국내에서 이용객수가 많은 6개 고속철도 역사와 운행 중인 고속열차(KTX)에 심장마비 환자에 대한 응급처치 장비로서 자동제세동기가 2009년에 설치되었다. 이와 관련하여 6개 역사의 역무원 및 고속열차 승무원과 일반대중에게 심폐소생술 및 자동제세동기 사용법과 일반대중 제세동기 사용허용을 교육하는 고속철도 자동제세동기 보급 및 교육사업도 시행되었다. 이를 통해서 국내 응급의료체계가 한 단계 발전하는 계기가 되었으며 국내 고속철도가 심장마비 환자의 응급 대처 능력을 갖추게 되어, 역사 및 고속열차 안에서 심장마비 환자가 발생하더라도 신속한 대응을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있겠다. 본 연구는 이러한 역사 및 고속열차 내에서의 응급의료체계 향상을 위한 노력을 자동제세동기 배치를 통하여 알아보며, 이에 따라 다양한 교통편 및 다중이용시설의 사고, 재난 및 응급 대응이 현재까지 해 오던 건축물 안전, 법규 마련 뿐 만 아닌 인명 피해 감소를 위한 응급의료체계라는 매우 중요한 부분이 있음을 이해하고 이에 대한 시스템 개발 및 대처도 안전과 방재 측면에서 같이 다루어져야 함을 본 연구 내용은 강조하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate service factors and relationships affecting customer satisfaction by measuring indexes of the entire set of high-speed railway station facilities and train services. In this study, we collected data from 202 KTX passengers and analyzed the data using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Through exploratory factor analysis (EFA), we found five major service factors, including parking related service (PRS), station convenient facilities related service (SCS), ticketing services (TIS), service within the train (SWT), and inner environments (INE). As result of a hypothesis test, it was found that PRS does not influence SWT, whereas SCS and TIS positively affect train related service. Also, SWT and INE significantly affect the overall service satisfaction of customers. Thus, our findings provide that station facilities and train service experience are important factors that can enhance customer satisfaction.

2004년 4월 역사적인 한국의 고속철도 개통과 더불어 한국철도는 프랑스, 일본, 독일, 스페인, 이탈리아 등과 함께 300km/h의 초고속철도시대에 들어서게 된다. 고속철도의 개통은 물리적인 속도향상에 따른 시간단축으로 국민들의 삶의 변혁을 가져올 뿐만 아니라 경제적ㆍ사회적ㆍ문화적으로 큰 변화를 동반할 것이 틀림없다.(중략)

Rail로 세상을 연결하여 국민의 행복을 창조하기 위해 노력하는 한국철도시설공단(이사장 강영일)은 수서~평택 간 수도권 고속철도사업을 올해 안으로 완수하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 한국철도시설공단이 추진하는 수도권고속철도(수서~평택) 건설사업은 서울 강남의 수서역에서 출발하여 동탄역을 거쳐, 평택역에서 현재 운영 중인 경부고속철도와 접속하는 노선으로 총 3조7천억원이 투입됐다. 지난 2011년 착공하여 올해 말까지 완공할 계획으로, 대부분의 구간을 지하로 건설한다. 수도권고속철도가 건설되면 KTX 수서역 동탄역이 신설되어 서울 강남 강동권 및 경기 동남부 지역까지 KTX 수혜범위가 확대되고 수서에서 부산까지 2시간 2분, 목포까지 1시간 52분으로 운행시간이 크게 단축되어 이용객 증가는 물론 지역균형발전과 성장동력 확보에 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 본지는 수서역사와 율현터널 현장에서 한국철도시설공단 수도권고속철도건설단 건축설비부 신승섭 차장(기계설비 감독관)과 율현터널(제1공구) 기계설비를 시공 중인 (주)세화이엔지[대표 박현수] 윤한식 현장소장, 수서역사 기계설비를 시공 중인 (주)초록이노텍[대표 양기준] 홍승훈 현장소장, (주)서한종합건축사사무소 홍형창 기계부장(감리단)을 만나보았다.

The speed of train has rapidly been increased in accordance with the developed railway technology. Nowadays, high-speed trains were introduced which has the speed faster than 400 km/h. In Korea, a lots of efforts were undertaken to increase the speed of train faster than 350 km/h, however noise and vibration are still the main problems to solve for realization of the high-speed train. In the case of operation speed faster than 350 km/h, it can be easily presumed that the noise and vibration damages could be increased in the train stations which are close to the passing railway tracks. Thus, the noise in the five different types of high-speed train stations were analyzed including stations built on the ground, underground, under rail, and two types on rail. The present paper predicts noises inside the stations depending on the speed of the passing trains and analyze the noise comparing with noise criteria (NC). Sound insulation performance of each part of buildings was calculated using the transmission noise formula and computer modeling, Finally, a series of processes were introduced to satisfy the aural environment with the optimum interior noise criteria by changing interior finishing materials.

산업화와 인구의 도시집중현상이 진전됨에 따라 도 시간의 여객의 고속화와 대량 수송화 및 환경공해의 문제를 해결하고자 쾌적성과 저공해성을 갖는 대중교통수단으로 철도의 고속화를 추진하여 왔다. 이러한 상황에 발맞추어 우리나라에서도 서울-부산 간에 300km/h의 고속철도의 대 역사를 추진하게 되었다. 따라서 이러한 철도기술을 완전히 습득하여 우리의 기술로 시스템의 국산화 개발에 기여하고자 본 연구의 필요성이 시작되었다.(중략)

With the increase in discomfort of living by serious traffic noise pollution, the desire of relieving from discomfort is boosted up more than ever. For this reason, the researches on environmental impact assessmient and noise pollution control are highly required. This research was aimed to analyze the physical characteristics of noise caused by high-speed train in foreign countries by literature survey and field data. And with the attained results, the exterior noise level around Chon-An station, the first station planned for the high-speed train in this country, was estimated. The results of this study might be used as a tool for predicting the unavoidable noise, lessening the noise impact caused by the high-speed train, and preparing the noise prevention measures for the interior space and the exterior around stations.

This study has the goal of analyzing the techniques and characteristics of urban development, after additionally constructing the high-speed railway in Japan's Kyushu district and building a new railway station to enable the existing traditional stations accommodate with the high-speed railway. Such analysis is made in order to draw the conclusion of its intended (designed) meaning and attributes and to further research on finding an applicable urban development method in the domestic railway station development. The object of this study includes examples of stations renewed within the five years when Shinkansen in the Kyushu district was extended or stations which are in process of development such as Hakata station, Kumamoto station, and Kagoshima-chuo station. From the analysis of this study, the strategies are as follows.; active connecting both geographical location and function of Station, re-establishment of relation with city center and Station, establishment of close linking system for both tourist spot development, methods of Shinkansen line construction and extension a development opposite site of railway, securing the living population from high density & Mixed use development of Station Building.
