  • In this study, we measured customers' perception of organization citizenship behaviors of employees which are known as the important factor for improving performance of companies, and examined the path relationship among related variables such as service quality, customer satisfaction, trust, and positive word of mouth. Although there have been many studies of OCB in the marketing field, the majority of these studies measured employee's OCB from the organization's perspective. This study has extended the prior studies by measuring employee's OCB from the customer's perspective. Customers of beauty salons and public houses were researched such that OCB may be applied to more various customer contact situations. The result is as follows. First, employees's OCB had a direct effect on perceived service quality and trust, and had an indirect effect on customer satisfaction. It means that customers evaluate the service quality of employees and trust frontline employees when they observed employees helping other organizational members, orientated customer facilitation beyond the regulated role and showed positive attitudes for their organization. As a result, customers feel more satisfied. Secondly, OCB had an indirect effect on positive word of mouth through mediation of service quality, satisfaction, and trust. Finally, consumer facilitation had the largest effect on consumer attitude among three dimensions of OCB-consumer facilitation, organization involvement, and sportsmanship. We understood the relationship between frontline employee's OCB and customer attitudes, and the necessity of multidimensional approach in measuring employee's OCB from the customer's perspective.

  • With the advent of smart phones, there are increasing demands from customers to connect to the social media services at any time and at any place without restraint. As a result, many foreign companies have lately been able to pursue two-way communication with customers through social media which has enabled them to see the reaction and the needs of customers immediately and respond timely. That is, they are actively engaged in the various marketing activities targeting customers using SNS. According to H. A. Simon's needle theory, it is efficient to make a decision within the bounded rationality due to the difficulty of collecting data in decision-making as well as the inability to collect all information because of limited time and money. If the information or the informant can be trusted, the customers would be able to make a quick decision and get higher satisfaction from it. Therefore, this study examines and thereby empirically demonstrates what role customers' trust plays in a company's marketing using SNS by exploring how trust condition works in the mediated model and, theoretically, intends to introduce an empirical methodology on more strictly mediated moderating effects and, in practice, revisit the role of trust on direct and indirect effect the SNS's quality has on the performance variables such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study thereby aims to provide a strategic tool for the companies that plan to use the SNS in developing marketing strategies.

Based on a total of 301 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 5 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit of the data, ${\chi}^2=635.175$(p<0.001), df=233, CMIN/DF=2.726, GFI=0.863, NFI=0.859, CFI=0.903, TLI=0.885, RMSEA=0.068. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, thus providing a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The SEM showed that the sublevels of CBBE of stock farm product brand such as perceived product quality(${\beta}=.562$) and brand image(${\beta}=.377$) had a positive significant influence on brand trust. • In this study, the effect of platform selection attributes on customer satisfaction by mediating supplier trust for agrifood platform users was analyzed. The sub-variables of the selection attribute were classified into diversity, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity. The collected 190 questionnaires, SPSS v24.0 and Process macro 4.0 were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that information, commerciality, and interactivity affect supplier trust in a positive direction, and diversity and convenience do not affect supplier trust. Second, it was confirmed that supplier trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, convenience, information, commerciality, and interactivity were found to affect customer satisfaction in a positive direction, and diversity did not affect customer satisfaction. It was tested to mediate between informational, commercial, interactivity and customer satisfaction. These results suggest that the platform's informativeness, commerciality, and interactivity can increase customer satisfaction by increasing supplier trust. As a follow-up study, it is recommended that the analysis of moderated mediating effects by the conditional process model including moderating variables or research to discover third mediator(s) other than the supplier trust used in the study is needed.
