Rural development policy has changed from hardware based development to community revitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze social network of collaborative activity among rural organizations as fundamental of community. The material used in this study is a record of collaborative activites in the community newsletter of Hong-Dong area. 161 of collaborative activities (links) and 75 of organizations (nodes) are investigated in network. 6 collaborative activity type ('Education', 'Socializing', 'Meeting', 'Culture', 'Event' and 'Labor') is classified. 'Socializing' is inclusive of approximately half of whole network (50.67%). Closeness centraization, degree centralization and betweenness centralization are measured on top in 'Education', 'Meeting' and 'Event' type. Scatter plot analysis using degree and betweenness centrality index, 'Maeul Revitalization Center', 'Balmak Library', 'Woori-Maeul Medical Co-op', 'Support Center for Female Farmers', 'Hongdong Middle School' and 'Mundang Sustainable Agriculture Education Center' are resulted as the core organization in network. Geographical distribution of collaborative activity is not only concentated in Hong-Dong Myeon but also networked with adjacent administrative district. This study finds its purpose in the detailed analysis of network characteristics of collaborative activity within Hong-Dong area which is representative developed rural community in Korea.

Reforming land is an important foundation for benefit of society as well as national development. A correct investigation and information acquirement as to land must go first to establish land management and plan. Land investigation by remote sensing is one of the most reasonable methods that doesn't need lots of time and manpower. In this study, Image classification on land use from Landsat data was carried out, which were respectively in 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995 and 2000, covering southern Han river and then land use changes were detected. In addition, an available information was reported, which could be used in the control of southern Han river. As a result, there is an obvious change in land use, especially the increase of water and decrease of forest and agriculture. Those are caused by the industrialization and the construction of dam.

Currently, China's urban space is gradually changing from gradual development to inventory transformation. The planning and development goals of urban communities have also shifted from material space construction to the direction of sustainable development of humanities and society. Currently, community planning and construction at a single latitude, which focuses on residential life, overlooks the multidimensional elements of community life production, causing many problems such as cold relationships between communities and difficulties in forming relationships between humans and the environment. Therefore, this article re-recognizes the sociality of the community in the continuous unification of the community in time and space, clarifies the central and private aspects of the community, and re-explores the dynamic creation and methods of the community as the starting point of daily life.

With the rapid progress of urbanization today, communities among members of society have collapsed. For dealing with the collapse of communities, special laws regarding urban regeneration revitalization and support were enforced and each local government founded community centers to revitalize urban village communities. These community centers were built to play a pivotal role in communities, but they have difficulties managing and supervising. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data for community center planning and revitalization by examining and analyzing the present state of community center spaces for creation of communities among residents and the present state of use so the existing purpose of establishment as a base space of village community revitalization can be achieved in the future. For this study, first, in the literature review, the concepts of village community and community center were established, based on a theoretical consideration, and the need of research was identified through consideration of preceding studies. Second, in relation to the present state of use, the present state of community center spaces, programs, management and supervision, locations and populations was investigated and analyzed, and community center users' basic characteristics, satisfaction and consciousness of community centers were examined and analyzed. Based on this method and analysis, this study is focused on providing basic data for community center revitalization and planning.

국가의 글로벌화 전략에 따라 한 EU, 한 미 FTA가 발효를 앞두고 있으며, 중국도 단순히 농수산물 생산지원에서 탈피하여 농산물 가공촉진을 위한 계획수립 및 지원을 추진 중이다. 이런 대외의 상황변화에 따라 대기업을 제외한 중소식품기업은 고가의 메스티지 제품 생산이나 저가의 범용식품생산에서도 경쟁력이 부족한 실정이다. 노령인구로 인한 농업생산의 구조조정이 완료된 유럽이 농업 및 식품산업에서 경쟁력을 유지하고 있는 배경은 다양한 협동조합기업 그리고 협동조합기업연합의 활발한 경영활동과 한 번 협동조합기업에 가입하면 그 협동조합을 통해 농산물 등을 유통해야 하는 법과 제도에 기반하고 있다. 한국의 경우 "농업협동조합법" 등 기존 8개의 개별법체제는 농수산물생산자 중심으로 식품을 생산하는 중 소규모 식품기업이 연합하여 규모화를 달성할 수 있는 법인을 설립할 수 있는 제도적 기반이 미비하였으나, "협동조합기본법" 제정을 계기로 중 소 식품기업이 함께 공동체를 구성하여 대기업이나 수입식품에 대한 경쟁력을 갖기를 희망한다.

"SH공사(서울주택도시공사)가 내년 1월부터 '청신호 건축사'라는 이름으로 전문가 인력풀(Pool)을 운영하고, 매입임대를 늘려 신축 리모델링에서 역할을 할 수 있도록 제도화할 계획입니다. 그동안 SH공사가 '주거복지'에 주력해 왔는데, 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 결합해 앞으로는 한 단계 발전한 '공간복지'로 정책기조를 확대하려 합니다. 이 일을 수행키 위해서 도시설계가, 조경가도 투입될 것입니다." 김세용 SH공사 사장은 최근 서울시 강남구 개포로 SH공사 사옥에서 본지와 인터뷰를 하고, '디자인건축'을 표방한 '청신호 건축사' 전문가인력풀(Pool)을 운영하겠다고 밝혔다. SH공사는 20 30대 청년과 신혼부부에게 공급하는 임대주택에는 내년부터 '청신호'라는 자체 브랜드를 적용한다. 올 1월 취임한 김세용 SH공사 사장은 서울시의 캠퍼스타운조성 시범사업을 총괄 지휘한 바 있다. 이 같은 경험을 토대로 ▲ SH공사 브랜드 가치 제고 ▲ 주택품질 개선 ▲ 임대주택사업 추진 방식 다양화 등을 위한 사업들을 이끌고 있는데, 특히 기존에는 단순히 주거기능만 제공하던 공공아파트를 공동체 생활기능이 접목된 커뮤니티로 발전시키는 '공간복지'를 강화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

A community center is situated near the residential areas and is the public facility that acts as the core of local cultural activities. A community center, as the general cultural activities increases, is transforming into a facility that promotes the community restoration and living convenience such as welfare, sports, art activities, and education etc. beyond location of simple leisurely activities. This study considers local residents' accessibility through the renovation of preexisting community center.

Celebrating its $50^{th}$ anniversary in 2017, the leaders of ASEAN member sates have adopted a series of declarations and action plans for enhancing its institutional capability and functional cooperation. ASEAN's convening power is expected to underpin its centrality and resilience. Meanwhile, ASEAN's retreat from democracy has increasingly become a hindrance for its further development. This article reviews the process of ASEAN's community building and its external relations. First, it argues that there is increasing concerns over ASEAN's limited capability in dealing with regional issues mainly caused by the deprivation of human rights and the democracy in crisis. Second, this article considers the dynamics of ASEAN's external relations mainly focusing on its relations with China, the United States, and South Korea. The South China Sea issue and China's increasing economic influence in the region have contributed to the complexity of ASEAN-China relations. The ASEAN's responses to the shift in American foreign policy under the Trump administration posits the unity of ASEAN. The New Southern Policy initiated by South Korean President, Moon Jae-in appears to be a new focal point of Korea-ASEAN relations despite considerable challenges, which requires to maintain ASEAN centrality.

KSLV-I is the 1st Korean satellite launch vehicle, which was launched at Naro space center by Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) in AUG. 2009, and JUN. 2010. Although the missions of 1st and 2nd launch of KSLV-I were not successful, safety of launch vehicle was accomplished through the cooperation with the Russian partner Khrunichev Space Research and Production Center (KhSC). Both parties co-developed the technical safety management program to ensure launch safety. In this paper, the analysis and contents of safety program are illustrated.

This study performed an appreciative inquiry into models of instruction for the community learning. For this purpose, this study examined the principle of learning, instruction models for community learning, and appreciative inquiry. Next, draft appreciative inquiry models were built based on the principle of instruction models for the community learning. The previously designed appreciative inquiry models were revised and complemented through expert investigation by a focus group interview. This paper proposes a process of seven steps core learning activities. The seven steps were selecting a theme, interviewing for finding success story, analyzing an organization's success stories and deriving the core values, deriving future of the organization, sharing future of the organization, designing the ideal future of the organization consist of a practice, implement, and reflect. Because the proposed seven steps process is based on the literature and focus group interview, a follow-up study will be needed to verify the result.
