The purpose of this study was to suggest the spatial structure among residential behaviors in relation to work space. To find the structure, Multi-Dimensional Scaling analysis was used. Respondents were 349 middle income housewives living in apartments in the area of Caopital region. Data were collected through the questinnaire survey. For the future residential interior design, following points were sugtested. A laundary space neess to be developed independently , being separated from both bathroom and kitchen/dining space. A new area which will give housewives some territoriality and also function as home office needs to be considered. A space configuration which satisfies the organic relationships among laundary behaviors such as washing dying, ironing and folding , needs to be systematically planned, with two adjoining separate zones of wet and dry utility . The present bathroom nees to be more incorporated to the private bedroom rather than to workspace.

수도권에 거주하는 60세 이상 589명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 고령자의 하천이용행태 및 하천이용의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 조사결과, 하천으로 이동하는데 가장 큰 불편사항은 경사로, 계단, 경계턱 등의 교통장애물이며, 이용에 불편한 하천시설은 화장실과 휴식공간으로 나타났다. 기대하는 하천복원의 형태는 인위적인 시설을 제한하는 친자연형 또는 자연형 하천에 대한 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 고령자의 하천이용 영향요인 모형추정결과, 고령자의 성별, 배우자 유무, 하천으로의 이동시간, 방문시점, 이용 교통편의 요인이 하천이용횟수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 고령자의 하천이용의 접근성 및 친수성을 향상하기 위해 장애물을 최소화하고, 교통 연계성을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 또한, 고령자는 편의시설에 대한 요구와 동시에, 하천의 생태적 요소도 선호하는 것으로 분석되므로, 하천복원 시 적정 편의시설에 대해 고려하되, 가능한 환경적으로 설계될 수 있다면 다양한 고령자의 기대를 만족시킬 수 있을 것이다.

This paper is to clarify a cognitive structure and behaviors of the green environment creation in the Western-Style residential areas. The followings are the results of analysis; 1) Regarding the outside space of houses, yard and garden are differently recognized. While various behaviors are carried out in the yard, the garden is recognized as a space to construct green environment. 2) Most residents of Western-Style houses construct the outside space as a green space, and grow plants and flowers to enjoy their beauties. However they have introvert view of green environment. 3) The roles of outside space use are classified into four groups, the cognitive structures on the green environment creation are different from group to group.

본 연구에서는 일상 생활 속에서의 사람들의 행태(behavior)를 Digital 환경에 반영하여, 보다 사용자에게 친숙한 형태의 사용자 경험을 제공하고자 한다. 그리고 사용자에게 감성적인 요소를 제공함으로써 컴퓨터 기기와의 Interaction 과정에서의 사용자 만족도를 높이고자 하였다. 우리는 이 연구를 통해서 User Preference 를 고려하여 사용자 의지에 따라 UI 의 변경이 가능하도록 하는 User Interface 의 설계를 제안한다. 또한 살아있는 객체와 interaction 하는 것 같은 느낌을 제공하여 사용자의 감성적 만족도를 높이고자 했으며 이 과정에서 Fluid interaction 의 개념이 적용되었다. Digital 환경의 한정된 공간을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 Zoomable UI 의 개념을 적용하여 사용자에게 효과적인 정보 전달을 하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 결과로서 Zoom in/out 이 가능한 새로운 개념의 Memo Application 을 설계, 구현하였다.

This study is based on the Importance of home office in domestic environment in Korea. In recent years, the distribution of network environment at home has been changed rapidly Each family member uses home office for various purpose. The home office in domestic living environment become a part of common use for all family member. The purpose of this study is to set the framework of design direction in terms of system furniture for home office within the limitation of current standard space at home such as typical apartment - 30 pyeong, 40 pyeong. The first step of study is to understand user space and user needs through the user survey. The second step is to find the right location and plan of home office in domestic environment. The last is to suggest the integral system furniture and elements that fits to the various situations of location according to the space and user type.

2차원 압축성 오일러 방정식을 지배 방정식으로 하여 음향학적 문제를 직접 수치 계산하였다. Roe의 개략적인 리만해(Approximate Riemann Solver)에 의거하여 대류항을 구성하였고 높은 정확도를 유지하기 위해 Vanleer의 MUSCL 방법을 사용하여 공간을 이산화하였다. 시간 적분으로는 2차의 Runge-Kutta 방법을 사용하였다. Resonance tube 내의 음향학적 문제 해석을 위해 최근까지 제시된 음향 경계 조건들을 비교하였고 각 경계 조건들이 갖는 물리적 의미를 고찰하였다. 이들을 통하여 압력파의 물리적인 행태를 모사하였고 실험과 비교하였다. 계산결과들을 통하여 사용된 방법은 전형적인 압축성 유동 해석 문제 뿐만 아니라 선형, 비선형의 음향학적 문제들을 적절한 경계 조건과 결합하여 해석할 수 있음을 알 수 있었고 resonance tube와 같은 공학적으로 실제적인 문제들에 대한 응용이 기대된다.

국내에서는 철도차량의 화재안전성능을 향상시키기 위해 성능평가를 적용하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 철도차량에서의 화재 시 피난은 여러 가지 시나리오들이 존재하며, 이중 하나가 터널내부에서 정전이 되어 무조명상태가 되는 것이다. 철도차량은 물리적 공간적 환경이 건축물과 차이가 있다. 또한 문화적 인종적 차이로 인해 외국의 데이터를 바로 적용하는 것도 바람직한 일은 아니다. 그러므로 시나리오를 분석하기 위해 필요한 데이터는 실험을 통해 확보해야할 필요성이 있는 것이다. 무조명 상태에서의 피난인의 행태와 이동속도의 차이 등을 분석하기 위해 실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석해 보았다.

An effective design of a public space that properly functions as a resting place in city can be found through the community facility studies. This study, based on the ecological psychology, discusses the mutual relationships between human behaviors and physical and social environment. It is demonstrated that design elements, such as chairs, tables, stairs, a flower bed, a stair-shaped exterior wall, a pond and others play important roles in providing environment for different human behaviors in public space. These environmental design elements also increase a variety of behavior for users.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the outdoor space of the recent built apartment complex in Ulsan and to provide the basic information for planning and apartment outdoor space. Multiple methods were utilized such as questionnaire, observation, behavior-mapping, and photography. The sample consisted of 382 residents living in four apartment complex in Ulsan. data were analyzed by frequency and percentage using SPSS PC+. The observation was performed in seven outdoor space, i.e., green area, road area, exercise area, play area, parking area, and approach area. According to the findings of this study, residents did not actively involve in outdoor activities and seldom use the outdoor space. Various changes and erosions were observed as a trace, especially near fence and grass area because of unplanned location of entrances. Finally this study suggested several planning guidelines for outdoor space in apartment complex.
