This study aims to establish the most appropriate festival concept in the post-corona era through in-depth analysis and discussion of local festivals, and to propose a tourism festival for international competitiveness and tourist satisfaction. It also aims to contribute to revitalization of local tourism and the revitalization of the local economy by establishing and implementing a new festival concept in the post-corona era. The results of the review of previous studies, empirical research, and comprehensive meta-analysis showed that it was necessary to change the festival concept setting. In the post-Corona era, it is necessary to build a concept through an online video platform, establish a safety packaged tourism festival prevention system, and hold the most distributed tourist festival time and space of the tourist festival and space as much as possible. In addition, it appeared that it was necessary to plan and implement the village tourism festival through the participation of residents, and to apply the concept of a tourism festival enjoyed by small neighbors and neighbors in the village unit.

Order-revealing encryption which enables a range query over encrypted data is attracting attention as one of the important security technologies in industry such as IoT, smart manufacturing, and cloud computing. In 2015, an ideally-secure order-revealing encryption whose ciphertexts reveal no additional information beyond the order of the underlying plaintexts has been proposed. However, their construction is too inefficient for practical use and some security analysis of multilinear maps, which their construction relies on, have been proposed. Recently, more practical schemes have been proposed, focusing on achieving practically usable efficiency rather than the ideal security. In this paper, we propose a more storage-efficient order-revealing encryption scheme than the Lewi et al.'s scheme most recently published by presenting an idea that can generate shorter ciphertexts without any security loss.

Our country has made every efforts to develop Real Estate Transaction culture with emphasis on Licensed Realtors by introducing Real Estate Transaction Law in 1983. Also, MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) designated several organizations including KAR(Korea Association of Realtors) as Real Estate Transaction Information Network Licensees for data credibility enhancement and transaction transparency. Nevertheless, the level of law abiding spirit and transaction culture are still similar to those of the old 'Bokdeokbang' era. The under-developed transaction behaviors prevent the social capital of people's credibility on Licensed Realtors from advancing, and results in the outcomes of unnecessary social cost. That is, very low credibility on the data on Sales Items in the market and the fear of speculative real estate price uprise and market distortions are continuing on. In this context, the purpose of this study is to propose the model of GIS-based Modernized Real Estate Transaction System and its execution policies to support credible Real Estate Information to the general public for efficient transactions in the market. Accordingly, the study aims at contributing to the modernization of Real Estate Transactions, fostering competitiveness of Realtors in the Real Estate Market.

Recently, the increase of the size of GNP and the expansion of the foreign tour opportunities by the common 5 days work system in a week, reaction of the burden for visiting foreign countries, and expansion of airlines caused the rapid increase of overseas tour but slow increase in the number of foreign tourists, due to the price rise which might impact on the competitive power, and lack of tour infrastructure and attractiveness. As the wide area along the east coast of GyeongBuk Province has great amount of cultural, ocean and natural resources, it helps to get focused the tour industries and maximize the synergy effect through the mutual development coupling the resources and regions. On the basis of the potentials for the growth of east coast area to the international level and the development of local resources, a ocean tour and resort complex for four seasons, which has s strong connection to the local areas resulting the wide tour bond, could help to improve the local economy and balance the development of local province, and furthermore, jump to the level of the center in the East Coast area in the international society. Through the investigation and analysis of the ocean space development status and usage at the advanced foreign countries, the new meaning of the ocean space at the tour and resort complex would be proposed to the relevant local government in fit.

밀식파종 묘 이앙 시스템은 벼농사 생력화를 위한 재배법으로 비용 및 노동력을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있어 시간과 잉여 공간의 유효 활용을 통해 영농 규모의 확대로 인한 농업의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. 하지만 밀식 파종한 육묘를 관행과 동일한 1개 소당 3~4주 이앙 가능한 식부부 개발은 미흡한 실정이다. 밀식 파종한 육묘를 기존 이앙기로 이앙작업을 할 경우, 1개 소당 이앙되는 양이 많아져, 벼 생육을 저하 시키는 요인이 된다. 이러한 부분을 해결하기 위해서는 이앙 작업에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 이앙기식부부의 로터케이스, 이앙암을 분석하여 밀식파종 묘에 적용할 수 있는 기술이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 식부부의 로터케이스, 이앙암을 3D 스캐너를 활용하여 스캐닝 작업을 한 뒤 역설계를 통하여 도면화 작업을 실시하여 식부부 궤적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 다물체 동역학 해석 프로그램인 Recurdyn(V8R4, Functionbay)을 활용하여 진행하였다. 분석결과, 식부부에 위치하는 이앙집게의 형상 및 로터케이스의 기어 배열에 따라 식부부가 형성하는 궤적의 형태가 달라지는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 부분은 밀식파종 묘에 적합한 궤적 분석 및 현장 필드 실험에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

In the knowledge-based society, utilization of women's resources has significant implications as the key to success of national competitiveness. The space and conditions for women to show their abilities in all areas should be provided. Policies on women's resources, which aim to achieve gender equality, should not be limited to the area of social welfare as usual, but should be treated in-depth with relation to political, economic, social, and cultural areas. Local women policies do not reflect the distinct characteristics of the local areas and realities of women, furthermore, even the concept of women policies is not delivered to local women. In this study, directions to shift local women policies from the marginalization to the mainstream of policy are discussed focusing on utilization of women's resources.

오늘날 유통업을 둘러싼 시장환경의 급속한 변화와 유통구조의 재편은 지역 재래시장에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있다. 다양화, 개성화된 신소비행태의 확산, 개방화에 따른 상품고 유통시장의 국제화, 정부규제 완화, 지방화 시대의 도래, 정보화의 진전, 다양한 신업태 등장 등 지난 수십 년간 경험하지 옷한 새로운 환경의 도래는 유통업계 전체에 엄청난 변화를 강요하고 있다. 이러한 새로운 유통 환경속에서 자생적 경쟁력이 취약한 지역 재래시중 은 유통 환경변화에 적응하지 못해 침체를 면치 못하고 있다 이 같은 재래시장의 침체와 위축은 지역 영세상인의 생계문제와 진주지역의 경제에까지 영향올 미치고 있는 실정이다. 현재 지역의 재래시장이 직면해 있는 실태를 살펴보면, 첫째, 국내 유통시장 완전 개방9 따른 유통 산업구조의 변화와 극심한 경기침체 등의 경제환경의 변화, 소비자 욕구의 다양화에 따른 소비환경의 변화, 유통구조 변화의 영향으로 따른 신업태의 출현함으로써 기존의 경쟁상권의 판도 변화에 대한 대응력의 부족올 문제점으로 지적할 수 있다. 둘째, 상인자본의 영세성으로 인한 시설의 불비와 낙후성, 공중 및 환경시설의 미비, 주차공간의 미확보 등 시장의 시설적 측면에서 문제점이다, 세째, 시장활성화에 대한 상인들의 자발적인 노려과 이의 실천을 위한 확고한 의지의 결여 및 서로 믿고 신뢰하는 시장문화의 부재, 그리고 시장기능의 악화에 대한 상인들의 깊이 있는 성찰과 인식이 부족한 점을 지적할 수 있다. 넷째, 소비자들이 재래시장올 외면하는 가장 큰 이유는 '품질과 성능에서의 차별화 독자성'의 결여를 들 수 있겠다. 다섯째, 독창적인 커뮤니케이션의 부족이다. 동대문 시장이 상인들의 끊임없는 노력으로 세계적인 의류패션의 메카를 일궈낸 것을 타산지석으로 삼아야 할 것이다.

중국 경제성장에 핵심적 역할을 해왔던 광동성(廣東省) 동관시(東?市)는 지리적으로 근접해 있는 홍콩을 이용하여 줄곧 경제발전을 추구해 왔다. 1980년대 초반은 홍콩으로부터 가전산업 관련 중소 다국적 기업이 동관지역에 진출하여 생산 공장을 세우고, 그 후 1990년 중반에는 대만의 PC제조업체의 진출이 잇따르면서 현재 동관에는 정보통신산업과 PC부품 및 전자산업 중심으로 지역 산업클러스터가 발전해 왔다. 동관시 산업클러스터 사례는 개혁개방이후 중국 제조업 산업의 발전뿐만 아니라, 글로벌 시대에 해외직접투자와 아시아지역 후-후발산업국가에서의 지역경제의 성장 및 산업발전과정의 연구에 대한 이론적 시사점을 줄 수 있는 지역적 사례 중의 하나다. 본 연구는 광동성 동관시 지역산업클러스터의 사례를 중심으로 이론적으로는 지역산업발전의 내생적 성장요인 분석(NMID) 혹은 글로벌 생산네트워크와의 외부적 연계성을 기초로 하는 산업의 지역적 분화(GPN)에 대한 이 두 관점을 상호 비교하고, 글로벌 생산체계에서 공간적으로 현재 동관시 지역이 가지고 있는 산업클러스터의 위치와 역할을 설명하였다. 또한 산업적인 측면에서 생산네트워크 접근틀과 제도적 역량이라는 이론적 관점을 활용하여 중국 동관시 지역산업과 기업들이 보유하고 있는 상대적 경쟁력을 분석하였다.

흔히 사람이 살아가면서 없어선 안 될 요소로 의식주를 손꼽곤 한다. 그런데 이 3가지 요소 중에서 의류가 맨 앞에 포진함은 의미심장하다. 먹고 자는 행위보다 입는 행위가 더 중요해서 일까. 아마 잠시라도 사람의 곁을 떠나지 않으면 안 되는 필수적인 요소이기 때문에 의류를 제일 앞에 포진시킨 것이 아닐 까 한다. 사실 인간이 옷을 입지 않고 존재하는 시간은 얼마 되지 않는다. 은밀한 사적인 공간에서 아니면 인간은 입어야 하는 게 숙명이다. 반면 삶에 있어 반드시 필요한 입는 행위의 이면에는 빠는 행위, 즉 세탁의 행위가 숙명처럼 존재한다. 한번 입고 옷을 버리지 않은 이상 세탁은 삶에 있어 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 이러한 행위를 가장 편하게 만드는 이기가 세탁기이다. 세탁은 가정에서 하는 게 일반적이기만 상업용 세탁용 시장도 존재한다. 돈 주고 세탁을 맡기는 세탁소가 대표적인 업종이다. 그런데 최근 상업용 세탁 시장의 틈새시장으로 셀프 빨래방이 확대되고 있다. 셀프 빨래방은 말 그대도 소비자가 혼자 세탁기 및 건조기를 이용해 세탁을 하는 업태이다. 셀프세탁 문화의 확대가 전제되어야 하는 이 신업태가 과연 얼마만큼의 시장 파급력을 형성할 수 있을 까. 이 신업태의 중심에 있는 코인업사는 셀프 빨래방의 급속 확산과 성공을 자신하고 있다. 무인매장으로 24시간, 365일 운영을 할 수 있다는 사업 본연의 장점에다 최근 매장 경쟁력을 강화할 야심에 찬 제품군까지 준비했다. 바야흐로 셀프 빨래방의 전성시대를 열어가려하는 코인업의 신사업 추진 현황을 따라가 봤다.

한국브랜드디자인학회는 학문적, 사회적 발전을 위한 연구, 학술 단체로서 국가와 기업의 효과적 브랜드 구축을 위한 연구와 학술발표 및 사회현장에서의 브랜드 및 브랜드디자인의 실질적 사례발굴과 현황을 조사하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국브랜드디자인학회 제27호에 게제된 내용이다. 연구 목적은 온 오프라인을 막론하고 많은 유통업체에서 적극적으로 개발하고 있는 PB브랜드, 상품, 패키지의 변화의 필요성을 강조하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 범위는 대형 마트, 대형 마트의 전체 매출의 75%를 차지하고 3대 대형 마트의 그로서리(Grocery) 제품을 중심으로 선행 연구, 자료 등을 연구 분석하고 PB브랜드 패키지 디자인의 발전 방향을 제언하고 결론에 도달하였다. 연구를 통해 PB가 변화하고 있는 유통환경, 소비환경, 소비자의 의식에서 대응하고 PB의 순기능을 지속하기 위해서는 브랜드 제품 패키지 디자인의 큰 변화의 요구되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. PB가 가격 할인이라는 경쟁력만으로 강력한 NB들과 자사의 한정된 유통공간에서 경쟁하기에는 많은 한계를 가지고 있음을 인식해야 할 필요가 있다. PB가 가지고 있는 한계는 대부분 관여도가 낮은 Me-too 제품으로 저렴한 가격을 유지해야 하며 적극적인 프로모션 활동에 제한이 있다는 것이다. 대부분의 PB브랜드는 다양한 상품군을 제품의 속성, 가격 등을 중심으로 한 네이밍과 레터마트로 디자인되어 있으며 NB브랜드에 비해 전략적인 부분에서 많은 차이가 있었다. PB는 프리미엄 브랜드로의 필연적으로 확장되어야 하는데 반해 브랜드 전략에 한계가 있음도 확인하여 PB브랜드와 패키지 디자인은 전략적이고, 차별화된 메시지와 정보, 확장성을 고려한 디자인과 특정한 방법으로 제한된 디자인에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제언하였다. 본 연구의 선행 연구 자료를 통한 연구와 주관적인 제언이라는 한계를 극복하기 위한 후속 연구가 필요하다.
