  • 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 제품을 개발하여 테스팅을 거친 후 사용자에게 인도하는 시기를 결정하는 방출문제에 대하여 연구되었다. 인도시기에 관한 모형은 무한 고장 수에 의존하는 비동질적인 포아송 과정을 적용하였다. 이러한 포아송 과정은 소프트웨어의 결함을 제거하거나 수정 작업 중에도 새로운 결함이 발생될 가능성을 반영하는 모형이다. 적용모형은 여러 수명 분포들을 적합시키는데 효율적인 특성을 가진 콤페르쯔, 파레토, 로그-로지스틱 모형과 같은 로그형 특성분포를 이용하였다. 따라서 소프트웨어 요구 신뢰도를 만족시키고 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지 총비용을 최소화 시키는 방출시간이 최적 소프트웨어 방출 정책이 된다. 본 논문의 수치적인 예에서는 고장 간격 시간 자료를 적용하고 모수추정 방법은 최우추정법을 이용하여 최적 방출시기를 추정하였다.

  • Due to the large scale application of software systems, software reliability plays an important role in software developments. In this paper, a software reliability growth model (SRGM) is proposed for testing time. The testing time on the right is truncated in this model. The intensity function, mean-value function, reliability of the software, estimation of parameters and the special applications of Pareto NHPP model are discussed. This paper, a numerical example of applying using time between failures and parameter estimation using maximum likelihood estimation method, after the efficiency of the data through trend analysis model selection, depended on difference between predictions and actual values, were efficient using the mean square error and $R_{SQ}$.

  • In this study, reliability software cost model considering logarithmic fault detection rate based on observations from the process of software product testing was studied. Adding new fault probability using the Goel-Okumoto model that is widely used in the field of reliability problems presented. When correcting or modifying the software, finite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process model. For analysis of software cost model considering the time-dependent fault detection rate, the parameters estimation using maximum likelihood estimation of inter-failure time data was made. In this research, Software developers to identify the best time to release some extent be able to help is considered.

  • Recently, the reliability evaluation and analysis are applied for many industrial products, and many products are required to guarantee in quality and in efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to present some of reliability evaluation methodologies that are applicable to machine tools. Especially ATC(Automatic Too Changer), which is core component of line center, was chosen as the target of the reliability evaluation and analysis. The scope of research is reliability prediction, reliability test and evaluates their results. The results of this research has shown the failure rate, MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure), reliability for those components and real tests reliability through constructed reliability test-bed. It is expected that proposed methodologies will increase reliability for high speed line center.

  • Recently, the reliability evaluation and analysis are applied far many industrial products which are required to guarantee in quality and efficiency.   • In these days, the reliability analysis and prediction are applied for many industrial products and many products require guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of their products. In this study reliability prediction for core units of machine tools has been performed in order to improve and analyze its reliability. ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) and interface Card of PC-NC that are core component of the machine tools were chosen as the target of the reliability prediction. A reliability analysis tool was used to obtain the reliability data(failure rate database) for reliability prediction. It is expected that the results of reliability prediction be applied to improve and evaluate its reliability. Failure rate, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and reliability for core units of machine tools were evaluated and analyzed in this study.

  • There are two kinds of method in ship maintenance. One is the corrective maintenance and the other is the preventive maintenance. For these maintenances recently the stochastic techniques are widely used to keep the maximum availibility and the optimal maintenance period minimizing a given cost function. Thus this paper suggest a method to decide the optimal policy of ship's maintenances by using dynamic programming and the effectiveness of the method is verified through several examples in which failure rates and maintenance data of ship's machineries and parts are given.

  • 본 논문에서는 PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) 시스템의 성능과 시스템의 안전에 영향을 미치는 PRT 시스템의 운전시격(Headway)에 대해서 다룬다. 어떤 차량과 다음 차량과의 운전 간격을 나타내는 운전시격은 대중교통수단에서 교통 혼잡의 문제를 풀 수 있는 중요한 단서가 되는 성로용량을 평가하는 중요한 인자들 중의 하나이다. 운전시격을 결정하기 위한 중요한 인자들에는 고장 차량의 감속비, 고장차량의 후미에 있는 차량의 비상 제동 감속비, 차량의 선로속도, 차량의 제동을 위한 지연시간 등이 있다. 이들 인자들을 이용한 간단한 해석적 방정식은 차량의 선속도, 감속도와 운전시격에 대한 상관관계를 예측할 수 있도록 해준다. 본 논문에서는 간단한 해석 방정식을 이용한 수치 해석적 방법을 통해서 최소 운전시격에 대한 평가를 예를 간단한 모의시험을 통해서 보인다.

The study for NHPP Software Reliability Model based on Kappa(2) distribution (Kappa(2) NHPP에 의한 소프트웨어 신뢰성 모형에 관한 연구)

  • Finite failure NHPP models presented in the literature exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. In this paper, Goel-Okumoto and Yamada-Ohba-Osaki model was reviewed, proposes the Kappa(2) reliability model, which can capture the nomotonic decreasing nature of the failure occurrence rate per fault. Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on sum of the squared errors and Kolmogorov distance, for the sake of efficient model, was employed. Analysis of failure using real data set, SYS2(Allen P.Nikora and Michael R.Lyu), for the sake of proposing two parameter of the Kappa distribution, was employed. This analysis of failure data compared with the Kappa model and the existing model using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, bias tests is presented.

This analysis of failure data compared with the $x^2$ model and the existing model using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, Kolmogorov test is presented.
