The regional distribution and relative frequency of neurohormonal peptides-producing cells were demonstrated in the gut of the stomachless teleost, the Prussian carp, Carassius auratus Linnaeus, using 10 types of specific antisera raised against mammalian regulatory peptides. The gut of the Prussian carp was divided into five portions from proximal to distal (Segments I~V). Most of immunoreactive cells in the epithelial lining portion, between epithelial cells, were generally spherical or spindle shape having long cytoplasmic process that reached to the lumen (open typed cell) while cells showing round in shape (close typed cell) were found in the basal portions of epithelial lining occasionally. Somatostatin-, cholecystokinin (CCK)-8- and pancreatic polypeptide (PP)- immunoreactive cells were observed in this study. However, no serotonin-, glucagon-, chromogranin A-, secretin-, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)-, substance P- and bombesin-immunoreactive cells were found. Somatostatin-immunoreactive cells were restricted to most proximal segments of the gut (Segment I) with rare frequency and CCK-8-immunoreactive cells were demonstrated in the proximal segments of the gut (Segments I and II) with a few to rare frequencies. In addition, pancreatic polypeptide-immunoreactive cells were demonstrated in the proximal to middle segments (Segments I~III) with moderated to rare frequencies. In conclusion, the distribution and relative frequency of these immunoreactive cells are well corresponded to the previous reports in stomachless teleost but somewhat peculiar patterns are also detected.
The purpose of this study was to develop a math test for identification of the mathematically gifted on the basis of their math creative problem solving ability and to evaluate the goodness of the test. Especially, testing reliability and validity of scoring method on the basis of fluency only for evaluation of math creative problem solving ability was one of the main purposes. Ten closed math problems and 5 open math problems were developed requiring math thinking abilities such as intuitive insight, organization of information, inductive and deductive reasoning, generalization and application, and reflective thinking. The 10 closed math test items of Type I and the 5 open math test items of Type II were administered to 1,032 Grade 7 students who were recommended by their teachers as candidates for gifted education programs. Students' responses were scored by math teachers. Their responses were analyzed by BIGSTEPS and 1 parameter model of item analyses technique. The item analyses revealed that the problems were good in reliability, validity, item difficulty and item discriminating power even when creativity was scored based on the single criteria of fluency. This also confirmed that the open problems which are less-defined, less-structured and non-entrenched were good in measuring math creative problem solving ability of the candidates for math gifted education programs. In addition, it was found that the math creative problem solving tests discriminated applicants for the two different gifted educational institutions.

The spatial and temporal distribution of dissolved trace metals has been studied to identify trends in space and time and to evaluate the pollution status in a semi-closed bay (Gohyun bay), Korea. Surface seawater samples were collected over four seasons at 18 stations in the bay between 2003 and 2004 and once at 7 stations around a large shipyard in May 2004. The concentration of Cd, Co, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn in seawater in February and May were highly variable in space, showing the higher value relative to other season. Those metals concentrations were decreased from inner-to outer-stations. In around the shipyard, Cu, Pb and Zn showed the higher variability depending on time. Cu and Zn concentrations at the sites around the shipyard had 2 times higher values compared with the average of inner stations in Gohyun bay. The very high correlations between salinity and either Cu and Zn has been showed. Especially, there was a significant relationship between Cu and Zn. We recognize that the shipyard is major source of Cu and Zn in seawater. Therefore, marine environment management policy such as the prevention and control of heavy metal input from a shipyard is required.

Utility-Pipe Conduit is, Housing and city effectively accommodate what they absolutely need power, communications, gas, pipeline, water supply, drainage, energy facilities etc, according to expansion of urban infrastructure are derived, several ways to solve problems in, collection facilities in place are maintained and managed facility. If Utility-Pipe Conduit is damaged, as well as national security, because their impact on society as a whole, by introducing large vulnerability in the fire prevention activities and suppression measures and disaster for our situation by introducing measures, comprehensive analysis of the fire risk, it shall establish fire prevention activities and suppression through analysis of Utility-Pipe Conduit design, institutional issues, the problem of fire protection facilities, fire spread phenomenon etc. Because of Utility-Pipe Conduit is an enclosed place, so incomplete combustion due to lack of oxygen supply that there are problem such dark smoke, carbon monoxide etc, toxic combustion products and heat generation and visual impairment is an issue difficult to enter. As well as fire prevention activities, the fire In light of the particularity of the under ground than above ground fire, so this phenomenon is weak fire fighting that fire to become effective fire fighting tactics, basically it is necessary difficulty softening, non-burn softening and prevent combustion expansion of the cable is installed on the Utility-Pipe Conduit, having to considering the specificity of the response command system and relevant organizations to establish an on-site, Structural identification and other information gathering required to record of Response agencies, keep air conditioning system 24 hours and strengthening Virtual Total Training of Response agen
The dust chute was a part of equipment in apartment which have been settled down as new residential style in this country since 1960s. However, the dust chute was destructed by results of social discussion, and it ended up old remains which cannot be found in new towns. Nowadays, chute was substituted a collecting system from extra collecting sites which were prepared near residential area. This phenomenon was caused by the poor separating collection. Since the early part of 1995, the whole vocal operating the volume-base charge system has been placed as the institution capable of recycling and separating collection of residential wastes in this country. People pursue the residential quality which is suitable to the Greenround period. Such a diverse effort corresponding to the social change can be also accomplished in the field of waste collecting transportation. In this paper, the local heating system and waste combustion site and hollow are already applied to the new residential area in the form of housing development. After investigating of the waste collecting transportation method in other countries related to such facilities, this paper represents the feasibility and applicability of pneumatic waste collection system which is used practically in the new housing complex and large facilities in other countries.
The purpose of this study was to compare on masse retraction of six anterior teeth with separate canine retraction in the amount of the anchorage loss and the retraction of the anterior teeth. The subjects consisted of 30 adult female patients with Angle Class 1 malocclusions who were treated by .022' straight wire appliance with 4 first permolar extraction. They were composed of two groups. Group 1 consisted of 15 subjects, whose six anterior teeth were retracted by on masse retraction. Group 2 consisted of 15 subjects, whose canines were retracted separately. Pre-treatment and post-treatment lateral cephalometric radiographs were analyzed. All data were processed statistically with independent samples t-test, and the conclusions were as follows. 1. There was no significant difference in the amount of the anchorage loss between two groups(p>0.05). 2. There was no significant difference in the amount of the retraction of the anterior teeth between two groups(p>0.05). 3. There was a significant difference in the amount of the inclinational change of the upper incisors between two groups. It was greater in Group 2. 4. There was a significant difference in the vertical positional change of the upper incisal edges between two groups. The upper incisal edges in Group 2 were more extruded than Group 1 by about 1mm. 5. There was no significant difference in the vertical positional change of the root apex of the upper incisors between two groups(p>0.05). And there was no significant difference in the vertical positional change of the upper molar(p>0.05).

Maxillary central incisor impactions occur infrequently. Their origins include various local causes, such as odontoma, supernumerary teeth, space loss, and disturbances in the eruption path, also trauma and apical follicular cysts. Impacted teeth can cause serious dental and aesthetic difficulties as well as psychological problems especially in anterior regions. Although the impaction of maxillary incisor occurs less frequently than that of the maxillary canine, it is of concern to parents during the early mixed dentition stage because of the uneruption of the tooth. Forced eruption of impacted teeth should be considered in young patients because this technique can lead to suitable results from a periodontal, occlusal, and esthetic perspective at an earlier stage better than with other treatment options. This report presents the surgical and orthodontic treatment of cases with horizontally impacted and dilacerated maxillary central incisors. For each patient, we used the closed eruption method, placed an attachment on the impacted tooth on surgery, and fully closed the flap. Traction was applied immediately. The impacted tooth erupts through the healed tissue in a manner resembling normal eruption.
Purpose of this study is to determine the reasonable portal approach for thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy in small sized dogs under 10 kg. Ten healthy beagle dogs weighing $8.67{\pm}0.49kg$ were included. Under general anesthesia, one-lung ventilation (1LV) was achieved using endobronchial blocker with guidance of fiber-optic bronchoscope. Two portal approaches were used; 8-6-10 intercostal space (ICS) and 8-6-5 ICS approach. Thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy was performed using endoscopic linear self-cutting stapler and specimen retrieval bag. Each approach was evaluated by scoring 0; bad, 1; endurable, 2; good, 3; excellent in following five category, 1) visualization, 2) triangulation; instrumental sword fighting in the thoracic cavity, 3) approach to hilar pedicle; application of stapler, 4) any obstacles in applicating Lap Bag, and 5) the operator's convenience. Favorable working space was secured by 1LV and thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy was successfully completed in all dogs. There was no need to change the portal location and iatrogenic complication. Most of scores were good to excellent in both approaches. Consequently, both approaches are feasible methods for thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy with one lung ventilation using endoscopic linear self-cutting stapler in dogs weighing less than 10 kg.
Legislation needs to be understood within a political, societal relationship among lawmaking bodies rather than by legal provision itself. In order to examine features and functions of communication in the process of legislation, this study conducted focus group interviews with experts as well as in-depth individual interviews. The result of this research as follows: First, the study found that although the domestic legislative process has been made by active interactions among lawmaking subjects, it was hard to conclude that this procedure is providing effective and productive legislative agenda because of chaotic communications made along the process. Second, the study found that national legislative process has been gradually moving, although restricted, to an open political space, the National Assembly, from a closed space, the executive branch. Third, the study found a remarkable feature including growing influence of experts groups and civic organizations in the legislative process. It is a significant change that legislative staff such as National Assembly aides, investigators, expert committeemen and deputy director generals played a role of "insiders," unnoticeably influencing the legislative process, and that civic organizations and NGOs, which have been excluded in the previous legislative processes, emerged as a new influencing circle in the process. Lastly, the study found that media organizations, in the process of developing agenda, had a strong impact on the National Assembly as a subject forming public issues and as a messenger of the legislative agenda while they played a limited role in affecting the government. This study discusses why communication in the domestic legislative process is important and what are some hindering and facilitating factors in the process.

Since Non-Extraction treatment in some orthodontic case shows unstable result and unfavorable profile, extraction is selected as inevitable treatment option for the harmonious profile, facial skeleton, and the stable dentition on both arches. For the achievement of proper goal, premolars, molars, sometimes incisors or canines are selected to be extracted. The first Premolar is usually extracted for relieving the crowded dentition with which the molar relations are class I to gain stable dentition and proper profile, but often results in the depression of profile or the loss of vortical dimension. On the contrary, the extracton of the second molar helps maintaining the fullness of profile and the vertical dimension, prevents additional space closural procedures which often make the procedures complicated, relieves both anterior and posterior crowding, and substitutes the extraction fossae for newly erupting 3rd molars. From the point of recurrence, the second molar extraction procedure, therefore, is more beneficial. This cases showed the good results of second molar extraction procedures in the patients with class I crowding.
