전력기술관리법에서 전력시설물에 대한 설계 및 감리제도를 신설하고 전력기술인 및 감리원의 경력 관리제도를 마련하여 부실공사를 미연에 방지하고 전력기술인의 권익신장 및 편의를 도모할 수 있도록 하였습니다. 전력기술인이란 감리원의 등급 또는 경력의 확인을 받고나 하는 전력기술인 및 감리원을 고용하고 있는 관리주체 또는 사용자는 소속된 전력기술인 및 감리원의 현황을 한국전력기술인협회에 제출하여야 합니다.

해운산업은 국민소득증대, 국제수지개선, 고용증가, 국제교역촉진 그리고 관련 산업의 성장 등을 가져옴으로써 국가경제발전에 큰 공헌을 하고 있다. 특히 한국경제와 관련해서 해운산업은 국제수지를 개선하는 데 있어서 큰 몫을 하고 있다. 다음은 현대경제연구원이 최근 펴낸 보고서 '해운강국 신성장전략'을 요약하여 정리한 것이다.

This paper has two objectives. One is to understand status of the distribution industry in Korea and compare it with industrialized countries. The other is an attempt to apply input-output(I-O) analysis to investigate the economic impacts of the distribution industry in the national economy for the year 2008. In the economy as a whole, the distribution industry represented about around 15 per cent employment and accounted for near 8 percent in GDP. The employment portion of the distribution in overall industry is almost same that of US, UK, and Japan, but shared portion in GDP is at least 3 per cent below these countries. Next, a static I-O framework is employed, focusing on two topics in its application. First, the impacts of the product or investment in the distribution industry on the product, value-added, and employment of other sectors are explored by using demand-driven model. Second, the national economic impacts of the distribution industry in Korea are looked into by using open model and inter-industry analysis. It can be summarized that the distribution industry has a high production-inducing effect, more worker and employment-inducing effect, a high forward and a low backward linkage effect. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

The current status of information management and information strategy of an enterprise may determine the future capability of the firm, thus the competitiveness in the market. Especially, in case of SME(small and medium enterprise), the level of information management and strategy gives the company readiness in the ever changing business environment. In this study, we investigate the information infrastructure of SMEs operating in Incheon Metropolitan areas whether they can meet the challenge in terms of network, software, IT education, IT finance, etc. We came up some suggestions which might be good alternatives and choices for IT decision makers in local and central government.

This paper is about the part-time work and related polices in Netherland, which increased the employment rate for the past 30 years with part-time job creation. Netherland has been successful in making part-time 'good' jobs. There were many factors which contributed to increaing part-time jobs such as market, institution, policies, and industrial relations. There was virtuous cycle between increase in the supply of female labor power and increase in the demand for part-time worker in the labor market. The policies were reinforced which protect part-time workers, introduced the incentive system which was favorable to part-time wokres, guaranteed the right to select working hours to workers. Particularly, the labor market, institutions and policies were created in the midst of the social dialogue. As the polder model has been persisted for almost 30 years, the switch to full-time work or long working-hour model would not be possible. As the poler model is a very specific model based on the Netherland's own social conditions, it is not easy to copy and transplant in other countries.

The presented study was based on the notions that 1)the age-separated perspective would not be functional for post modern society which characterized by a diversity of life styles and 2)effects of wage peak system have been investigated mainly through managemental efficiency with quantitative analysis. In those notions, this study aimed to investigate effects of wage peak system based on age integration perspective with a qualitative method. Deep case study were executed with four workers who fully understand regarding wage peak system. Results showed that three sub categories were drawn in the meaning focused on issues of wage peak system; uneasy attention on workers who applied for wage peak system; pro and con of wage peak system for aged workers; achieving age integrated environment through mutual understanding.

본 연구에서는 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 문화산업이 제주 지역 경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 파급효과를 보기 위하여 산업연관분석 기법 및 AHP 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 제주문화산업에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 Porter의 가치사슬 (value chain) 모형을 토대로 지역발전전략으로서 지식기반 제주문화산업의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 문화산업에 대한 투자가 지역경제에 소득유발효과, 고용창출효과 및 타 산업으로의 전?후방 연계효과 등이 강한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 소득유발효과와 고용창출효과 등의 파급효과로 인한 제주지역 경제를 활성화시키기 위하여 기식기반 문화산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 급식학교 조리 종사원의 위생관리 수행 실태를 알아보고 위생교육의 내용과 방법을 파악하여, 학교급식을 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 시행하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 전남지역 급식학교에 근무하는 영양사 500명을 대상으로 위생관리와 위생교육 내용의 설문조사를 실시하여, 총 323부를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 급식학교는 초등 51.1%, 중등 48.9%이었고, 급식유형은 농촌형, 도시형, 도서벽지형이었으며 급식관리방식은 단독조리교 88.2%, 공동조리ㆍ공동관리교 11.8%, 급식 배식형태는 식당배식 93.5%이었다 영양사의 고용형태는 정규직과 일용직이 각각 53.5%와 46.7%이었고 최종학력은 전문대졸업이 가장 많았다. 조리종사원의 고용형태도 일용직이 대부분이었고 정규직은 11.1%이었으며 학력은 고졸 이상이 77.4%로 나타났다. 학교 조리종사원의 인력배치 현황은 조리종사원 1명당 학생수가 60명 이하에서 151명으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 인터넷 망을 활용한 문헌정보학 전공자 채용공고를 대상으로, 마이닝기법을 적용하여 구직 실태의 특성을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 그 결과, 관종과 공고시기별로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 구직자들의 관심정도로 표현되는 공고 게시글의 조횟수 또한 고용형태에 따라 관종, 분기간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 사후검증결과, 구직자의 관심정도는 여타 관종보다 전문도서관과 대학도서관의 공고에 비슷한 추세를 보이며 두 관종의 업무와 고용조건을 유사하게 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 도서관의 인적자원관리의 개선에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로써 가치가 있으리라 판단된다.

This study is about the suggestion of reduction method for social insurance cost of startup SMEs based on the study abroad. We suggest several methods (direct and indirect support, exemption, deferment or loan) based on the pros and cons, government's financial situation, the ease of implementation and effectiveness of mitigation methods, creating conditions for the implementation of social insurance mitigation.
