The objective of this research is to propose the policy alternatives which can assist schools to effectively carry out the School Space Innovation Project (SSIP) of the Ministry of Education. The Emotional Space Project (ESP) of Gangwon-do School District was analyzed as one of representative SSIPs. Chapter II analyzed the project process and stakeholders involved in the ESP. Chapter III carried out the interview with the representative stakeholders that had participated in each step. The interview described the major problems ESP and SSIP have. Finally, Chapter IV proposed the comprehensive alternatives to deal with the problems, such as improving the effectiveness of project information sessions, strengthening the competencies of facilitators, and developing guidelines. It is expected that the research alternatives can be applied for developing innovative school spaces more suited to school scenes as well as helping effective operation of SSIP in schools.

This study was conducted to develop a tool to investigate and analyze the educational effect of the school space innovation project, which is being promoted on a large scale at the national level. In order to analyze the educational effect of school space innovation, it is first necessary to analyze the structure of the space altered by the school space innovation. Research and analysis should be possible, so a user survey tool was developed for this purpose. It is expected that the survey tool in this study can be used for pre-investigation in the pre-planning stage of the school space innovation project and as a post-evaluation tool for investigating and analyzing the educational effects of space innovation.

The Korean Government is promoting Korean Land Spatialization Program(KLSP) to commercialize and practice of the technology from 2006 to 2012. It is preparing for field test to make research achievements verified in Sejong City by selecting a test-bed area. It creates the conditions to be satisfied standards that can be recognized at internal and external. This paper proposes to design a test bed considering site conditions and various requirements for performance verification of Surveying Equipments in KLSP.

"4차 산업 혁명"으로 대변되는 사회전반에 걸친 변화는 일상에서의 혁신과 일상적인 혁신을 필요로 하고 있다. 또한 국가차원에서 가능한 모든 혁신자산을 효율적으로 관리 운영하고 지속적으로 새로운 혁신자산을 확보하는 것이 국가경쟁력 향상의 제일목표가 되가고 있다. 이러한 시대 요구속에서 "메이커 운동(maker movement)"은 변화요구에 대응할 수 있는 대중(grassroot)혁신활동으로 주목받고 있다. 특히 메이커운동의 주요 활동공간인 '메이커 스페이스(makerspace)'는 메이커들이 서로의 지식을 나누고 자원과 결과물을 공유, 협업하는 장소로 최근에는 (예비)창업자를 위한 창업준비공간으로 기능을 확장하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에도 2010년 이후 다양한 형태의 '메이커 스페이스'를 혁신기반육성을 위한 정책차원에서 지원하고 있다. 중소벤처기업부는 "메이커 스페이스" 확대 사업을 2018년부터 추진 중이며 '일반랩'과 '전문랩'으로 세분화 하여 '일반랩'은 메이커 입문과 기본단계에 있는 초보 메이커들을 위한 'Zero to Maker' 공간으로, '전문랩'은 전문가(창업가)들을 위한 'Maker to Maker(Market)' 공간으로 역할을 분할하여 지원하고 있다. 본 연구는 주목받고 있는 사회문화 현상이며 변화환경에 대응하기 위한 정책수단으로 활용되고 있는 메이커 관련 주제 중 메이커들이 활동하는 공간(메이커스페이스)에 대한 연구이다. 지금까지 메이커스페이스들 관한 국내외 주요 연구에 대하여 조사하고 최근 메이커스페이스에 요구되고 있는 기능적 확장을 위한 연구필요성 및 연구방향에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 창업 경영학적 관점에서 메이커스페이스 관련 연구의 필요성과 구체적인 연구 분야를 제시한다.

Korean Land Spatialization Program(KLSP) is the R&D program of the National GIS Project for developing ubiquitous GIS core technologies under control of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM). The first program of KLSP, from 2006 to 2012, initiated with $132 million (US dollars) of national fund and $42 million of matching fund. KLPS which aims 'Innovation of the GIS technology for the ubiquitous Korean land' consists of 5 core research projects and 1 research coordination project to practically utilize and commercialize the results of core research. Korean Land Spatialization Group(KLSG) is planning the KLSP proving ground for testing, integrating, exhibiting the KLSP's outcomes. In the near future, this proving ground would be utilized as a national ubiquitous GIS proving ground. The key objective of this paper is to present the conceptual designs and basic plans. In addition, this paper discusses characteristics of the outcomes which are applied to KLSP proving ground.

u-GIS를 기반으로 시설물관리방안은 국토해양부의 VC-10 과제인 "지능형국토정보기술혁신사업단" 의하여 개발되고 있다. 이 관리방안은 상수도 하수도 등 지하시설물 또는 지상시설물에 적용되는 기법으로, VC-10 다른 과제로 연구단 구성을 하고 있는 "U-Eco City 사업단"에서 제공하려고 하는 u-Space인 공공시설 관련 서비스에 해당된다. 본고에서는 "지능형국토정보기술혁신사업단" 과제와 "U-Eco City 사업단" 과제를 개략적으로 파악하고, "지능형국토정보기술혁신사업단"의 관리 중심 u-GIS 기반 u-City 구축방안의 현황을 분석하여, "지능형국토정보기술혁신사업단" 과제와 "U-Eco City사업단" 과제의 연계방안을 모책하여 u-GIS기반의 u-City계획 설계 시공 및 유지관리를 위한 방향제시를 하고자 한다.

The goal of this study was to investigate the implementation and related issues of the school space innovation issued by key Korean mass media using text mining. To accomplish this goal, this study collected 519 news articles associated with the school space innovation issued by 54 Korean mass media companies. Based on this data, this study performed the frequency analysis and network analysis regarding the keywords. Based on the findings, the characteristics of school space innovation are summarized as follows: First, school space innovation has progressed in response to future education. Second, users are actively participating in school space innovation. Third, experts are supporting the innovation of school space by establishing a cooperative system. Fourth, the community is actively considering the innovation of school space. Fifth, the main projects of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Offices of Education are actively conducted in a mix of top-down and bottom-up approaches. The findings of this study will contribute to providing a clear direction for contemporary school space innovation and implications for future research agenda and implementation.

사물인터넷, 인공지능, 로봇공학, 증강현실, 가상현실과 같은 고급 기술의 융합과 사용자 행동의 변화가 미래 사업의 모습을 다시 만들고 있다. 기업이 어떻게 잠재적 변화, 작업 공간의 설계, 업무의 정의, 업무 절차를 인식하느냐가 기업이 경쟁 우위를 갖게 하는 데 도움이 되는 중요한 요인이다. Frost & Sullivan은 사회적 진화, 미래에도 견고한 사업 모델, 기술 혁신 등 미래 사업의 모습을 만들어갈 3개의 중요한 동인을 찾아냈다. 실제 작업 공간에서 작업자와 기계의 융합, 사람과 공간의 융합과 같은 트랜드가 사이버 작업 공간에 일어날 것으로, 이를 통해 점진적으로 사업과 업무의 미래 모습을 만들 것이다. 하지만 디지털 전환을 받아들이는 와중에 기업은 숙련된 인력의 부족, 기술의 정렬, 직원 반발, 사이버 보안, 조직 구조와 사고 방식 등과 같은 문제를 해결해야만 한다. 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위해 SHARED 방법론이 기술 수용과 업무 절차 개선에 관심이 있는 기업을 위한 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있다. 시장에서 성공하기 위해 기술 솔루션 제공자(Technology Solution Provider)는 서비스 제공자로서 역할을 계속하는 동시에, 고객에게 인력 관리 솔루션의 필요성을 교육해야 한다. 기술 솔루션 제공자는 디지털 전환 과정에서 기업과 동반할 믿음직한 조언자이자 장기적 파트너에 기초한 사업 관계를 구축해야만 한다.

This study investigates how Korean Land Spatialization Group (KLSG) has controlled and managed its own R&D effectively and what particular elements have made it practical. Korean Land Spatialization Program (KLSP) has produced large amounts of practical outcomes for the intelligent land by collaborative 5 core research projects. The well-harmonized cooperations between proving ground, practical business model, and services oriented integration and others have driven the KLSG to an succeedable management. The active role for practicality is prominent with its usefulness and competitiveness. KLSP is financially and administratively supported from Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs of Korea (MLTM). By investigating relationships between 5 core research projects involved in the R&D projects of KLSG, it has been found out that R&D projects of KLSG bring forth practicality and commercialization. The results of this study presents strategies of KLSP in conducting research for practicality and commercialization of GIS technology and integrated geospatial information.
