Music copyright began in 1850 in France and, unlike other copyrighted works such as architecture or arts, which are based on visual conditions, copyrighted music is based the on trends of the times. The appropriate range of protection for musical works is not the entire music, but the part that is determined to be a creative expression deduced from the analysis of the musical structure. Concerning the issue of plagiarism in popular music, the determination of creativity plays an important role in whether a piece of music encroaches on the original copyrighted works or not. However, determining whether a work is an element of a previously copyrighted work should be achieved through a consensus formed by members of the relevant industry and academia rather than the court. The purpose of this study is to classify the creative and non-creative elements of popular music, in order to create a classification that can enable musical creators to provide a consensus on the elements of creative expression.

The presented study was based on the notions that 1)the age-separated perspective would not be functional for post modern society which characterized by a diversity of life styles and 2)effects of wage peak system have been investigated mainly through managemental efficiency with quantitative analysis. In those notions, this study aimed to investigate effects of wage peak system based on age integration perspective with a qualitative method. Deep case study were executed with four workers who fully understand regarding wage peak system. Results showed that three sub categories were drawn in the meaning focused on issues of wage peak system; uneasy attention on workers who applied for wage peak system; pro and con of wage peak system for aged workers; achieving age integrated environment through mutual understanding.

This study aims to present an integrated development plan that independently holds festivals for ancient Mahan historical and cultural festivals in our region. It is also aimed at promoting the intensive Mahan culture through attracting and promoting tourists through Mahan's history and culture. To this end, we intend to explore future ancient historical culture through in-depth analysis and presentation of development that can help with future development plans and build mutual consensus. The purpose of the study is to re-examine the value of Mahan culture, develop integrated Mahan culture in the future through empirical analysis by local residents and experts, and present the current status and direction through research to attract tourists.

This study analyzes how to support social economic organizations financially -with online donation system. Two methods of online donation system is compared that vouchers contribute to the creation of sound market in damaged area by giving options of selecting service of social economic organization to service beneficiaries while civil fund for these organizations create employment and improve cooperative relationship between givers and receivers through online donation system. It is important for Korean government to improve donation system not only for victim directly but also for social economic organization through voucher and civil fund method of online donation system.

HD(High Definition) 방송기술이 보편화 되면서 HD이후의 실감형 방송서비스에 대한 기술개발이 빠르게 진행되어 왔다. 여러 기술들 중에서 UHD(Ultra High Definition)는 HD이후의 실감형 방송으로 가장 주목 받고 있다. 그 이유는 UHD 기술의 표준화가 대부분 진행되어 시장내 서비스에 대한 공감대 형성이 많이 되어 있고 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 솔루션과 서비스를 위한 관련 제품들이 이미 상용화 되어 있기 때문이다. 그리고 UHD를 전송하기 위한 기술 기반들은 성숙단계에 있으며 UHDTV 제품이 시장에 출시되고 있어 실감형 방송서비스 중에서 가장 현실적으로 상용화에 접근한 서비스로 인정받고 있는 것이다. 시청자 입장에서도 다른 실감형 방송 서비스와 달리 시청 거부감이 낮다. 특히 케이블은 경쟁매체에 비해 대용량 고화질 방송서비스에 장점이 있고 전송규격의 큰 변화 없이 UHD 서비스를 할 수 있어 상용서비스 제공에 이점을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 한걸음 더 다가온 케이블기반 UHDTV의 표준화 현황과 방송기술 동향에 대해서 알아본다.

최근 자연환경보전이라는 새로운 패러다임의 대두로 하천환경의 보전과 개선의 필요성에 대한 공감대가 형성되기 시작하였으며, 하천의 환경적 기능을 고려하는 관리방안이 제시되고 있다. 이를 반영하는 것이 최근 활발히 논의되고 있는 하천기능 복원기술의 개발이다. 이는 하천정비나 관리에 있어서 하천의 생태적 기능에 초점을 맞추는 것으로 1990년대 이후 확산된 환경기능을 고려한 하천정비 및 관리보다 구체화된 하천의 생태환경기능의 회복을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 내구성이 강화된 식생매트를 개발함에 있어 라텍스를 이용한 친환경 코팅 매트를 개발하여 식물의 정착효과를 비교분석하여 효율적인 저수호안공법을 제시 하였다.

본 논문에서는 실버세대의 여가활동 및 두뇌훈련 위한 기능성게임콘텐츠를 제안한다. 두뇌훈련 게임은 기억력 훈련, 집중력 훈련, 시공감각 훈련과 판단력 훈련으로 6종의 게임콘텐츠로 구성되어 있으며, 실버세대들이 사용하기 쉬운 인터페이스와 실버세대의 게임에 대한 공감대 형성과 쉬운 접근을 위하여 춘향전을 각색하여 게임 시나리오로 적용하였다. 게임콘텐츠에 대한 평가 및 선호도 조사, 기능성게임콘텐츠 종목 발굴을 위해 401명을 대상으로 게임을 체험한 후 설문조사를 실시하였고, 결과를 토대로 선호도 및 기능성 게임 개발 시 요구 사항을 분석하였다.

한국 대중문화의 발전과 더불어 국내외에서는 한류라는 브랜드로 대한민국의 문화와 대한민국 자체에 대하여 많은 호감과 함께 질투의 시선을 보내고 있다. 이러한 대한민국의 대중문화산업은 이제 대한민국을 벗어나 우리만의 문화가 아닌 세계를 지향하며 공감대를 형성하는 문화로 발전하고 있으며, 대중적인 인기를 얻고 있는 스타들이 문화첨병의 역할을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이제 한국의 대중문화는 우리만의 것이 아닌 세계인과 소통하고 나누어야 하는 문화인 것이다. 대한민국의 문화산업은 이제 가파른 성장만이 아닌 기본에 충실한 역사와 철학을 수반해야 할 것이며, 대중에 대한 사회적인 책임과 역할을 수행함으로써 더욱더 세계의 문화와 교감하며 발전해 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 대중들의 사랑을 통하여 성장하는 스타들의 사회적 기여와 그 활동에 대한 사례를 살펴보고 한류의 지속적인 발전과 문화 창출을 위한 올바른 소셜테이너로서의 책임 및 역할과 지구공동체를 위한 힐링 소사이어티에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다.

급변하는 기후변동으로 인하여 집중 호우 빈발과 도시화와 지역개발로 인한 홍수피해 급증 등을 유발하여 많은 지역들이 홍수에 노출되는 위험도가 증가되고 있고 사회적으로는 물 관리에 대한 대중의 참여증대와 환경에 대한 인식의 제고 등으로 대중에게 치수관련 정책의 정당성에 대한 설득력을 주어야 하는 추세이다. 따라서 치수정책 시행시 일반대중들에게 치수현황을 쉽게 파악할 수 있고 필요한 정책 수단에 대한 공감대 형성을 위한 지역과 유역의 홍수취약성을 평가할 수 있는 치수관리지수의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 외에서 개발되었던 대표적인 치수관리지수들의 개발목적, 필요자료 등을 소개하고, 비교 및 평가를 통해 선행연구들의 한계를 검토하여 국내 실정에 적합한 유역의 홍수취약성을 평가하기 위한 치수관리지수 산정모형 개발에 대한 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

글로벌 기후변화 및 에너지 부족이라는 문제는 단순한 어려움이 아니라, 인류 생존의 위협이라는 문제로 다가오고 있다. 이에 따라 국제 환경에서도 탄소배출 규제라는 공감대가 형성되어 향후 점차 에너지 소비 및 탄소배출 저감이라는 문제가 더욱 강조될 것이다. 이러한 즈음에 맞추어 국내 전체 에너지의 25%를 차지하고 있는 건물 에너지 소비에 대한 관리 분야는 국가적으로도 관심을 소홀이 할 수 없는 부분이다. 이에 지식경제부에서는 100대 전략 후보기술에 "건물 및 집단 에너지 최적 운영 시스템" 분야를 선정해 놓고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 건물 에너지관리 기술에 대한 현황 및 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 최근 건물 에너지관리 분야에서 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 통합관제센터에서 다수 건물의 에너지를 모니터링하고 관리함으로써 건물 관리 측면에서 경제성을 제공하고, 통합관제센터의 에너지 전문가 또는 전문가 시스템에 의해 에너지 최적화 방안을 도출해내는 원격 에너지관리 시스템 기술에 대하여 알아본다. 이를 위해 현재 대표적인 연구개발 사례로 고효율 건물 에너지 감응형 EMM 플랫폼 기술개발에 대하여 알아보도록 한다.
