  • 최근 차량과 플랫폼 사이의 공간에 휠체어의 바퀴 또는 승객의 발이 빠지는 등의 안전사고가 보고되고 있어 교통약자의 이동을 제한하는 요소로 작용함에 따라 차량과 플랫폼 사이 공간을 메우는 안전스텝을 개발하게 되었다. 안전스텝으로 기존 플랫폼에 설치하는 고무타입은 고정식 고무발판을 미리 설치해 두어 차량과 플랫폼의 간격을 미리 줄이는 방식이나 직선, 곡선 형태의 각각의 역사가 가지는 조건에 유연하게 대응하고, 차량의 승객수와 플랫폼의 조건에 따라 달라지는 승하차 높이에 유연하게 대응하고자 차량에 설치하는 방식을 개발하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 개발한 안전스텝의 구성 및 기능을 설명하고 논하고자 한다.

Development of Battle Space Model Based on Combined Discrete Event and Discrete Time Simulation Model Architecture for Underwater Warfare Simulation (수중운동체 교전 시뮬레이션을 위한 이산 사건 및 이산 시간 혼합형 시뮬레이션 모델 구조 기반의 전투 공간 모델 개발)

  • This paper presents the battle space model, which is capable of propagating various types of emissions from platforms in underwater warfare simulation, predicting interesting encounters between pairs of platforms, and managing environmental information. The battle space model has four components: the logger, spatial encounter predictor (SEP), propagator, and geographic information system (GIS) models. The logger model stores brief data on all the platforms in the simulation, and the GIS model stores and updates environmental factors such as temperature and current speed. The SEP model infers an encounter among the platforms in the simulation, and progresses the simulation to the time when this encounter will happen. The propagator model receives various emissions from platforms and propagates these to other "within-range" platforms by considering the propagation losses and delays. The battle space model is based on the discrete event system specification (DEVS) and the discrete time system specification (DTSS) formalisms. To verify the battle space model, simple underwater warfare between a battleship and a submarine was simulated. The simulation results with the model were the same as the simulation results without the model.

  • This study looks at the recently increasing metaverse platform from the perspective of users. Therefore, to understand the metaverse concept as an extended space, we looked at the spatial theory and looked at the paradigm from the perspective of lifestyle and technological change. The case was viewed as 'big tech', and it was shown to be developing in various forms. simulation, Immersense, It is reclassified into Tranconnect and Explorience interfaces to suggest directions for use in various fields.

  • Unused land is a new load of building and a linear improvement, expanding the loss of function of the road abandoned road construction sites, as well as existing roads is possible additional advantage.   • Recently, through the development of IT and mobile technology, spatial information plays a role of infrastructure of the people life and the national economy. Many kinds of applications including SNS and social commerce is to leverage the spatial information for their services. In the case of domestic, spatial open platform that can provide national spatial data infrastructure services in a stable manner has been released. And many people have been interested to the open platform services. However, the open platform currently has many difficulties to analyze its service status and load in real time, because it does not hold a real-time monitoring system. Therefore, we propose a method that can analyze the real-time service status of the open platform using the analysis of the web server log information. In particular, we propose the results of the analysis as follows: amount of data transferred, network bandwidth, number of visitors, hit count, contents usage, and connection path. We think the results presented in this study is insufficient to understand the perfect service status of the open platform. However, it is expected to be utilized as the basic data for understanding of the service status and for system expansion of the open platform, every year.

S-100 기반 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 관한 연구

  • 최근 S-100 표준을 기반으로 웹 상에서 표준화된 전자해도 및 항행정보의 융합 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나, S-101의 전자해도, S-102의 해저지형 등과 같은 데이터 표준들은 어느 정도 완성이 되어 제시되고 있으나, 선박과 선박, 선박과 항만, 또는 선박/항만과 대국민 사이에 항행정보의 웹 서비스 또는 클라우드 서비스를 가능하게 하는 서비스 표준들은 매우 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ISO 19100과 OGC의 공간정보 표준을 참고하여 개발되고 있는 S-100 표준의 상황을 고려하여 S-101의 전자해도 표준과 공간정보의 WMS, WMTS 등의 웹 서비스 표준을 수용하는 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 On-Shore 항행정보 서비스 플랫폼은 전자해도, 공간정보, 날씨, AIS 정보 등의 융합 서비스가 가능하며, WebApp 서비스 또는 앱 지원을 통하여 스마트 폰 등의 모바일 기기에서도 손쉽게 항행정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

  • On the spatial information open platform, the national spatial data are released to provide services that the people can use freely. Recently, the demand for high quality 3D geospatial information and indoor spatial information is increasing. However, open platform is not able to provide seamless service because spatial data of indoor and outdoor are composed of different formats and storage structures. In addition, the 3D data format used in the current service does not reflect the recent changes in service environment and new technology. Therefore, in this study, we proposed new format of 3D data used in service to improve interoperability and service of open platform 3D data. The proposed format is lighter than the existing format and the rendering speed is improved.

  • In these days, the profitability of cadastral survey for national spatial information is getting worse. In order to reinforce the structure of the profitability, there exists the necessity to launch new and various businesses except the cadastral survey. In manipulating national spatial data effectively, it is necessary to design a platform for spatial information. Against this backdrop, we propose a platform for spatial data on the basis of Big Data in this paper.

  • Recently many of earlier GIS services are changing to the form of user-participated dynamic geoweb service like many new impressive web 2.0 services substitute for earlier old-fashioned web 1.0 services. Many relevant technologies are necessary to be developed so as to integrate a number of geospatial data and functions all around into the useful geoweb services. It is also necessary to make the integration easy and to cope with the rapid changes in geoweb environment. In this study, the trend of relevant geoweb technologies were reviewed before, and the development of open geospatial service platform were carried out. As a result, open 2D/3D map service engine, user-participated mashup engine, Open API search engine and so on were im plemented as the core components of that platform. The platform will be able to be used as the common platform among a number of applications in the fields such as public/private GIS integration, u-city projects and GIS/LBS services etc.

  • 코로나 19 팬데믹으로 인한 4차 산업혁명이 앞당겨지고 초현실, 초실감, 초연결 사회 등의 키워드가 대두되고 언택트(Untact) 시대가 일상생활에 불가항력적으로 접목되면서 몰입감과 흥미성, 유희성을 목적으로 한 콘텐츠들이 다양하게 활성화되었다. 특히, 메타버스(Metaverse) 플랫폼이 빠르게 진화하면서 물리적 현실과 디지털 가상성을 융합한 다중 사용자에게 다양한 경험이 가능한 서비스가 주목받고 있다. 메타버스는 다중 사용자 플랫폼에서 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 대규모 멀티플레이가 가능한 온라인 비디오 게임, 오픈 게임 월드, AR 협업 공간과 호환되는 사회적, 몰입감이 있는 VR(Virtual Reality) 플랫폼 서비스 중 하나이다. 우리는 메타버스 플랫폼 개발 시 필요로 하는 요소기술 및 3D 데이터 획득을 통한 VR 콘텐츠를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 1) 콘텐츠 시나리오 및 사용자 인터랙션 설계; 2) 볼류메트릭 캡처를 활용한 실사 기반의 동적(Dynamic) 데이터 생성; 3) 컴퓨터 그래픽 기반 가상공간 설계 및 정적(Static)데이터 요소기술 개발; 4) 가상 현실 공간 데이터와 볼류메트릭 캡처의 실사 데이터 정합; 5) 공간 데이터 시각화 생성 및 모듈형 공간 이동 제어 기능 개발; 최종적으로 6) VR 환경에서의 콘텐츠 구현을 목표로 한다.
