실충격원을 고려한 바닥충격음 저감방안의 평가 (Evaluations on isolation method of floor impact sounds by real impact source)

  • In this study, characteristics of impact force and impact sound of impact source such as bang machine, impact ball, and children's jumping were review. Results of review showed that impact ball has most similar characteristic to real impact sources in terms of objective properties such as impact force and impact sound. The effects of various isolator on floor impact sound were also investigated in apartment building and test facilities building using bang machine an impact ball. From the field measurement, it was found that the difference in reduction sound level between bang machine and impact ball was relatively large and the reduction sound level by impact ball was much larger than bang machine.

바닥충격을 평가를 위한 고무공 충격원의 타당성 검토 (Investigating the Adequacy of Rubber Ball Impactor for Floor Impact Noise Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to present the possible use of a new standard impactor, the rubber ball(so called, impact ball), and to assess its evaluation method as for heavy-weight impact in multi-story residential buildings, Several experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of the impact on noise propagation in reinforced concrete buildings. Then, the noise from the impact ball was psychoacoustically evaluated. The correlation between the L-value evaluation methods and auditory responses was also investigated. Results show that the ball noise is quite similar to the jumping noise. The noise level of ball is even higher than the bang machine noise, although it has much lower impact force. It was also found that L-indexing seems to bge inappropriate for evaluation of ball noise.

  • 공동주택의 천장구조는 바닥충격음을 변화시키는 영향요소중의 하나이다. 천장구조의 진동응답 특성이 바닥충격음에 영향을 주는 요소를 확인하기 위해 천장구조의 달대를 제거하여 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되지 않는 무달대 천장구조를 개발하였다. 달대가 시공된 일반 천장구조와 대비하여 무달대 천장구조의 천장판 가속도와 바닥충격음 레벨을 비교하였다. 무달대 천장구조를 사용함으로서 콘크리트 슬래브의 진동이 천장구조에 전달되는 것을 절연되어 천장구조의 진동응답 증폭을 저감시킬 수 있었으며, 저주파 대역의 바닥 충격음 증폭 또한 저감시킬 수 있었다. 일반 천장구조는 100 Hz 이하에서 천장구조의 진동응답이 증폭되어 저주파 대역 바닥충격음이 증폭되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the use of a new standard impactor, the impact ball, in evaluating heavy-weight impact noises in reinforced concrete structures. A survey revealed that children running and jumping are the major heavy-weight impact sources in multi-story residential buildings. The noise from the impact ball was measured and psychoacoustically assessed. The relationship between the noise levels and the subjective responses was also investigated. Results showed that the noise from the impact ball is similar to the noise of children running and jumping. It was also found that the noise level of the impact ball is slightly higher than the noise level of a bang machine, although the impact ball has a lower impact force.

  • 성장하는 균열에 의한 변형 에너지해방에 기반을 둔 간단한 파괴역학적인 접근법이 고무의 여러가지 특성을 규명하는데 성공적으로 응용되는 예들을 논의하였다. 이 방법은 전통적인 강도, 즉 찢김, 균열성장, 피로, 인장파손 등 뿐만 아니라 오존내습(ozone attack), 예리한 공구들에 의한 마쇄, 절단현상을 규명하는데도 응용가능함을 밝혔다. 특히 에너지해방율은 여러가지의 다른 시험편에 대한 실험값들이 서로 연관성을 갖도록 허용하기 때문에 매우 유용한 특성이라 할 수 있다.

  • This paper describes position and force hybrid control for a robot manipulator with artificial rubber muscle actuators. The controller using two control laws such as PID control and fuzzy logic control methods is designed. This paper concludes to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller by some experiments for a two-link manipulator.
