생체지문 인식장치의 전략적 상품기획

  • 본 연구는 생체지문 인식장치의 전략적 상품기획 프로세스를 통하여 표준화된 신상품 기획안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사업전략과 목표시장을 설정한 후 1차 설문결과, 고객 요구준건을 , 2차의 설문조사 응답 결과를 바탕으로 기획품질을 결정하며, 이것의 만족도 정도를 Sales point로 삼았다. 상관 매트릭스를 이용하여 요구품질과 기술적 요소의 대응 정도를 살펴 본 후, 개발 제품 현재의 품질 특성치를 파악하기 위해 경쟁업체의 제품을 기준으로 벤치마킹 테스트를 실시하여 첫째, 세대별 상품전략 둘째, 세대별 요소기술 map. 셋째, 세대별 상품 컨셉. 넷째, 세대별 개발계획의 4개 파트의 다세대 상품기획을 수립하였다.

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Seniors' Satisfaction with the Use of Wealth Management Services in Financial Institutions (시니어의 금융기관 자산관리 서비스 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 분석)

  • In a recent study conducted in South Korea, a nation grappling with the implications of an increasingly super-aged society, researchers empirically analyzed the factors influencing seniors' satisfaction with financial institutions' wealth management (WM) services. We surveyed 250 seniors who utilized financial institutions' wealth management services. Independent variables such as product(diversity, profitability, stability), employee(expertise, problem-solving ability, customer orientation), physical evidence, process, inheritance service, and trust service were carefully examined. Employing hierarchical regression analysis, we tested hypotheses within an established research model. The findings revealed that variables like product stability and profitability, employee problem-solving ability, customer orientation, process, inheritance service, and trust service significantly positively affected satisfaction with WM services. In contrast, no substantial association was detected between satisfaction and factors like product diversity, employee expertise, or physical evidence. Among the influential factors, the order of impact was determined to be employee customer orientation, problem-solving ability, trust service, product stability, inheritance service, product profitability, and process. This research provided essential insights into the nuanced preferences and needs of seniors concerning wealth management services. The detailed examination of the subject might also shed light on similar challenges faced in the other aging societies. As the global population continues to age, the implications of this study could reach far beyond the borders of South Korea. By understanding these key determinants of satisfaction, financial institutions worldwide can tailor their wealth management services to better meet the unique demands of the senior population.

  • This study investigates the influences of the service qualify of public libraries, including printed publications, internet and electronic materials, culture programs and. service, library environment and facilities, and library staff, on the general satisfaction of the users, complaining intentions, and loyalty including reuse intentions. It develops a library user satisfaction model and testifies it through path analysis using questionnaires from 443 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. This study shows that service qualities of printed publications, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff Influence significantly on the general satisfaction of the users, and that service quality of library environment and facilities is the major variable which influences satisfaction and loyalty of the public library.

  • When library performance is regarded as service quality, competency in human resources should be considered as an influential factor. This study aims to identify relationships between job satisfaction of librarians and the service quality that users recognize in public libraries. Librarians and users in 10 public libraries in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi province were sampled to measure job satisfaction and service quality with $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ model. As a result, the higher the satisfaction of the duty itself and organizational factor show a high service quality. Consequently, to improve library customer satisfaction, the librarian's job satisfaction should be considered. Additionally, some practical implications are discussed.

  • A survey was conducted with 155 professors in 23 universities in Seoul. The survey investigated recognition and the present condition of FISP among those professors, the results of which were analyzed in terms of three aspects: recognition of FISP, utility and implementation of FISP, and FISP users' satisfaction and opinions. of professors, FISP users were most frequently using it to write a treatise, while non-FISP users failed to use it because they had no information of its existence. Both FISP and non-FISP users significantly favored implementation of FISP and showed very positive intention of using it.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic knowledge and a proper education-training program for hotel enterprises. The results are as follows. First, an education-training program was focused on five factors. Service quality, Job, Organization culture, Self improvement, and Language. Second, the Importance Performance Analysis Result show that Keep the Good Work variables are the Customer reception, Food hygiene, Hygienic management, Cooking, First aid, Self development, and Communication. Possible excesses include Customer satisfaction, Business vision, Brand, Prevention of sexual harassment, Multiple cultures. Finally, an education training program should focus mainly on 'Manner', 'Table manner', 'Personal hygiene' and 'Chinese'.

  • This study tries to understand the way they express their anger and how it affects the satisfaction of life. This study was conducted to survey people who use forest recreational resources among adults living in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The survey period is from July 20, 2017 to August 31, 2017. The survey was conducted after the researcher visited the site and gave sufficient explanation about the purpose of the research and confidentiality. Sampling method was used as a Convenience Sampling Method. 450 parts were distributed to recreation resource group users and 378 parts were collected. Finally, 350 parts were utilized in this study and analyzed. As a result of the research analysis, the higher the expression of negative anger, the lower the satisfaction of life and the positive expression of anger could increase the satisfaction of life. Physiological depression was found to play a mediating role. This is statistically significant.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate whether customer satisfaction is affected by the expenditure for the customer satisfaction such as advertising, promotion, and training. This study also investigate whether the financial performance of the firm is affected by the customer satisfaction. The major findings are summarized as following. First, the customer satisfaction is affected by the expenditure for the customer satisfaction such as promotion, training. But customer satisfaction is not affected by advertising cost. Second, considering the time-lag and incremental valiables, the relationship between customer satisfaction and expenditure for the customer satisfaction is not founded. Third, the customer satisfaction affects positively on the corporate financial performance, such as ratio of operating income to sales, ratio of net income to sales, return on total assets, and return on equity. Finally, considering the time-lag the relationship between customer satisfaction and financial performance is not founded. Considering the incremental valiables, the relationship between customer satisfaction and financial performance is founded when ratio of operating income to sales and return on total assets are used financial performance. These findings imply that the expenditure for promotiom and training is needed to increase the customer satisfaction. Also improvement customer satisfaction is needed to increase the financial performance. The limitations of this study are as following. First, this study could not consider the other variables that would affect on the relationship among expenditure for customer satisfaction, level of customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Second, the results of this study are difficult to generalize because this study is focused on the service industry.

  • 창업도약기업의 제품개선 훈련프로그램은 초기기업이 자신이 보유한 기술역량 중심으로 제품 및 솔루션 개발 후, 시장(고객)에 출시했지만 잘 안 팔릴 결과이고, 초기기업들이 지속적인 사업성장(성공사업)을 하게하기 위해 매력적인 목표고객이나 시장이 원하는 목소리를 반영하고, 이에 부합하는 자사의 핵심기술역량을 파악 및 확보하게 하여 경쟁자와는 차별적인 제품을 개발할 수 있는 역량과 플랫폼 제공이 필요할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 운영된 제품개발/개선 훈련프로그램의 효과성을 파악하기 위해서 참여자의 특성과 훈련프로그램의 특성에 따른 훈련프로그램의 전반적 만족도를 통해 현업적용도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 설문조사 대상은 2017년 11월에 창업도약패키지 후속지원사업인 제품개선 아카데미 참여자중 203개 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업도약기업의 매출신장을 위해 학습의 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.
