A public information system is being expanded, along with the advance of information technology, to strengthen national competitiveness and provide people with better services. And there also is a growin need for the better performance of that system, as a tremendous amount of public financial resources is invested in that. To address that need, it's required to make an evaluation of its efficiency on a regular basis to identify its problems and make it work better. The purpose of this study was, accordinglu, to examine the quality of data and services provided by the Work-Net, a Web-based public employment information system. The subjects in this study were 102 users of it, and the system was evaluated in terms of content, accuracy, timeliness, display format, ease of use and customer support. For data analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA were implemented to find out the general characteristics of the users, and to see Whether or not their view was different according to the type of information they searched for. The findings of this study are expected to lay some foundation for intensifying the efficiency of the public and private employment information systems.

최근 이동통신 인프라 기술은 고용량 전송이 가능한 LTE 이동 통신 시스템이 구축되었다. 따라서 3G 이동통신 시스템에 비해 서비스 용량에 비해 입체영상을 이동통신 시스템에서 실시간으로 전송할 수 있는 고용량의 무선 링크를 확보하였다. 하지만 LTE 이동 통신 시스템도 입체영상을 그대로 전송하기에는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신 시스템인 LTE 시스템과 WiFi 네트워크 기반의 고품질의 입체영상을 전송하기 위한 전송 서비스 네트워크 모델을 고찰한다.

현대에 들어 IT 시장은 경쟁이 더 심화되고 있기 때문에 IT기업의 고용형태가 다양해지고 있고, 이에 따라 관련 기업의 수나 정규직 일자리는 두드러지게 감소하고 있다. 따라서 비정규직 근로자는 상대적으로 증가하고 있고, 고용 불안정과 열악한 근무 여건 때문에 사회적 배제를 겪을 가능성이 크다. 우리나라에서는 IT종사자의 사회적 배제가 정보시스템 품질에 미치는 영향을 다룬 연구는 드물다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 IT종사자를 대상으로 사회적 배제와 정보시스템 품질 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 조사 결과, IT종사자의 사회적 배제는 정보시스템 품질에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다.

전자의무기록(Electronic Medical Record, EMR) 시스템은 기존에 수기로 작성하던 의무기록을 디지털화 한 것이다. 이는 다양한 장점이 있지만 의료인이 관리 도메인을 통해 환자의 정보를 세밀하게 수집할 수 있는 환자 개인의 프라이버시 침해 문제가 발생하게 된다. 즉, 관계자에 의해 의도적인 유출이 발생하거나 의료정보의 거래, 복제 등 위험성이 존재한다. 특히 일부 의료정보는 고용 차별이나 사회적 차별 등 환자에게 정신적 고통을 안겨줄 수 있다. 이러한 프라이버시 침해는 유전성 질환 유전자를 가진 사람에게 유전적 요인에 근거하는 고용 차별이 발생할 수 있다. 관련연구에서는 환자의 임상적(Clinical) 또는 유전적(Genomic) 정보가 자신의 신원과 연계되어 있다면 프라이버시 침해가 발생할 수 있음을 나타낸다. 이러한 프라이버시 문제로 인해 EMR 시스템에 기반을 둔 전자건강기록(Electronic Health Record, EHR) 시스템 또한 개인 프라이버시 침해의 위험이 존재하게 된다. 따라서 의료정보의 프라이버시 보호를 위해 부당한 고용 차별 보험 차별 사회적 차별로 연결될 수 있는 개인 의료정보의 유출방지, 타인에게 알려지고 싶지 않은 개인 의료정보가 무단으로 거래되지 않는 것을 보장해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 의무기록의 익명화를 통해 환자와 의무기록 간의 관계를 제거하는 여러 방법들을 소개한다.

This paper is aimed at embodying the optimal system for foreign workforce supply of nation in order to introduce qualified foreign workers at the age of eleven thousand foreigners. It is difficult to employ foreign workers qualified and it makes job rosters' confidence fall down which is the supplementary resources when selecting due to the insufficient job seekers' detailed information. Therefore, the moving control system should be added in current system to deal with these problems. For this, in this paper, we propose that the moving picture embedded system applies to the current EPS utilizing multimedia, network and database technologies as regards adding the function of the moving picture synthesis to recent system. It also suggests the advanced foreign employment control system related to the advanced system which makes employers to hire foreign workers satisfying their requirements and demand.

파이버채널은 고용량 디스크를 특성 호스트에 의존하지 않고 네트웍에 직접 연결할 수 있는 매우 빠른 입출력 시스템 인터페이스이다. 파이버채널의 등장에 따라 고용량 디스크 어레이를 공유하는 분산 파일시스템에 관한 관심이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 파이버 채널의 장점을 이용하여 효율적인 공유디스크 분산 파일시스템의 설계 결과를 제시한다. 제시된 파일시스템은 시스템에 참여하는 모든 호스트들이 부하를 균등하게 나누어 부담하도록 설계되었으며 특히 호스트들이 파이버채널상에서 직접 통신을 통하여 공유디스크 데이터의 일관성을 유지할 수 있도록 하므로써 별도의 장치 없이 일반디스크를 사용할 수 있도록 하여 비용대 성능비가 우수한 시스템에 적합하도록 하였다.

기업의 비즈니스 프로세스를 관리하는 역할을 하는 워크플로우 시스템에서 대용량의 비즈니스 업무를 처리하기 위한 초대형 워크플로우 시스템을 구성하고자 할 때 중요한 문제 중의 하나는 대량의 비즈니스 프로세스 인스턴스를 유지 및 관리하는 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 초대형 워크플로우에 대한 개념을 조사하고 초대형 워크플로우 시스템을 위하여 제안된 워크케이스 기반 워크플로우 구조를 이용하여 성능평가를 위한 기본적인 워크플로우 기능인 비즈니스 프로세스 처리부분에 초점을 맞춘 워크플로우 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 구현된 워크플로우 시스템으로 예제 프로세스인 고용 프로세스를 정의하여 몇 개의 고용 프로세스를 유지 및 관리 할 수 있는 지를 분석하여 본 논문의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 성능을 평가한다.

These day, Internet Recruiting needs negotiation of recruiting items. So in this paper, Internet Recruiting Negotiation System(IRNS) proposes multilateral negotiation that substitutes applicants and employers. Previous NSS uses preference value of multi-attribute and sequential negotiation. But proposed IRNS uses parallel negotiation of multi-attribute. parallel negotiation supplies multi-attribute negotiation including single-attribute and results of parallel negotiation. This paper proposes effective negotiation using weight strategy of multi-attribute.

온라인상에서 흥미 있는 고객을 상호 매칭시키는 알고리즘은 취업 시스템, 결혼 중매 시스템, 비행기표 구매 시스템 등에 적용가능한 주요 기능을 담당한다. 일반적으로 조건검색의 단방향과 양쪽 사용자의 의사를 모두 고려하는 양방향 방법이 있다. 양방향 방식에서 기존에는 사용자가 자신의 흥미를 직접 입력하였으나, 이는 상대 사용자가 입력을 하지 않거나 서비스 초기에 사용자가 적을 경우 사용자가 사용의 흥미를 잃을 위험이 있다. 본 연구는 퍼지 알고리즘을 이용하여 시스템이 사용자의 흥미를 자동으로 계산하도록 하였으며, 매칭유예 알고리즘으로 명명하였다. 매칭유예 알고리즘의 적용 효과를 측정하기 위해 취업사이트에 적용하여 사용자 만족도를 조사하였다. 도입 효과 분석 결과 취업 활동동기를 부여하는 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 보였다.
