  • We apply The classics of the Orient as a way of solving the problems calling for immediate solution in the changes of these times by reconstructing a wisdom from the Oriental literature which are complementary cooperation and great capacity on the basis of convenient scientific knowledge and thought of the Western. In this context, I would like to search the inflection and application about The classics of the Orient throughout the leaders all ages and countries who make use of "Sunzibingfa", the art of war by Sunzi. So, It is charged with a mission in translation of the oriental thoughts and values how to make a shining example its way in the current of time. In this aim to introduce the classics of the Orient. We can see the classics publication which is translated by many scholars. I recommended "Sunzibingfa" among the classics in this my thesis. Because I want to look into how to use of this book which has the thoughts by the leaders all ages and countries. Under this intention, I will introduce three leaders who are famous for using the book "Sunzibingfa" in "Sanguozhi(三國志)"-Records of Three Kingdoms, Caocao(曹操), Zhugeliang(諸葛亮) and Simayi(司馬懿) in ancient times and Luiz Felipe Scolari and Liddel hart, one is famous for using the book as the coach of the Republic of Portugal soccer team the 2006 World Cup Soccer and the other is a strategist of England in these modern days. We can see how to use this "Sunzibingfa" in their places and circumstances. Therefore We can have a chance how to use The classics of the Orient. This is my purpose to write this thesis.

The Wandering of Classic Manuscripts and Their Return to the Library (고전 필사본 유랑과 도서관으로의 귀환)

  • The record is both an palmistry and a fingerprint for human life and world of knowledge. Books, which are synonymous with records, are a channel through which history is traced and a window to savor. And the most primitive form of the book is the classics of ancient Greece and Rome, and the best part is the manuscript. It refers to the original recorded on papyrus, parchment, paper, etc. and the translated and translated copies of them. If we reflect on the long history of knowledge and culture, the classic manuscripts have continued to scatter and collect like a river flowing through time and space due to not only natural disasters, but also artificial cultural vandalism and the bibliocaust. Therefore, this study traced and linked the wandering and library return of classic manuscripts from ancient Greece to the medieval Renaissance period. As a result, dynasties and empires, monarchs and prime ministers, generals and conquerors, nobles and wealthy, clergy and scholars concentrated on collecting and translating classical manuscripts. If the ancient Greek and Roman scholars did not record knowledge and wisdom in papyrus and parchment, the medieval Byzantine and Islamic Empires did not collect, translate and reproduce classics, the book hunters didn't keep track of the classics, the Renaissance humanists did not restore and reinterpret the classics through intellectual exodus, and the historical library did not collect and preserve the classics and their translations, modern people would not have access to classical knowledge. Nevertheless, the tracing of classical manuscripts is an aporia in which many difficulties and contradictions overlap in the tracing of classic manuscripts due to historical flow, geographical wandering, and linguistic transformation. When a new manuscript is discovered and interpreted, correction and supplementation are inevitable, so the pursuit of the wandering and return of the classic manuscripts through follow-up research must be continued.

  • In the last decade, considerable efforts have been made to make a new class of solid state high power, high speed electronic device, namely, the Photo-Conductive Power Switch(PCPS), and to characterize the high-field performance of PCPS under high power, high voltage conditions. But the problem of surface flashover phenomena persist, preventing the realization of reliable and efficient high-speed, high voltage switching devices. It is essential to have a clear understanding on the physical processes behind the surface flashover problem to develop new technologies and device architectures so as to fabricate PCPS that are capable of high-field high-voltage. Also, it is imperative to identify new materials that could satisfy the requirements for high-field, high-power devices. Since surface flashover, surface breakdown phenomena is observed for all the devices that foiled at the applied field much lower than semiconductor bulk breakdown field, surface passivation is considered one of the important practical methods to improve the high field performance of the devices. Therefore, this paper was studied the main properties and mechanism of the semiconductor surface flashover before and after passivation under high electric-field.

  • 인공지능 기계학습에 의한 한문고전 자동번역기는 승정원일기 뿐만 아니라, 한국 고문헌 중 천문 기록에 특화되어 한자로 된 천문 고전을 한글로 번역해 서비스하고 있다. 한국천문연구원은 한국지능정보사회진흥원이 주관하는 2019년도 Information and Communication Technology 기반 공공서비스 촉진사업에 한국고전번역원과 공동 참여하여 이 자동 번역기 개발을 완료한 것이다. 이 번역기의 개발 목적은 초벌 번역 수준일지라도 문장 형태의 한문을 한글로 자동 번역하는 것이며, 이 연구는 현재 번역기 운용 현황을 서비스 별로 분석하고자 한다. 자동 번역관련 서비스는 크게 3가지이다. 첫째, 누구나 웹 접속을 통해 사용 가능한 한문고전 자동번역 대국민 서비스이다. 1년간 자체 시험을 거쳐 2021년 1월 12일 시험판을 오픈하여 운용 중에 있다. 둘째, 기관별로 구축된 코퍼스와 도메인 특화된 번역 모델 등을 관리할 수 있는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼 서비스이다. 대국민 서비스와 함께 클라우드 기반으로 서비스되며, 한국고전번역원이 관리를 담당한다. 셋째, 자동번역 Applied Programmable Interface를 활용한 한국천문연구원 내 자체 활용이 가능한 천문고전 자동번역 서비스이다. 서비스 현황 분석은 기관별 관리 서비스에 해당되는 한문고전 자동번역 확산 플랫폼에서 집계하여 제공하는 대시보드의 통계 기능을 활용한다. 각 서비스별 문장과 파일 번역 이용 건수, 번역 속도, 평균 자수 뿐만 아니라, 번역 모델 프로필에 따른 이용률 분석이 가능하다. 이에 따른 주요 분석 중 하나인 올해 전체 번역 이용 건수는 한 해 각 기관의 평균 방문자수 대비 87% 성과 목표에 해당되는 약 38만 건에 근접할 것으로 예측된다. 이 자동 번역기는 원문 해독 시간을 단축시키는 효과와 함께 미번역 천문 고문헌의 활용성을 높여 다양한 연구에 기여할 것이다.

  • 일반적으로 p-값은 귀무가설에 의하여 주어지는 통계적 모형과 현재 관측치 사이의 호환성의 측도로써 가장 널리 쓰이는 개념중의 하나로 간주될 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 고전통계학에서의 고전적 p-값에 대응하는 베이즈 관점에서의 베이즈 p-값을 제안하고 그 성질에 대하여 고찰한다.

  • 지금까지 다수의 국내 소프트웨어 업체들은 개발력이 있음에도 불구하고 사업을 펼치는데 있어 고전을 겪어왔다. 고전을 겪은 원인으로 여러 가지가 있겠지만 운영에 필요한 자금이 매우 미약한 것이 고전을 겪었던 주요인이라 하겠다. 소프트웨어공제조합에서 운영하고 있는 소프트웨어 공제제도는 이런 업체들의 어려움을 해소하고자 마련됐다. 이 제도가 어떻게 운영되고 있는지 살펴봤다.

Importance of Enjoyment Method in Classic Poetry Education and its Methodological Study (고전시가 교육에 있어 향유 방식의 중요성과 그 방법론적 탐색)

  • This paper discusses this seminar's theme, 'Classic Literature Enjoyment Methods and Education,' with a focus on the genre of classic poems. However it does not focus on any individual method by discussing a specific genre or enjoyment method but focuses on a fundamental discussion. The importance of a functional relationship between the classic poetry genre and its enjoyment method is raised avoiding a generalized discussion. There are things that researchers often forget about classic poems. They forget that most classic poems are not ordinary poems but songs that are to be sung, and thus they should, in principle, be expressed in Korean language. These two facts about classic poems, indicate that their enjoyment method should be given importance. Compared to modern poems, Chinese classic poems, folk songs, and other forms of verse, only classic poems have the aforementioned conditions unique to them. In addition, classic poems include several types of poems, Japga (literally, miscellaneous songs), and Siga (literally, poem-song) genres representing each era, so it is important to discuss the characteristics of such poems with respect to their times periods and genres. Even based on such characteristics, the enjoyment situation where works are created and sung in the genre of classic poems is very important, and thus the enjoyment method issue should be closely linked with the study of works and genres. This study examines how the topics of enjoyment methods for classic poems is reflected in the current middle education curriculum. To improve the current situation, it outlines the issues that arise when enjoyment methods for classic poems are applied to textbooks or classes, set as textbook unit goals or criteria for achievement, and presented as measures designed to plan the composition of works and learning activities. Future studies on literary educational methodologies are expected to further examine the enjoyment methods for poems in class discussed herein.

Need and Contents of Classical River Novels in Secondary Education - Focus on highschool literature textbooks (중등교육과정에서의 고전 대하소설 교육의 필요성과 내용 - 고등학교 『문학』 교과서를 중심으로)

  • In this thesis we set forth the reasons for teaching classical river novels in secondary education, and investigated the guiding principles for content design of high school literature textbooks. Although classical river novels have great significance in cultural and narrative histories, they were previously consistently disregarded in secondary education. First, we looked at the need for including classical river novels in the secondary school curriculum to create a well-balanced education of classical novels, to link this with modern river novels, to teach the narrative styles and esthetics of river novels, and to let students understand the various cultures of the late Joseon Dynasty. Second, we examined two ways of educating students about classical river novels. For exclusively teaching classical river novels, we recommended the means of teaching and provided detailed guidelines by which they can be taught, as well as provided complete information about the family tree, the story unit, and the scene deployment. To establish the link between classic river novels and their modern counterparts, we recommended the process of teaching accession and transition of tradition by introducing the commonalities and the differences across three generations stories, besides discussing the viewpoints of female writers. When classical river novels are introduced in literary textbooks, students will realize the existence of such novels though they may not understand all aspects of the novels. We suggest that teaching and introduction of classical river novels in secondary education as soon as possible.
