에 왼손잡이가 일상적으로 겪는 불편은 상상외로 많다. 우리가 일상에서 많이 사용하는 연장, 주방기구, 사무용품, 가전제품, 가구, 의류, 악기, 의료기기, 스포츠용품, 공공시설 등 이들 대부분이 오른손잡이에게 맞춰져 있어 왼손잡이들은 자신들의 왼팔을 비틀어서 사용하거나 주손이 아닌 오른손으로 부자연스런 자세로 사용할 수밖에 없다. 이에 따라 왼손잡이는 일상생활에 있어서의 상당한 불편을 느낄 뿐만 아니라 작업 능률의 저하, 재해나 상해를 입을 가능성이 높아질 수 있다. 본 연구는 무작위로 선정된 피설문자에 대한 설문 조사를 통하여 손잡이(handedness)와 관련된 통계수치를 제공하고 왼손잡이인 경우 왼손잡이로서 일상생활에서의 불편함, 작업능률의 저하여부, 오른손잡이 전용제품을 사용하여 상해를 입은 경험 등에 대해 조사하였다. 또한 왼손잡이도 편리하게 사용할 수 있으면 하는 제품이나 공공시설 등에 대한 이들의 주관적인 견해에 대해서도 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 왼손잡이를 위한 공구, 주방용품, 문구용품, 스포츠용품, 사무용품 등에 대하여 현재 적용되어 있는 상품에 대한 고찰과 향후 적용 가능 상품 및 공공시설에 대해 제안하였다.

일상생활에서도 불편함을 겪는 시각 장애인들을 위해 기초적인 생활을 보완할 수 있는 음성인식 다용도 계량기를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 제품은 API를 통해 저울의 측정값을 한국어 음성으로 변환하여 출력하는 음성 저울과 음성인식을 통해 슬라이드 포트로 정수기를 제어하는 작동 기기로 구성되어 있다. 현재 음성인식 다용도 계량기 개발을 완료했으며, Web, APP 등의 개선 방안을 연구 및 적용하는 중에 있다. 본 계량기를 통하여 시각장애인·시력저하자의 일상생활 및 삶의 질 향상뿐만 아니라 병원 등의 공공시설 개선에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement of the architectural planning of public hospitals by analyzing the contents of the architectural planning and the trend of the recent ward planning. Methods: The study method was the drawing analysis of the wards in the public hospitals where facilities were improved including the ward-related literature survey. The scope of the study was the general wards. Results: As a result of the study, the area composition of the ward area, the number of beds per nursing unit, the floorplan types, and the unit space planning which is included the room composition, the room size, the bed clearance areas, and the improvements of the nursing space were suggested. Implications: The result of this research would be useful as a reference to design nurse area in the wards.
