  • Recently, the mobile telecommunication industry is increasing rapidly; nevertheless it is competing severely with other mobile telecommunication industries in the world and it is projected that in the future the mobile telecommunication industry will compete more fiercely and increase more rapidly. By means of looking into the relationship of the mobile telecommunication service characteristics and satisfaction loyalty, therefore, it can be said that it can help the companies which want to survive in such a competitive society. And then we investigated how these classified characteristics(economical incentive, convenient incentive, symbolical incentive) on mobile service could influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Customer Value onthe Relationship Between Relationship Marketing Factors and Loyalty on Rural Tourism (농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인과 충성도 간의 관계에서 고객지각가치의 매개효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to identify the relationship marketing factors and examine the mediating factors of perceived customer value on the relationship between relationship marketing factors and loyal on rural tourism. We collected and analyzed the survey data from the customers who had experienced rural tourism before. The results from the empirical analysis are as follows. First, through the exploratory factor analysis, four factors such as customer orientation, responsive attraction, professionalism, and ties were derived. Second, it was found all four factors have significant positive effects on loyalty. Third, both responsive attraction and professionalism have significant positive effects on perceived customer value. However, customer orientation and ties do not have significant effects. Fourth, the perceived customer value showed a full mediating effect between responsive attraction and loyalty, whereas it showed a partial mediating effect between professionalism and loyalty. Additionally, it was found that gender did not affect loyalty but significantly affected perceived customer value. This means that women had lower perceived value for rural tourism than men. To improve the loyalty of rural tourism, it is necessary to improve customer orientation, professionalism, ties, and perceived customer value.

  • 인쇄산업의 성장 전략도 시기에 따라 변화한다. 고객을 직접 찾아가 영업활동을 전개하는 전통방식도 있지만, 변화하는 트렌트에 맞춰 새로운 방안을 강구할 수도 있다. 고객이 인쇄사를 찾게 하는 것이다. 물론 고객이 직접 방문하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 하지만 웹사이트에 들르는 간접 방문은 그리 어렵지 않다. 필요한 정보를 편리하게 체공하는 웹사이트를 효율적으로 관리하고, 눈에 띄는 동영상 응용을 통해 고객을 유인하는 것이 주목받는 이유다.

The Analysis of the Factors Influencing Telecommunication Service Providers Selection on Purchase of Smart Phones (스마트폰 구매 시 이동통신사 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석)

  • Smart phones become essential goods for our life. As the technology are developing, and the market becomes saturated, it is important to understand the determinants affecting purchase of smart phones. In this paper, to understand these determinants factor analysis and binary logistics regression is used. Toward this, we first define the determinants into 3 categories: customer satisfaction, switching barrier, and switching attractiveness based on literature review. Furthermore, we develop 9 hypotheses to test with survey data using factor analysis and binary logistics regression. The results show that the six factors (data quality, price satisfaction, corporate image, the burden of new contract, attraction of devices and attraction of other competitors) are significant when customers buy smart phones.

  • The purpose of this study is to design the On-line Insurance Sales Support System using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR). In on-line insurance subscription process, this system provides the personalized insurance payment cases and insurance statistics for customers to entice an insurance subscription. By measuring, specifically, similarities between the user profile and insurance payment cases, it suggests the best insurance payment case which has the highest similarity and reflects the latest in the insurance payment cases. In addition, it serves the insurance statistical information that matches with the attributes of the finally-selected case. These functions can be useful in on-line insurance sales.

  • 현재 국내외의 많은 기업들이 고객과의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 IMC 전략을 수립하고 있으며, 최근에는 인터넷 기술과 합쳐져 IMC 전략의 효율성 증대에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 주택시장에서 두산건설과 인터넷 패션전문업체인 웹넷코리아가 공동으로 We've 아파트 분양과정에서 시행된 on-line과 off-line 판매촉진의 통합적 활용과정과 성과에 대해 설명하였다. Off-line 행사와 함께 진행된 3차례에 걸친 판촉행사는 site traffic 증대, 판촉행사 참여, 그리고 분양현장으로의 고객유인과 구매에 이르기까지 높은 성과를 거둔 것으로 나타났다.

전자 카달로그 특성요인이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 국내 전자상거래 규모가 확대됨에 따라 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업자들은 전자카달로그를 구축하여 예측된 시장규모에 대비하고 있다. 특히 고객을 유인할 수 있는 제품에 대한 전자카달로그의 정보제공의 질이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 컨텐츠 관련 기존 연구조사를 바탕으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용자의 구매의도에 영향을 주는 전자카달로그 특성요인을 추출하고, 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 전자카달로그 특성요인 중 충실성, 최신성, 상호작용성, 구조성이 고객의 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론부분에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사업자에게 시사점을 제시하였다
