A Study on the Environmental factors of Department Store Lobbies (백화점 로비공간의 환경요인에 관한 연구)

  • The planning of large department store is differ from designing other spaces because it holds items to sell. To make effective selling area, those items are to be showed enough to attract potential customers. In well planned space, customers would enjoy shopping convenientiy and comfortably. There are some requirements to make those kind of space. First, the design must consider customers needs. Second. the design must show items own values effectively. And third is identity of the store. At this point entrance or lobby area would possibly take major role to imprint identity and store concept. The purpose of study is to make well planned lobby area in order to lead customers traffic patterns to effective selling spaces. The method of this study is establishing hypothesis about interior and exterior aspects which effect to traffic patterns. And build condition that helps testing the hypothesis. Through the processes mentioned above, we would possibly reach the result like, First, It is important to reserve enough lobby space to prevent oversizing of selling space and advise effective traffic patterns. Second, Organize the aspects that could cause the change of customers traffic patterns and bring those customers selling point. Third, Make useful context which can attract customers passing by.

The Influence of an Attractive Dining Space on Customers' Service Quality Evaluation and Purchasing Intention (식공간의 매력성이 레스토랑 서비스 품질 평가와 이용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the influence of the attractive dining space on customers' restaurant evaluation, using an experiment research method. It also examines whether the perceived risks in purchasing and the affect intensity moderate the effect of the attractive dining space on the restaurant evaluation. Service quality and purchasing intention are set up as a dependant variable in oilier to figure out the effect of the dining space. The summary of the research result is as follows. First, an attractive dining space induces more positive evaluation of service quality and increases purchasing intention. Second, an attractive dining space has more significant influence on the service quality and the purchasing intention of customers in the purchasing situation of high level of perceived risk than in the purchasing situation of low level of perceived risk. Third, it is shown that personal variable such as affect intensity moderates the effect of an attractive dining space on the service quality perception and the purchasing intention.

  • The Metaverse as a combination of physical and digital space, provides many consumers with a different process of search, evaluation, consumption, and disposal than before, based on hyper-connected and hyper-realistic services. Therefore, it is necessary to examine what kind of sensory experiences customers feel when performing various activities in the Metaverse and how these experiences affect customers' behavioral responses. This study measured the temporal and emotional experience of the Metaverse service environment felt during the Metaverse experience journey of customers experiencing medical tourism services. The results of the study showed that the emotional experience through Metaverse had a more positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as the intensity of the Metaverse experience deepened. In particular, it was confirmed that the emotional experience at the end of the Metaverse service had a positive influence on repurchase behavior. These results show that, just as in the real world, customer experience in the Metaverse can provide important insight into understanding customers' post purchase behavior and how service providers can develop and implement effective customer experience strategies in the Metaverse environment.

The Effect of Function of the Complex Cultural Space on the Intention to Revisit (복합문화공간의 기능이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • According to industrialization and urbanization, the complex cultural space have been developed for residents within a region. Focusing on these changes, we wanted to find out what functions the complex cultural space have and how these functions affect the customer's perceived value and revisit intention of customers. This study have a purpose to help the local government and the corporation who manage the complex cultural space to build operation strategy by utilizing the function of the complex cultural space. To this end, a questionnaire was compiled based on a literature study related to a complex cultural space, and data was collected. It was analyzed using SPSS Win Ver. 22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, it was found that the function of the complex cultural space had some significant influence on customer's perceived value and intention to revisit. and showed how each function had a an influence on customer's perceived value and on re-visiting intention. This study has significance in that it can contribute to the local government and the corporations' operation strategy and management direction of the complex cultural space. And it will contribute to the study of the complex cultural space's macro role as e tool of regional revitalization.

  • 다수고객을 서비스하기 위한 설비의 입지선정문제는 현 기업환경 하에 많은 분야에서 광범위하게 응용되고 있다. 본 논문은 경쟁사 설비가 기 입지해 있는 상황에서 시장점유율을 최대화하기 위해 정해진 수의 설비를 주어진 입지후보지에 설치하기 위한 입지선정문제를 다룬다. 고객은 도시공학 분야에서 잘 알려진 4개의 도시공간구조 이론에 근거하여 분포시키고, 고객의 수요를 최대로 충족시킬 수 있는 매장의 입지를 선정한다. 실험을 통해 각 도시 공간형태별로 상이한 고객의 분포형태와 계층별 거주지역의 밀집도가 매장의 위치에 미치는 영향을 확인한다. 또한 입지선정문제는 잘 알려진 NP-hard 문제임에 따라 합리적인 시간에 근사 최적해를 도출하기 위하여 유전자 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 기업의 입장에서 이윤을 극대화하는 최적의 설비위치를 결정할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.

An Analysis of Perception Gap on the Interior Space and Foodservice Quality of Italian Restaurants between Customers and Personnel (이태리 레스토랑의 실내공간과 음식서비스 품질에 대한 고객과 종사자의 인식차이 분석)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyze the gap between foodservice personnel and customers, to urge foodservice providers to reconsider by identifying the problems in service delivery for customer satisfaction, and to deduce the recognition for foodservice quality improvement. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: the average perception score of personnel(3.78 out of 5) was higher than that of customers(3.79). In particular, the customers' perception of 16 attributes, which included 'overall lighting in the restaurant', 'creativity of the food', 'freshness of the ingredients' and so on, was significantly lower than personnel's. Both service providers and customers perceived that 'meal quality' was the highest and 'table setting' was the lowest among the 4 factors, but there was significant difference on 'interior space(p<.001)', 'meal quality (p<.01)', 'convenience(p<.01)' between the two groups. As a results of the quadrant analysis, 'Q3. dishes and bowls', 'Q6. cleanliness of the tables', 'Q12. display of the food', 'Q17. comfort of the interior space', 'Q18, room temperature', 'Q23. overall lighting in the restaurant', 'Q30. arrangement of the furniture and accessaries' were categorized into Quadrant A, all of which showed dissatisfaction of the customers due to the personnel's lower perception. Therefore, service providers have to perceive the gap between the two viewpoints and grant priority to these attributes to improve foodservice quality.

  • 고객관계관리(CRM)나 마케팅과 같은 경영방식에서도 대용량의 공간 데이터베이스를 사용하는 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 같은 응용분야를 접목하고 있다. gCRM은 지리정보시스템과 고객관계관리를 결합한 것으로, 이러한 실정을 단적으로 보여 주고 있는 경영방식이다. gCRM은 대용량의 데이터베이스로부터 관심 있는 분야를 찾아내고 분석하게 된다. 그러기 위해서는 데이터마이닝이라는 기술이 필요하다. 하지만, gCRM은 일반적인 데이터베이스뿐만 아니라 공간 데이터베이스 역시 많이 사용되어진다. 이러한 공간데이터베이스로부터 관심 있는 부분이나 관계 그리고 특성 등을 찾아내기 위해서는 공간데이타마이닝이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 gCRM 솔루션들의 기능을 중심으로 다양한 공간데이타마이닝 기법과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 gCRM과 공간데이타마이닝이 접목할 수 있는 부분에 대하여 정리하였다.

  • Advertizing postal system combined with GIS and temporal/spatial mining techniques has been developed to activate advertizing service and conduct marketing campaign efficiently. In order to select customers accurately, this system provide purchase propensity information using sequential, cyclicpatterns and lifesytle information through RFM analysis and clustering technique. It is possible for corporate mailer to do customer oriented marketing campaign with the advertizing postal system as well as 'one-stop' service including target customer selection, mail production, and delivery request.

공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구

  • 공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
