Big data analytics are indispensable today in various industries and public sectors. Therefore, in this study, we will utilize big data analysis to search for improvement plans for domestic tourism services using the LDA analysis method. In particular, we have tried an exploratory approach that can improve tourist satisfaction, which can improve revisit and service, especially in Seoul, which has the largest number of foreign tourists. In this study, we collected and analyzed statistical data of Seoul City and Korea Tourism Organization and Internet information such as SNS via R. And we utilized text mining methods including LDA. As a result of the analysis, one of the purposes of visiting South Korea by foreigners was gastronomic tourism. We will try to derive measures to improve the quality of services centered on gastronomic tourism.

As the number of tourists visiting Korea is increasing, the demand for improving the quality of public services also rises rapidly due to the number of tourists who visit Busan. Busan, as the maritime capital of South Korea, it would be best to consider a design proposal for the purpose of the design of multilingual signage system and guideline design for foreign tourists in Haeundae, Busan. It is expected to provide qualitative convenience to those visiting Haeundae with the demand for multilingual needs and additional application of service design to those who plan to visit Busan.

The study selected two regional public medical centers(G, N) in Jeollabuk-do to recognize problems and provide solutions for regional medical centers. The medical centers were analyzed, focusing on availability of medical personnel, budget and management thereof, medical treatment performance, public project performance, and patient satisfaction. The results showed that the medical centers were understaffed with doctors compared to private hospitals or national university hospitals and suffering financial debt. The number of patient with medical benefit was increasing in the medical center G, whereas it was decreasing in the medical center N. Patient satisfaction survey showed that the medical center G was scoring similar to the national average, whereas the medical center N was scoring slightly less than the average. Policies needed for development and efficient management of Regional public medical centers are clarification of Regional medical centers identity, modernization of medical equipment and facilities, recruitment of competent medical personnels, specialization of hospitals and establishment of stronger referral system. The regional medical centers should secure financial supports for public service from regional and national governments, and establish revenues from funerary service, leasing service, and national projects participation.

Recently, with the issue of the 4th Industrial Revolution, many services using big data have been developed. Accordingly, studies have been conducting to utilize public data, which is considered as the most valuable data among big data. In this paper, we design and implement a food price information analysis system based on public big data. The proposed system analyzes the collected food price-related data in various forms from various sources and classifies them according to characteristics. In addition, the proposed system analyzes the factors affecting the price of food through big data analysis techniques and uses them as data to predict the price of food in the near future. Finally, the proposed system provides the user with the analyzed results through data visualization.

The Internet of Things (IoT) provides data convergence and sharing functions, and IoT technology is the most fundamental core technology in creating new services by convergence of various cutting-edge technologies. However, there are different classification systems for the Internet of Things, and when it is limited to the domestic public sector, it is difficult to properly grasp the current status of which devices are installed and operated with what share, and systematic data or research The results are very difficult to find. Therefore, in this study, the relevance of the classification system for IoT devices was analyzed according to reality based on sales, shipments, and growth rate, and based on this, the actual share of IoT devices among domestic public institutions was analyzed in detail. The derived detailed analysis results are expected to be efficiently utilized in the process of selecting IoT devices for research and analysis to advance information protection technology such as responding to malicious code attacks on IoT devices, analyzing incidents, and strengthening security vulnerabilities.

Background: The public health crisis caused by coronavirus disease 2019 emphasizes the need to expand and strengthen public hospitals. However, the overall perception of public hospitals remains negative. This negative perception can hinder the roles and functions of public hospitals, so this study aims to analyze the factors affecting negative perceptions of public hospitals. Methods: We used data from a survey on the public healthcare of Chungcheongbuk-do residents conducted by the Chungcheongbuk-do Public Health Policy Institute, and 1,916 adults aged 19 or older who responded to the survey were included in the study. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of experiences with public hospitals use and evaluations of public healthcare and public hospital policies on the negative perception of public hospitals. Results: The experience of not using public hospitals (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 1.69; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.04-2.74) and negative evaluations of public healthcare and public hospital policies were found to significantly impact negative perceptions of public hospitals. In public healthcare policies, negative evaluations of the provision of essential medical care (aOR, 4.14; 95% CI, 2.59-6.62), regional disparities (aOR, 1.59; 95% CI, 1.02-2.49), coverage (aOR, 1.99; 95% CI, 1.25-3.16), and quality of care (aOR, 2.39; 95% CI, 1.50-3.80) were significantly associated with negative perceptions of public hospitals. In public hospital policies, negative evaluations of facilities and equipment (aOR, 3.74, 95% CI, 2.36-5.94), medical specialties and services (aOR, 1.91; 95% CI, 1.21-3.01), and quality of medical service (aOR, 2.71; 95% CI, 1.72-4.25) were also significantly associated with negative perceptions of public hospitals. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the need to improve perceptions of public hospitals by considering the experience with public hospitals use and evaluation of public healthcare and public hospital policies.

Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of choice realization between service quality and user satisfaction to elderly home care services. For this purpose, we analyzed 258 respondents who received elderly home care service in Jeollabuk-do. Considering the assumption that the moderating effect of choice realization would be different by rural and urban areas because of the disparity of the elderly welfare infrastructure, the urban and rural areas were analyzed separately. The analyses showed that choice realization had a moderating effect on the relationship between service quality and user's service satisfaction for the service clients resided in urban areas. However, there was no significant moderating effect of choice realization for the service clients in rural areas. This result implies that the moderating effect of selection realization is different in rural and urban areas because of the poor elderly home care facilities in rural areas. In order for aged people to actively express the effect of service user choice, it is necessary to solve welfare imbalance between regions through expansion of welfare infrastructure and policy support to rural area.

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

This study is to actively respond to changes in terms of age, it was to find a possible way to realize the effective application of research to expand the civilian use of resources in the defense sector. Utilization of civil resources were first introduced by the previous government institutions to be applied to the military, our country, the use of private resources began with the 1948 case of a consignment of rubbish. In particular, in the process of overcoming the economic crisis IMF 1990s the government increased its advantage in the public service sector while introducing elements of civil to the public sector. Meanwhile, the Pentagon was promoting policies that foster and promote the civil sector in defense of "defense reform law" in terms of the advancement of military operations. The results of the work carried establish schemes for the civil use of resources, which can be protected by legal and institutional supplement, it is determined that you need a dedicated organization for the construction of projects.
