본고에서는 미래인터넷 환경으로서 사람 사물 공간 간의 새로운 관계망으로서의 만물지능통신 기반 초연결 네트워크(All Things on Ambient Network: ATAN)에 주목한다. ATAN은 네트워크를 구성하는 행위 주체로서 인간과 인간의 소통에서 인간과 사물, 사물과 사물, 공간과 공간으로 확장되어 데이터, 정보 그리고 행동을 초연결하는 시스템의 총체로 본다. 본고에서는 ATAN이 포스트 스마트 사회 인프라로 이행하는 기여 지점에서 인간과 비인간의 의사소통 티핑 포인트(tipping point)로서의 ATAN 싱귤래리티(singularity) 개념이 존재함을 제안한다. 이러한 전제하에서 ATAN 싱귤래리티의 발생 구도를 설정하고, 웹의 과거 현재 미래 고찰을 통해 ATAN 패러다임으로 전개되는 과정을 고찰한다. 또한 주요국의 미래인터넷 전략 분석을 통하여 ATAN으로의 공통 지향성을 추출한다. 이러한 작업을 통해 우리나라의 미래 네트워크의 전략적 콘셉트로서 ATAN 국가전략기조를 제시한다. 마지막으로 첨단 네트워크 기술이 사회변형을 촉진하고 사회가 기술을 인간 중심으로 수용하는 건강한 기술사회 복합체(technology-social complex)를 지향할 것을 강조하였다.

Korean government has conducted National Geographic Information System(NGIS) project since 1995. The NGIS was set up and directed by central government to stimulate the growth of GIS field in Korea. Thanks to the project, all aspects of GIS in Korea has been rapidly developed. However, this government-led strategy now reveals some limitations on the advancement of GIS in Korea It is time to prepare new approaches for the further development of GIS in Korea. This study aims at introducing the concept and model of National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI) and suggesting strategies fir it. By doing so, this research attempts to reestablish the role of government and draws new policy directions for the NGIS.

Purpose: This study aims to provide a direction for restructuring resilient waterfront spaces, emphasizing the severity of water-related disasters and the significance of developing responsive urban strategies. Method: To achieve this objective, the study analyzes overseas planning and design cases based on the theoretical framework of urban resilience. The goal is to identify physical and social systemic design elements that can be applied to waterfront space planning and design of Korea. Result: The proposals from the Resilient by Design Callenge included strategies for enhancing social systems and promoting sustainability in a more systematic manner. Additionally, various physical design strategies and technologies were identified in the Sponge City projects, which aim to create a flexible urban waterfront space. Conclusion: When planning and designing Korean waterfront spaces to effectively respond to disasters, several elements should be considered, such as enhancing educational functions, expanding local resident participation, establishing a governance system, developing systematic sustainable plans, adopting ecological approaches, and implementing various low-impact development techniques.

In recent days, efforts have been made voraciously to create urban spaces where everyone can enjoy an equal life by integrating the socially underprivileged groups including women, children, the elderly, etc. In order to create a inclusive city that accepts everyone regardless of social hierarchy, it is necessary to plan the city by incorporating the marginalized. The purpose of this study is to establish the strategy of inclusive city in each region. To accomplish the goal, we analyze and compile each of the studies that were scattered and make an integrated evaluation index, and evaluate the inclusivity for each region by these indicators.

Focusing on the Gwangheemun that have a history of spatial specificity. Gwangheemun increase the value of space in the surrounding area, focused to derive a plan that can be activated. Research method was to analyze the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the surrounding space and the associated cultural content through SWOT analysis around the base of Gwangheemun. After considering the potential of the current location of physical characteristics and spatial resources, the possibility Gwangheemun development were mainly fashion and art content for the Space Vitalization in the surrounding area. Fashion and art space of Gwangheemun activated based on the possibility of Gwangheemun cultural meaning and value in the history of the past and the present time presented the main directions and strategic approach. The results of this research suggested Fashion art Hotel in applying urban regeneration methodologies, Cheongguro-16 plan for content development, arts and culture fashion street planning. Through this research, we want to establish the strategic control strategy between the policy decision making structures for the successful development of the fashion arts content.

The effects-based operation, which would reduce unnecessary efforts and meaningless sacrifices incurred during a war and simultaneously reach the will of the enemy leadership by strategic attacks, was discarded for the reason that it was difficult to apply it to military power except for airpower. However, cyberspace, which can be thoroughly logical and calculated, can be suitable for conducting effects-based operations. This study examined a way to carry out effects-based operations in such cyberspaces. It laid the foundation for overcoming the limitations of effects-based operations revealed in previous battle cases and executing the operations in cyber battlespace where the boundary between physical and cyberspaces gradually disappeared. Futhermore, it demonstrated that effects-based operations could be carried out in cyberspace by establishing a military strategy, which could conduct the operations through an analysis of previous cyber-attack cases.

The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is the international conventions to acknowledge that persons with disabilities have dignity as human being and to give us duty to make an effort for protection of persons with disabilities' rights. This study deducts several tasks in spatial information field to fulfill the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities effectively. First of all, For the deduction, this study starts by considering accessability, personal movement, freedom of expression and accessability to information. Second, this study defines persons with disabilities as the spatial information what ensure for prior considerations. Third, this study deducts some requirements on spatial information of persons with disabilities on the basis of the survey targeting persons with disabilities and the expert opinion, and suggests objectives, strategies, tasks, systems for effective implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Especially, this study sets up a goal on spatial information establishing strategy of persons with disabilities as 'Disadvantaged groups like persons with disabilities can obtain requirable information without distinction of person, thereby pursuing the convenience of life and improving the quality of life.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions of neighboring countries on the gray zone and to explore Korea's maritime strategy. The concept of gray zones appears in various ways from country to country. In international relations, the gray zone is a comprehensive space between war and peace. The gray zone in the ocean is an unstable space in which competition between the US and China is represented and proxy wars are possible, and the gray zone needs strategic management. This study summarizes the concept of gray zones in the maritime security field, examines the gray zone strategies of neighboring countries, and suggests Korea's gray zone strategies. In particular, the recognition of the gray zone itself is the core of the problem, and it is necessary to strengthen information sharing to clarify the problem about the gray zone and accurately recognize the gray zone situation. The CMG(Complex Maritime Geostrategy) framework attempted in this study is expected to be helpful in understanding the nature of various gray zone issues around Korea and preparing for a geostrategy based on the analysis.
