  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze domestic private security activities through experiences of Chinese people who have been thought to be very necessary for the development of domestic private security and to suggest measures for the customization of foreigners and Chinese people for Korean private security companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychological satisfaction of Korean civilian security activities through the experiences of Chinese Koreans who are using Korean civilian security services and to discuss ways to improve domestic civil security activities not only for Chinese Koreans but also for Koreans visiting Korea. And conducted in-depth interviews with limited data and insufficient prior research. First, we should not judge the scale of Chinese visit today as a separate industry that is not related to our private security. Second, it should be carried out confidently with a prepared marketing attitude that makes the choice of the security guard excellent. Third, a company management is necessary. Fourth, communication should be done. Fifth, it should become a loyal 'butle'.

  • Recently, successful management of the brand is more important than anything else to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and increase customer loyalty. Most customers evaluate value and image of an enterprise in accordance with their experience of its goods and service. This study focused on the Fisheries Cooperative Association representative brand for the marketing point of view and attitude shall establish a scheme that can identify. We suggest a model that can measure the brand equity index (BEI) for equity. Based on the survey, we intended to provide the strategic direction and derive important factors for improving brand equity.

  • This research is to find a way to improve level of management performance and power of competition against other competitors in the same field. especially, outsourcing closely related management performance has been studied. In this research, 250 questionnaires for super delux hotel were distributed and analyzed 236 with Path Analysis. finally, the most important things impacting financial performance have shown contract cost, skills, inner management skills, clarity of contract conditions, etc... controllable outsourcing factors and cooperation between outsourcing company and hotel as well is important to improve service quality based on work efficiency. In conclusion, hotel industry has to continue to work on building stronger relationship with outsourcing companies based on controllable outsourcing factors. it will bring positive effect to management performance through customer satisfaction.

  • Today the domestic construction industries are changing. The bigger, higher and more professional are gradually the construction industries, the faster does the fusion into the other industries also undergone. It is gradually needed to estimate the process of the project in the construction industries through this tendency. Consumers or the owner gradually reify their needs and it is essential for an objective appraisal standard to estimate the accomplishment of the project because its level is raised. In this study the problem is understood through the analysis on the existing system of construction industries and it is indicated to new performance measurement system in construction project through the analysis on the influential factors including the qualitative analysis such as consumer satisfaction.

  • One recurrent theme within the literature on 6 sigma was the study of its effect on organizational performance. Nonetheless, most research were focused on analyzing the relationships between the implementation of different elements and several types of performance. This research incorporated the effect of organizational environment as a variable for explaining the impact of 6 sigma on business results. The model was tested using regression analyses, employing a survey of employees of hotels' cuisine departments involved in 6 sigma. The causal analysis results showed that dynamism, munificence and complexity influenced the degree of implementation of the main 6 sigma principles. Similarly, the dimensions of 6 sigma had an impact on employees' work commitment. The model could be used by hotels to assess their level of 6 sigma success depending on specific environmental characteristics.

  • In the process of supply chain management (SCM), the supply chain outside of the production line contributes up to 60~70% of value added. Faced with ever increasing competition, companies are exercising the efforts for cost reduction and process improvement. At the center of the efforts is the reengineering of supply chain for the improvement of customer orientation and customer satisfaction. In spite of the need, the contractual hierarchy with subcontractors stands in the implementation of SCM in the construction industry. Although the construction industry has its own unique characteristics, The process of SCM can be adopted into the industry for improving the effectiveness of the business process. This study presents the methods that can foster SCM professionals through the development of SCM professional education contents, and suggests the activations for applying construction SCM.

  • 본 연구에서는 청주와 그 인근 지역에서 정보시스템을 개발하거나 운영하고 있는 업체의 IS 실무자들에게 (1) IS 실무자의 업무 수행 성과, (2) 소프트웨서 및 IT 전문기술수준, (3) IS 지식 및 능력 수준, 그리고 (5) 재교육 수요에 대해서 설문 조사하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상자들은 주로 Sl(system integration) 업체에 종사하는 IT(information technology) 실무자들과 e-Business를 수행하는 일반 기업에서 전산 업무를 담당하고 있는 실무자들이며, 구체적으로는 전산시스템 운영자, 시스템/데이터베이스 분석/설계자, 어플리케이션/웹 프로그래머, 최종사용자 지원 담당자, e-Business를 위한 IT 지원 인력 등이다. 조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 충북 지역에서 IS 실무자들은 자신들의 업무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 지식 및 기술의 다양한 영역에서 광범위하게 지식 및 기술의 결핍을 느끼고 있으며, 자신의 업무 성과가 전반적으로 좋지 않다고 판단하고 있고, 업무 관련 지식 및 기술에 대한 재교육의 필요성을 강하게 느끼고 있다. 또한, 충북 지역의 IS 실무자들은 주된 활동이나 업무가 시스템 개발과 유지보수, 최종 사용자 지원 등의 활동이며, 이에 대한 최신의 기술과 고객 중심의 시각화된 도구(GUI)를 제공하는데 많은 시간을 투자하며, 기존의 반복적인 개발 업무에서 점차 경력이 쌓임에 따라 고객 중심적인 새로운 시스템 개발을 위한 기획과 관리에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있으나, 조직 운영 및 의사결정 등과 같은 기술/지식들에는 낮은 관심을 보였다. IT전문 기술들 중 IS 실무자들이 필요로 하고 보유해야 한다고 응답한 기술들은 대다수가 웹 개발에 관련된 기술이며, IS 실무자들은 대규모 프로젝트의 수행에 필요한 공동 작업 수행 능력의 제고와 그를 위한 재교육에 높은 관심을 나타내었다. 본 조사는 충북의 IS 실무자들을 위한 대학 교육과 재교육을 포함하는 최적의 평생 교육계획 수립을 위한 기초적이고 필수적인 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Analysis of roughness of wave hair formed by thermal perm (열 펌으로 형성된 웨이브 모발의 거칠기 분석)

  • Appearance management through hair beauty forms the basis of the beauty industry, while permanent waves using heat are often used in hair salons, but hair damage due to thermal permanent wave treatment is an inevitable reality. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of presenting an efficient method for thermal permanent wave that can further increase hair wave formation ability and minimize customer's hair damage. After collecting virgin hair from the occipital region, thermal rod pretreatment and thermal permanent wave treatment were performed, and hair roughness analysis and 3D-image were studied using an Atomic Force Microscope. As a result of the study, both the average roughness (Ra) and the ten point average roughness (Rz) were calculated as 223 nm and 853 nm for 4 sections, respectively, showing the highest values. Although the number of samples of the experimental data is limited, the wave forming power can be further increased through this study, and it is expected that it will be practically possible to propose an objective method for thermal permanent wave that can minimize hair damage as well as protect the cuticle of the customer's hair.Judge.

  • In the recent business environment, purchase patterns are changing around the influence of COVID-19 and the online market. This study analyzed cluster and correlation analysis based on purchase and product information. The cluster analysis of new methods was attempted by creating customer, product, and cross-bonding clusters. The cross-bonding cluster analysis was performed based on the results of each cluster analysis. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was analyzed that more association rules were derived from a cross-bonding cluster, and the overlap rate was less. The cross-bonding cluster was found to be highly efficient. The cross-bonding cluster is the most suitable model for recommending products according to customer needs. The cross-bonding cluster model can save time and provide useful information to consumers. It is expected to bring positive effects such as increasing sales for the company.

Comparison of Deep Learning Models for Judging Business Card Image Rotation (명함 이미지 회전 판단을 위한 딥러닝 모델 비교)

  • A smart business card printing system that automatically prints business cards requested by customers online is being activated. What matters is that the business card submitted by the customer to the system may be abnormal. This paper deals with the problem of determining whether the image of a business card has been abnormally rotated by adopting artificial intelligence technology. It is assumed that the business card rotates 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees. Experiments were conducted by applying existing VGG, ResNet, and DenseNet artificial neural networks without designing special artificial neural networks, and they were able to distinguish image rotation with an accuracy of about 97%. DenseNet161 showed 97.9% accuracy and ResNet34 also showed 97.2% precision. This illustrates that if the problem is simple, it can produce sufficiently good results even if the neural network is not a complex one.
